In February 2018, I suffered with a slip disc after an accident in bathroom and had to take physiotherapy to get rid of the symptoms. I tried 2 different physios before going to Complete Physio. In my previous experiences, Physios focused on all other possibilities but a herniated disc, although I had an MRI Scan report stating a mild bulge inL4 L5. In August 2018, I started to take physiotherapy sessions with dr moh. Alam in saifi healthcare centre and, definitely, felt the difference and improvement after the sessions with him. He is good at both manual therapy and suggesting right exercises for you and also knowledgeable about Acupuncture .This guy dr alam knows exactly how to prevent you from side injuries and teaches how to manage your pain even without external help. after 3 months ,of course there was miraculous result and I am definitely more comfortable now and know how to manage my pain without supervision. I surely suggest it.

I had a very good experience from Dr. Alam as he give extra care to their patients and advice best exercises to them with a very reasonable price. I will suggest people to go for physiotherapy if they need really good therapy.
