I have not had the pleasure of taking our animals here. HOWEVER, my small dachshund went missing on my wedding day. We put out a ton of flyers and went here to give them a flyer as it was the closest vet in the area. The ladies working were very nice and put up his picture. A few hours later we received a call from them saying our dog had been found! We went up there and a nice man found him up the road and brought him it. All of the staff stood around and asked if he needed a check up and were joyous with us in the moment. Even giving me a box of tissues. I am completely happy out baby was found, but even happier with the experience as these ladies were extremely sweet and helpful. Pickles thanks them too 😄

There are several VCA location here in Tulsa, DO NOT go to this one. The 2 Doctors here are terrible!. My cat been having problem with urination and he had came in twice for his problem but every time they keep saying due to stress, feline urinary track issue and keep palpated his bladder and said everything seem normal while he would take 30 mins just trying to pee everytime, and they just gave him prescription wet foods without any medication, and the next day he’s urinated in blood, called them and Dr. Cunningham said he doesn’t have to come in and will give him some antibiotic it will help with the issue, i knew in my gut something isn’t right with my baby so i took him to different location and they did ultrasound and urinalysis and said that he might have urethra blockage and surely he did have a blockage that he couldn’t urinate for 12 hrs, took him back to the Vet they take a look at him and told us that he will need emergency care and that Vet clinic they didn’t charge anything for checking on him, we end up having to take him to the animal emergency center so they can do catheterization procedure asap and my baby have to stay there for 3 days and it’s not cheap at all. If this location would of done something and give him antibiotic sooner it’s wouldn’t be this bad. I would not recommend this place to anybody if they want good care for their fur baby.

The one star is for the service (or lack there of) from today. Took an elderly dog in for dental and came back today for follow up. My husband, dad and I all had today as the follow up. No appt card was offered at the time so we relied on this. When I got there I was told the appt was for yesterday. Hmmm nope I had today. I asked if they could just take a quick peek bc that is all it was supposed to be and was told no…but you can come back at 5:30 this evening. Eight miles through lunch time traffic and then 5 o’clock traffic? With the price of gas? No. I would guess that since the follow up was included in the original price (over 1000$) they weren’t much interested in taking 5 minutes to look at Little Dude’s gums. I will never use these people again. The Veterinarian needs to take a good look at the office help.

I must admit Vets for me are like dentists. Cold, expensive and not a pleasant experience but VCA at 61st and Mingo is different. They are kind, welcoming, warm and caring from the receptionist to the tech to the different Vets I have met there. I lost a beloved cat there in July. They were so kind to me. I had a bit of a break down in the office but they allowed me private time with my cat to grieve him. I appreciated them so much that when I got my new kittens I returned. Thank You to all at this VCA for your kindness.

Everyone here truly loves animals and cares for them. They are extremely knowledgeable and put things into terms that you can understand. You never feel like they’re rushing you out or trying to get you out the door immediately like other vets I’ve been to in the past. I would let any of these doctors treat my pets! My dog recently had a bladder infection but she’s extremely nervous. Everyone, including the front desk staff, spoke softly to her and tried to put her at ease. After a round of antibiotics, she’s doing great! Thank you for helping my baby girl!

Plan to have a expensive visit to the animal hospital if you take your animals here. Heartache and time could of been avoided if proper testing and treatment was provided. I wish nobody have to go through what we been through. Save your wallet and your pets!

Don’t waste your money and go here there are other vets that provide good services and actually care about your pets than the two doctor that work here. Never going back to this place.

Excellent AAHA accredited vet! (If you haven't heard of AAHA look it up, it's an excellent health standard) I have two cats and two dogs that I take here. The staff is kind and friendly to me and all of my pets. The vets are good at providing treatments at multiple price points. Any time I call or email I always get a prompt response, and I really appreciate the day-before appointment text notifications. Highly recommended for all pet owners!

I had been taking my little girl, Sassy, here for 11years. A few weeks ago, I took her in for what would be the last time. Dr. Grogan was awesome! Sassy was in extreme distress and diagnosed with fluid in both lungs. They kept her for the day in the incubator and provided oxygen. They also kept me informed of her condition during the day. I went in to pick her up at 6:00, with 10 days worth of medications. My little baby finally succumbed to her illness, but I know in my heart, that because of the exceptional care she received, I got an additional 10 days with her! Thank you to all the doctors and staff!

My family have been using VCA Woodland East for over 27 years and everyone feels like family every time we visit. The Doctors and techs are top notch, the reception team is wonderful and welcoming and the groomers and boarding staff make our pups barely even miss us when we cant take them out of town with us.

My dog is in the best hands! I appreciate the time Dr. Grogan spends on the phone with me after Oh No.'s visits - and he'll patiently answer any question I or my husband may have.
