We went there on a Sunday evening. The first pleasant surprise was the appetizer that everyone got for free which was made from dried tomato pesto with stracciatella cheese and pan toasted bread crumbs. (I wrote a mail to the owner and he gave me the list of ingredients.) The seasonal pasta was fantastic, very flavourful, cooked to perfection. The waitress was also remarkable. Very quick, friendly, and chatty as well.

Would I recommend it: Absolutely, but go a day where you're not in a hurry :D Food: Just delicious, and large portions! - We ordered - 17a Lasagnette allo scoglio: Lots of scallops, prawns and a small spiny lobster, wonderful according to my wife. - 21. Tagliatelle bolognese: Classical Bolognese, al dente pasta. - 4. Bruschetta Pomodoro: Bread, baby tomatos, olive oil, basil. For take away, I think I'll skip the bread next time. Atmosphere: Very authentic-looking Italian restaurant, this is what I imagine a restaurant in Italy is like. Service: Lovely staff, but expect a wait. The day we ordered, the phone was offline, so I had to show up, physically order at the desk and wait for ~20 minutes on my two main dishes and an appetiser. Worth the wait, but I really would've appreciated the ability to order from home. Price: 295 kr. for the amount and quality of food we got seems fitting, if not generous :)

This place is amazing. I had the lasagna which is a wide noodle (about an 1”) with a cream sauce and incredibly tender beef with shaved parmigiana. My husband had a traditional pepperoni pizza which was perfect, the pepperoni was pleasantly spicy (not too much, not too little) and the crust was also perfect. For dessert I had the Tiramisu. Again, perfection. The lady fingers were nicely crispy on top with the underside soaked in a delicious coffee without being soggy and assembled with all the right ingredients. My daughter had the Nutella ravioli which was a delightfully crispy wafer with Nutella and other yummyness. The waitstaff was appropriately attentive but we did have to ask for more water 3 times. My only suggestion to the restaurant is to stop telling us incessantly that you close at 9:00pm. We know you close at 9:00pm. Relax. This was the second time we have been and we will be returning many times in the future!

Lovely pizzas that are made with good ingredients and care. Nothing mass produced here from low quality stuff to satisfy a low price and bored palate. The location is not super romantic, but practical and easy to reach from downtown. The interior is quaint, but nothing special. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and service was quick. Dinner also came quickly and we left feeling satisfied and full. Priced reasonably for the quality of pizza. We didn't try anything from the other menu, but what was served to others looked and sounded delicious. Hearing the kitchen staff speak Italian was also a nice touch.

Excellent and AUTHENTIC Italian Pizzas. Italian Owner and his love of food is clearly visible. Best pizzeria for Miles and you Can see its popularity just by the number of take-aways. The Vegetarian pizza with grilled veggies is best-in-class as not many people know how to make a good-tasting Vegetarian Pizza. While in Skanderborg and in mood for a Pizza - don’t look anywhere Else :)

Really friendly little restaurant. Not many tables but many people use the take away. There are not many restaurants in the area and if you want good food then do try this place. I ate here twice this week, had the calzone, bit strange but very tasty, and no. 29 as recommended by the lovely waitress. A ham and cheese pizza with rocket and Parmesan shavings, cooked very well. I don't read/speak danish but the waitress was happy to translate and they were very welcoming to a family with young kids who turned up.
