Long
story
short
I
thought
I
broke
my
tail
bone
almost
2
years
ago.
I
saw
an
orthopedic
surgeon
that
prescribed
me
some
meds
and
said
to
sit
on
a
cushion
for
3
months.
This
continued
for
6
until
I
was
maxed
out
and
in
tears!
Lets
try
a
steroid,
sure
it
took
the
edge
off
but
it
was
only
temporary.
Lets
do
an
MRI
-
amazingly
it
showed
nothing
wrong
with
my
bones
-
lets
try
cortisone
shots!
I
was
maxed
out
on
the
meds,
taking
2
Tylenol
PM's
to
make
it
through
the
night,
using
an
air-mattress
to
watch
tv
with
my
kids,
invested
in
a
standing
desk,
and
was
in
tears
talking
about
the
pain.-
I
ran
into
Dr
Kara
at
the
gym
and
took
her
card
immediately
-
I
came
in
for
some
x-rays,
consulted
with
a
few
people
and
returned
at
another
date
to
chat
about
the
results.
They
were
honest,
caring
and
in-shock
of
how
long
I
had
been
in
pain
and
wasn't
improving.
So,
I
started........
4
WEEKS
LATER……..
I
stopped
taking
Tylenol
pm!!
Another
week
later
I
went
down
to
1
pill
a
day
of
the
ani-inflammatory
meds,
another
week
later
I
stopped
taking
the
other
one
(although
I
don’t
think
I
was
ready
–
I
had
to
take
some
here
and
there)
–
but
DUDE!
I
finished
my
30
sessions
and
was
re-evaluated
and
we
decided
a
few
more
weeks
@
2
times
a
week
considering
I
was
in
pain
for
so
long
and
we
made
such
improvements.!!
I
no
longer
carry
around
a
cushion,
I
sit
at
my
desk
and
stand
occasionally.
I
watch
movies
ON
MY
COUCH!!
I
cannot
say
enough
awesome
things
about
EVERYONE
who
works
there.
If
you
are
suffering
from
any
type
of
pain,
I
would
strongly
encourage
you
to
go
check
them
out!
They
are
not
your
ordinary
protocol
medical
center
–
they
listen,
they
care,
they
adjust
and
change
their
treatment
to
your
body,
your
pain,
your
personality!
