This hotel is located on top of the mountain. View is so adorable. Parking space is available. There is small park in hotel where we can do photography. Hotel Staff are very helpful. As Hotel is on top of mountain it takes long time for traveling.

This resort is located on top and view from there is like heaven. The rooms are spacious with private balconies and have all amenities. Staff service is wonderful. The way to reach hotel is a bit difficult but no worries there is proper road to the hotel , if you have a driver or driving by yourself then you can easily reach to the hotel and trust me the view it offers it’s worth staying and taking every pain to reach here. You will never regret staying in this hotel and skipping the Mall Road traffic and chaos side by side . You can actually have a whole manali view from here and a beautiful sunrise from balcony. Food is also yum.

Amazing views of the entire valley from the premium room irrespective of the time of the day. It's breathtaking in the with all the fog in the morning and glittering lights of the entire city at night. The rooms, the balcony, the food are also perfect for a stay. The in house restaurant has amazing food. The only problem is that it's high up the mountains and cabs charge you extra for each and every travel. But the serenity of the location makes up for the extra amount spent on cabs.

The premium room with balcony was worth every penny. The view, comfort, room size, service added to our experience. The only problem is that it adds 1500 every time you want to travel to old manali, as cabs charge high fare due to the height n distance. Breakfast was tasty but less options

The hotel is amazing. Staff is very courteous, food is amazing, view from hotel room is breathtaking, roof top restaurant is icing on the cake. Will surely recommend.

We was 10 days unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a tranquil Nice service and friendly and polite staff members. Even, the view was also super cool.This place is a wonderland...the property is an excellent.

We had stayed in this Hotel for 3 Days and it was the best experience as the Hotel was located on the top of the hill which provided you us a Snow Mountain view & even the food, the hospitality & the staff behaviour was very good !! I would like to thank Mr. Pattu from the Room Service department who helped us a lot & had a really good behaviour !! Thank you Vivaan Resorts for our wonderfull Stay !! Highly recommended to all traveler's.

I never thought of such wonderful view from the balcony , was bit lucky to see sunrise clearly in the snow clad mountain, beautiful night sky full of stars and cloud moving pass the mountains. No complaints regarding the service and the hospitality from the hotel. Food price was bit expensive though , but tasty, had lot of options in the breakfast. The lawn and roof is great to chill and relax.

Service was average We were disappointed with the breakfast - dry and cold. Location is about 5km from the main road. It has a good view of mountains but the way to reach the hotel is full of dust as there is a lot of constructions happening and is congested. The hotel is nicely decorated though. Overall I found that it was over priced for what we got in terms of room/food/service.

The view from the hotel is very good. The pics attached speak for themselves. The hotel is almost 5km uphill from the main Manali road. The room we stayed in was spacious. The only complaint was that the bed was damaged on one side. The buffet breakfast is mostly repetitive for the 2days and 3nights we stayed here. The hotel has ample parking space but since we were here during the month of May (which is a peak season) there were a lot of taxis parked. The chef is very good, the food he prepares tastes good. The road to reach the hotel is very narrow and one should be very careful driving on this road. Just for the view will definitely recommend this hotel.

Food is very good, staff is polite. Room need little bit attention regarding low light. View from the hotel is superb. Location is very bad.
