We had 5 different dishes which were all equally good. We had green curry, red curry and noodles. Some of them were served with musk ox. The local people come here to eat as well and its really affordable!

The food options in this town are quite limited. This is one of the better places and it’s run by Thai people doing Thai food with a local touch. I had the reindeer curry several time which was always great. People are friendly and it’s clean. Portions size is quiet big.

Listen, the options are few in town, and the food here is fine. Nothing to blow you away on either taste or value. It's actually quite expensive considering what you get... But anyways, it's fine.

Chinese takeaway and restaurant serving a wide variety of food options at reasonable prices. Had dinner here during a two hour stop of the Nuuk to Ilulissat ferry. Service was very quick (food ready made) so it took no time at all to finish dinner. They also had about five vegetarian options which is a rarity in Greenland.

Cafe Sisimiut is in fact the Chinese takeaway that is mentioned on Google searches. You wouldn't know it from the outside though and having walked past it a dozen times I spent ages trying to find the takeaway with no luck. Eventually I went inside and discovered this popular little cafe that serves very decent food.
