My wife brought our dog in recently for a check-up. This was our first time here. The vet never greeted my wife but was good to our dog. The vet was rude to my wife and tells her that she can't pet our dog, talk to our dog, acknowledge him in any way while there. She wouldn't even let him look at my wife. The vet scolded my wife for the way she gently placed our dog on the table. Seriously?! From a business standpoint, I don't understand this at all. You would think this place would care about customer retention. It's safe to say we won't be back.

People are extremely nice & knowledgeable. Took great care of my fur baby. Shocked when I got the bill. 3X what I pay for same treatment at my dentist!

For any first time puppy owners, this is the place to go. They are so great at giving helpful and effective information and tips on how to raise my puppy. Dr. Maria is the sweetest to my puppy and their staff is so kind and easily assessable with scheduling and pricing. We went to a previous vet in Stillwater, and this has been the best vet experience I’ve had.

Always friendly, knowledgeable and caring for both the owners and pets. Can't say enough good things about this Vet. The girls at the front desk are great too, super helpful. We moved from out of state and Baker has been so helpful in more ways than one getting us settled here in OK and welcoming our two dogs, one a giant breed, getting everything switched over to their office. First, don't let the lack of one star fool you. I don't usually give five stars because there's always room for improvement or nobody's ever perfect. I read all the reviews along with my husband about this veterinary clinic. The positives were stupendous and the negatives were maybe valid or questionable? That being said, what sold us on taking our treasured family pet there is how the vet responded to each of the negative criticisms. Comments were very succinct, honest, and very from the heart. They set a level of expectations in those comments. There is no doubt that this clinic always has the health and safety of your pet along with great information and a willingness to want you to do right for your pet. We took our boy in today after not having a family vet for almost 2 years. There are some issues that we know about and those were discussed in length. We felt very comfortable in the office. And our boy really enjoyed the people. I would not hesitate recommending or taking any of our animals here. The service was top notch and we have a better understanding of where we're at now versus where we were when we walked in the door. Dr. Gregorio and her staff made our visit comfortable and very informative. Thank you for helping us get our boy back to where he needs to be.

I brought in my cat furbaby when he was very sick. We had moved to Stillwater in August and had not found a vet. I called on a whim and they worked me in that day. We weren’t totally sure what was wrong with him, but after a few different things they found the right antibiotics to give him. He had to receive in hospital care as well off and on for a week and they did an excellent job, very clean facility. Thank you to everyone at Baker Animal Clinic, you did a wonderful job with providing the best care possible for him. He is also a very spicy kitty and they did a great job handling him. He is now home and doing so much better! If you need a vet, this is the place to go:)

They are very patient and gentle with my dog. She is usually very stressed about the vet due to past experiences at a different vet clinic but is all smiles by the end. Give great recommendations for how to slim down my chunky dog. Enjoy our visits every year.

I moved to Stillwater from Sapulpa. I used what would be a older country vet. She was great. Moving here I had to find a vet. Yes it is more expensive. I tried another vet didn't care for them. I love Baker Animal Clinic! They take wonderful care of both my little dogs. One had to have his teeth cleaned such great care. Kept me informed what was going on. So attentive . Let me know what I needed to do at home. He's doing great! Looking for a great vet. Try Bakers think you will like them!
