Everyone was very polite during my visit. What I am most appreciative of was the service they provided. I had brought this wooden watch in that needed a few links removed to be the proper size. I had visited 5 other establishments around Appleton that were unwilling to help. The associates at Avenue Jewelers also expressed concern of cracking or damaging the links, but were willing to try. I was informed that the person working on my watch had around 30 years of experience in the industry and they were able to fit my watch. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who is new to the wedding/engagement ring experience. Very friendly staff. Heather, our jewelry specialist, answered all of my fiancés and my questions and made us feel confident about our purchase. Their selection is impressive and their prices are very competitive. We came in during one of their sales and are very satisfied with the experience. Even if you may spend a little extra you know your money supports a small business.

I had jewelry from family members that had passed and didn’t know what to do with them. Jenny helped me and gave ideas on how to collaborate a piece of jewelry that is worn daily and feels like I have a piece of my lost family with me at all times. An excellent experience from the moment I stepped in to the moment I picked up my ring. My husband purchased me a new diamond for our 30th anniversary and Avenue was able to replace my heirloom diamond in my original ring along with extensive repairs. They also reset the heirloom diamond back into my great grandmother’s ring. My “new” ring is stunning! Caleb and all the other staff we worked with were so friendly and attentive to our every need. Never did we feel pressured to buy or move forward. I’d return 100X over and I’d certainly suggest if your interested in a wonderful experience that you go see the folks at Avenue.

Excellent experience! Tanya spent so much time with us, helping us find the perfect ring. Very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the ring. Checked with the jeweler if the ring could be sized appropriately. Once she found it could not be, she helped us identify a ring that could be sized safely. We appreciated their integrity and honesty about the strength of the ring once sized. This was our third stop and our experience here was exceptional compared to other stores. We planned on going to a few more places but after Tanya spent so much time with us we decided we wanted to give her and the store our business. No hidden costs the sizing and life time warranty is included in the price.

Avenue Jewelers is like working with family. Jen was kind and understanding with my emotions as I had some heirloom diamonds reset to pass on to my girls. The workmanship was excellent. It was done quickly and everyone in the store made me feel like I was an important customer. I would not recommend any other jewelry store because this place covers all the bases in my opinion.

We had a great experience every time we went into Avenue Jewelers. We mostly worked with Tanya who was great and so helpful each time. She was friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I went in to the Avenue Jewelers to get my daughter a gift for her college graduation. I wasn’t real sure what to purchase but I received awesome assistance from Tanya and she actually ordered a silver Caduceus for us. About 11 months later my daughter had a failure at the post of the pendent which required a repair. I bought the pendent back to which Tanya and the Jeweler had a great suggestion for repair as my daughter didn’t want it replaced with something else. They not only repaired, but made it a much finer piece of jewelry. I would highly recommend all the fine folks at Avenue Jewelers.

Avenue jewelers is a very trustworthy jewelry store. I got my old wedding ring sized for my daughter and they did a beautiful job. I had the same ring soldered together at a different jeweler store earlier and there is no comparison that Avenue jewelers workmanship is superior. I have had only positive experiences with Avenue since the day I first picked up an engagement ring. They were helpful with taking time explaining everything and helping me find what I wanted without being pushy. Customer service with servicing rings has been great as well. When things have come up Avenue has gone over and beyond to make sure my wife and I were taken care of.

First off I was very overwhelmed for the search of my forever persons engagement ring. We looked and tried at almost every established jewelry store in the fox cities and greater Greenbay area. I also searched online to get the best understanding of what I was about to buy- the frustration and anxiety was building as the proposal day was approaching and I still felt lost. When we walked into Avenue Jewelers, instantly my anxiety diminished. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Stacy helped uniquely simplify our search and gave us a very good understanding on how the process went. Jason Druxman had some hand picked diamonds delivered and we then were in a tight spot. For me, I did not want to upsize in 10 years, the ring that was going to be used for our engagement was very important to me. I did not want her to just like the ring, I wanted her to love the ring. Jason helped me achieve the unachievable. Now my wife has the ring of her dreams and it wasn’t painful at the bank. Needless to say we also had my wedding band custom built there as well. Getting married can be challenging and getting married during a pandemic can have its own kind of challenges.. thankfully we had Avenue Jewlers on our team to make sure everything about our rings were just perfect.

BEST jeweler in the Fox Valley and definitely a contender for top in Wisconsin! I had a terrible, nightmare experience with another jeweler in Appleton… Avenue welcomed us with open arms, showed us so much kindness and went above + beyond to fix the issues the other jeweler wouldn’t. Service was impeccable. I was specifically looking for a local jeweler with in-house goldsmith to fix my wedding ring that was worn down and missing a side diamond. Gina was amazing and made it look brand new! Kara also helped me find matching wedding bands that I have wanted for a very long time. I notice the smallest details and has to admit they did perfect. I would highly recommend.

Avenue Jewelers has been the best experiences I have had so far. I had purchased my wife’s engagement ring through them and they were absolutely phenomenal. My wife just gave birth to my first child and I had purchased a necklace to commemorate the day. They were amazing with assisting me choose the right necklace for her. Outside of that, I was planning on picking up the necklace on 1/10, so I had it ready for the due date on 1/28. Well the kiddo had other plans and decided to come on 1/5. I message the Avenue Jewelers Team and they bent over backwards to deliver my necklace because they knew how much it would mean to my wife and myself after I had requested to see if I could pick it up before store hours. If you want a place that cares about you and willing to do anything to make you happy, Avenue Jewelers is the place you have to go!! I will never shop at another jewelry store because of everything that they have done for me has meant the world to my family and they truest care!! We worked on a custom engagement ring here. We had an amazing custom jewelry artist sit with me and sketched out an idea more stunning than what I'd walked in with. After that, our carotologist, Heather, was with us every step of the way, sharing her expertise and our excitement as she walked us through the process. My custom engagement ring is STUNNING. I worked with Sue to upgrade my center diamond of my wedding ring to double the size I originally had and then had my original diamond made into a pendant. The results were better than I expected! It is absolutely beautiful and I love it! Sue us friendly, professional, knowledgeable and provided several options for me to choose from. I will definitely go back to Avenue Jewelers again.
