I’m
torn
on
what
to
rate
this
place.
The
people
who
work
here
are
fantastic,
I
always
feel
very
heard
and
like
my
concerns
are
being
addressed.
But
I
do
feel
some
things
are
over
looked.
I
went
here
last
Thursday
(11-9-23)
for
my
son,
who
is
9
months
old.
He
had
been
coughing
and
sneezing
and
as
a
first
time
parent
I
was
extremely
concerned.
I
told
his
nurse
practitioner
of
his
symptoms,
and
he
looked
over
him
and
told
me
it
was
a
cold.
Flash
forward
two
days,
we’re
at
the
ER
due
to
an
upper
respiratory
infection.
So
I’d
obviously
not
recommend
them
for
infant
care.
I
came
in
two
days
ago,almost
a
full
week
after
my
sons
appointment.
I
was
in
a
pinch
and
needed
URGENT
care.
I
got
there
and
the
receptionist
told
me
it
would
be
about
an
hour
wait.
So
I
agreed
to
wait
the
hour.
I
was
able
to
see
who
was
ahead
of
me,
how
many
people,
and
their
appointment
times.
I
kept
watching
people
get
called
ahead
of
me.
I
understand
how
appointments
work,
but
I
didn’t
think
everyone
had
to
go
before
a
walk
in.
I
got
there
at
3:45
pm,
and
appointments
made
for
4:30
got
called
in
before
me.
I
wasn’t
seen
until
6.
I
didn’t
think
that
appointments
made
so
much
later
after
me
got
to
go
before
me,
I
don’t
see
how
that’s
fair.
