DKK
for
a
menu
of
the
"acclaimed"
bøfsandwich
with
gravy,
fries
and
what
ever
canned
drink
they
have
in
the
cooler.
Warning
in
red
on
the
front
page
of
their
menu
that
they
disregard
the
guidelines
of
the
Ministry
of
Food
for
cooking
minced
meat
to
a
core
temperature
of
75C,
as
they
cook
theirs
"rosa".
Presented
as
a
black
blob
of
nothing
in
a
bowl
completely
drenched
in
thick,
dark
gravy,
with
roasted
onions
on
top.
Everything
is
just
a
big
fat
mush,
no
differing
textures
to
speak
of,
no
real
gravy
taste,
just
rosa
minced
beef
and
awfully
sour
beets
and
pickles.
Frankly
it
was
disgusting
and
tasteless.
The
gravy
was
straight
up
awful.
I
don't
understand
why
they
aren't
cooking
their
meat
properly,
as
that
would've
at
least
provided
something
to
chew
through.
It's
a
danger
for
your
health
alone
and
for
absolutely
no
gain.
In
fact
it
was
a
detriment
to
the
experience
because
they
made
me
so
aware
of
it
on
the
menu,
as
if
it
was
supposed
to
be
something
special.
Restaurant
is
circular,
with
the
kitchen
in
the
middle.
Even
on
a
non-busy
evening
the
entire
restaurant
was
smokey
and
fogged
up,
and
the
cooking
noises
are
quite
noisy.
It's
difficult
to
have
a
relaxing
and
quiet
time.
Not
worth
the
calories,
not
worth
the
money,
and
not
worth
the
45
minute
wait.
The
acclaimed
burger
is
not
here.
Not
anymore.
Fries
were
OK.
Very
strange
priorities
here
and
not
at
all
good
food.
For
the
price
you
could
eat
fairly
fancy
in
Aarhus
instead.
I
don't
understand
how
they
keep
the
lights
on.
Will
never
return.
