I was welcomed very kindly by Lindsey. She was absolutely 100% amazing. She was warm and welcoming, and made me feel very at ease. I'm terrified of needles and she was extremely gentle. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone!!! Thanks again Lindsey

I had to have blood drawn today, thanks for a traumatic experience about five years ago blood draws always filled me with high anxiety. I came in today, and Lindsey did a fantastic job. She made me laugh, kept me comfortable. And was able to get the blood draw I needed very quickly. I will definitely be back to see her the next time I need blood work done. She is phenomenal!!

How can a person have a good experience having blood work done? It's mind boggling. I have always had a difficult time with this. I have what I've always been told "baby veins". It usually takes multiple tries, always painful...and many times has required an infant nurse. But Madison at the Jenks DLO office today was so very helpful in clarifying the doctors orders for my blood panels. She made me feel at ease. And was the best person to ever draw blood from me. It only took once, and no pain. I told her she's my person for life! Thank you Madison!

This is a great location, the staff and support is incredible! It's never fun to do lab work but they are pros!

This is our favorite place for lab draws, especially for my kids. We drive the extra distance to go here because we like it so much. Lindsey and Adrienne are the two phlebotomists that have drawn labs on us and they were both incredible, professional, and so kind. Clean facility, as well. I highly recommend this location.

I had put off getting my labs done for almost two months due to having extreme anxiety. I searched labs near me and saw that DLO in Jenks had 5 stars. I read the reviews about Lindsey and thought I would give it a shot. I was very pleased! Lindsey was very welcoming and pleasant. I had to have a full panel with like 7-8 viles and she had it done in no time flat and was almost a painless process. I will make DLO my new lab any day!

Had labs drawn on Tuesday 4/18/23 which went well. I paid my co-pay as requested. The water was off due to an accident so they couldn't collect a urine sample and said to come back Thursday morning. I returned Thursday morning to provide my sample that they couldn't collect on Tuesday and they wanted me to pay another co-pay that I had already paid when they couldn't collect the sample. Bad business practice.. I will change doctors before I return. No sample provided.
