One of the most neat and clean pilgrim place. Felt amaze when visited. One of the popular place in Gorakhpur city. Since the temple is closely monitored by Uttar Pradesh state Chief Minister…. local authorities are maintaining very well. We should appreciate the team for their continuous efforts… And also security…. Three level security during entry level. Looks Z categorised security for temple…

Beautiful place and security are good too. Some rude person are included in this where you will feel bad but may be it was their bad day when i visited this place. Here goshala is very well maintained along with all the temples. Beware of thugs who will offer you things for puja and sweets just to get money and it's all over temple places. Allover vibes are good and you will feel blessed and happy. Even you will discover it's a very good spiritual place.

A very good place to visit here I personally insist every one visits at least once in a whole Life. I really appreciate the agriculture in this place and security is too tight. And they will help normal people in a polite way.

Splendid campus. The temple is just wow... You can get lost in the mist of the almighty. There are around 3 major temple in the campus, rest are the exhibition palaces for saints. There's a huge sculpture gallery of all the saints that walked this province. Phones are prohibited inside the main temple of Baba Gorakhnath ji.

What a beautiful temple it is!. Really this temple is spread in a huge area and its campus is also so big. Big one thing is noticeable is security which is really good many police officers are there for security reasons, and the second major thing is management like cleanliness and maintenance is really good. Very calm and beautiful place. I stayed so long there felt very pleasant. Also around temple campus you will find big market to purchase or food. Also inside temple you can ride boat with ticket fee Rs 20/- only.

4.5kms away from GKP junction. A shrine called Gorakhnath Mandir was built in his honour at the location. The musical Light and Sound Show in the evening is the main attraction these days Gorakhnath Temple is 4.5 kms away from the Gorakhpur Railway Station. 🙏🚩The Gorakhnath Temple is a famous Hindu temple dedicated to the sage Gorakhnath. It is located in the city of Gorakhpur in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. The temple holds great significance for followers of the Nath sect, a religious order associated with Guru Gorakhnath. Guru Gorakhnath was a renowned yogi and mystic who is believed to have lived during the 11th and 12th centuries. He was the founder of the Nath sect and played a significant role in the development of Hatha Yoga. The Gorakhnath Temple serves as a place of worship and pilgrimage for his followers. The temple complex encompasses several structures, including the main shrine, where an idol of Guru Gorakhnath is enshrined. The idol is adorned with traditional clothing and offerings made by devotees. The temple also features various other smaller temples, ashrams, and residential quarters for the resident monks and followers. Throughout the year, the temple attracts a large number of devotees, especially during important religious festivals and occasions associated with Guru Gorakhnath. These festivals include Gorakhnath Jayanti (birth anniversary of Guru Gorakhnath) and Navaratri (nine nights dedicated to the goddess Durga). Apart from its religious and spiritual significance, the Gorakhnath Temple is also renowned for its charitable activities. The temple administration runs several educational institutions, hospitals, and welfare centers, providing services to the local community. Please note that the information provided is up to my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, and there may have been updates or changes regarding the Gorakhnath Temple since then.

This temple complex is the prime attraction in Gorakhpur. It is situated on the main highway and you can easily get rickshaw to reach here. Temple complex is huge and well maintained. Security is top notch. There are idols of the saints of nath panthi sect inside the main temple. They also have a boating area to spend time with family.
