Overall pretty nice experience to visit aroma family restaurant.Food quality is good but can be improved. Taste is essential part of food and you can have it here. Sitting area is spacious with nice display all around.

This restaurant is very good and there are reasonable prices . But there is one thing about which I am disappointed is tht i went there 2 times and both the times they didn't had cold coffee with ice cream so or any other kinds of bevager they only had cold drinks . But their food is very tasty

Good and safe place to eat clean food.

This is how the table was set when we settled in. 3 glasses of water for 4 people, as if we were going to share. Indian food is good. Chinese is way below par. Not going in for the second time

Average food. Waiter was directly asking for tip. Tip is something which we give, when we think the service is worthy for tip or not.

Everything over here is great. Prawns wrapped chicken is must try. The staff is very polite and helpful. If you are lucky you might be greeted by this cute cat at the entrance.

Today I got disappointed as the waiter made excuses for not providing me my order. Later because of the manager they served my order as I'm an old customer since 10 years. A nice ambience for dine in, the staffs are also good, food was quite nice and still warm when we had in our house ...the problem was the waiting time for the order placed so i would suggest to order on call before going to the reataurant to take it....rest eveeything was good.

The kitchen is extremely Unheigenic. Staircase leading to the restaurant also is very bad and dirty. Good thing is that the Staffs are cooperative. Would suggest people to avoid.

Minutes before i left they were talking about how to get rid of this currency which was a badly torn and repaired Rs 10 note. They returned this as change to what i paid and kept staring at me untill i left. In Simple words i will say they are greedy and cunning, thinking themselves to be over smart. Talking about the food, it was served cold. Waiters just didn't bother . I had trouble for 8 hours in my stomach after eating here. They are simply defaming the people of Ranchi coz till now i used to think Ranchi is a lovely city. Shame on these guys.

Expensive place, service was good , I ordered chicken Hyderabadi biryani and it felt more like chicken chennai biryani , as it south Indian taste , too much of curry leaves and sarso , it also had coconut in it , only thing good about it was raita . I ordered Paneer Chilly and Tandoori Chicken on 11th March. Paneer Chilly did not taste good while the chicken was burnt. I feel the quality of this place has gone down!

If u guys are only mean good foods then Aroma restaurant will full fill your expectation. But the behaviour of staff and about service is totally unsatisfied. You will love foods but the behaviour of staff will not allow you to come again in this restaurant. If Aroma restaurant can resolve there staff attitude against there customer then no doubt it will be one of best restaurant among other Ranchi restaurant.
