I recently stayed at the sun park Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The hotel itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained. My room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I slept soundly throughout my stay. The hotel's location was also fantastic. It was within walking distance of many of the city's top attractions, as well as a variety of restaurants and shops. Overall, I would highly recommend the sun park Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Average. Nothing good to share about. Room size very small. Staff was too slow. Products used were sub standard. Cleanliness was average. Breakfast buffet was very limited n starts after 7.40 which is strange coz those who wants to leave hotel early for sight seeing can't have it. The only thing that deserves 4 star is the taste of food which was good.

We had there couple stay . We had amazing stay . It was our best memory for ever .we booked hynoymoon room with the decoration They decorate our room very beautiful . I have requested some specially flower Shabnam Ma'am provide us . Thanks to the all staff . If they not give us speciall room and decoration we would not create so much special' memory. Stayed here for 3 nights and the experience was very good! 3 things that I loved about this hotel: 1. The view from the balcony. It is just breath taking! Make sure to take the mountain facing room 2. The service. The staff over here is as courteous as anyone can get. Superb service and well behaved staff 3. Food. The food was very tasty, whether you order from menu or you have a dinner package, you won't be disappointed. 3 things that this hotel can improve: 1. Keeping toilets near restaurant. We had to walk all the way around reception to wash hands or to use restroom 2. Some more necessary medical items. I needed a thermometer and it wasn't available. These basic things should be there in a hotel like this 3. Pickup drop service. Guests sometimes need these services while they stay. As this hotel is high-budget hotel, they should include this service even if it is chargeable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel for 4 nights and it was a truly exceptional experience. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking mountain view rooms which offered an unparalleled view of the natural beauty that surrounded us. Each morning, I was greeted with the most amazing sunrise, which made my stay even more special. The food at this hotel was also a standout feature. Every meal was an absolute delight, and I found myself looking forward to each mealtime with great anticipation. The staff at this hotel were some of the most polite and friendly people I have ever met. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that guests were comfortable and had everything they needed. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's General Manager, Mr. Devendra, who was always welcoming and took care of all the guests until the last moment of our stay. It was truly amazing to see such a senior person being on their toes all the time and putting in so much effort to ensure that every guest had a fantastic experience. Overall, I had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay. I can confidently say that this hotel has everything you could want in a mountain getaway - breathtaking views, delicious food, and exceptional staff. Location wise a great stay. Room is also good, however behaviour of the staff is much great. The receptionist was very polite and helpful to tourists. Food quality is good . Property is new Vandana was very helpful. But mountain view with balcony was really amazing.

I can say the best property to stay and whole of Manali .The views are mesmerising great rooms with private balcony facing the valley. Staff is very helpful and warm. Food is good, excellent variety of food offered. Nothings beats the Boutique Hospitality. Definitely a must stay and I shall come back again to stay.
