Hotel Rooms are excellent. Very Well decorated Rooms, well furnished like 5 star category. Scenic view is also very nice. Himalayan beauty can be enjoyed from the room bed through windows. Hotel staffs are very polite and provide immediate service whenever required. Food quality is so good that cannot be explained. Quantity of food is excellent. Hotel owner is also very polite, honest and supportive. Overall my experience in this Hotel is very nice. I recommend this hotel for other tourist also. It's a great hotel. Thanks.

It's not that worth, I visited with my family, lights in room weren't fixed , room heater was chargeable, atleast if u r not providing room blowers as added in stay , have ac in all rooms , that could have been better , manali is cold weather 🥶 place , without having a proper room temperature stay is difficult, these r the major drawback of this hotel , no room cleanings on daily basis, hospitality was upto the mark no doubt, but needs alot improvement...

A very beautiful and serene place to stay. Rooms are spacious. The view from the balcony is glorious. I stayed here during MAY last week, The weather was perfect and everything is nearby here. Staff here is very attentive. Service is also excellent. Recommended for Family and couples.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Manali Grand. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. One of the great location to stay in Manali. We stayed in Premium Room at this hotel and view from the room was so beautiful. The room was clean & very comfortable that made our stay enjoyable. Entrance and reception area was good. Food was also good here.

Website mentions it as a 3 star hotel. Yet doesn't have many of the amenities of a 3 star. Not even drinking water.Service and behaviour of staff is good, so 5 star for service.

Would have given no star if there was a option. I like to explain here the whole story. We have lost keys of our hotel room & we have checked in this hotel on urgent basis. At the time of check in, staff was drunk including the owner as it was 31st night. Felt little unsafe. They told 6500 for overnight which is triple than normal. They negotiated for 6k but while checking out they even took 500 as balance. Fraud is the perfect word for them. Do not recommend anyone. Their staff wrote 500 balance by themself on receipt.

Very comfortable stay. One of the best staff in Manali. Service is excellent. Food is served fresh and is very tasty.They made Pahadi mutton for us and it was the best in the town. Highly recommended for stay. Cleanliness is very good. Hotel management is extremely cooperative. Looking forward to stay again.

I visited in the month of November. Great service and food! All our requests were adhered to. The only thing is they will charge 400 for heater per night, know that hotels here don't provide heating even in the coldest months.

Nice Rooms with tv facility. Should ask for brush, paste, soap etc.. Normal water is available, No package drinking water in rooms as complimentary. Tasty breakfast & dinner. Food is very much good.. Overall little budget friendly for package travel..

Beautiful place to stay.The motto is Service with a Smile. The cosy and comfortable rooms are with mountain view. The food is delicious. Room tariffs are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay for holidaying.

Stayed here for 3 days, was a wonderful experience. Each n every staff was very well behaved and very co-operative. They took care of each small request of ours for instance it was karwa chauth today and on my request they prepared food without onion n garlic specially for us. Hotel staff and restaurant staff all were very amiable. It was an unforgettable stay.
