Avoid this place if you can! The front desk staff was extremely rude (purple hair ) I didnā€™t get a chance to get her name) she was extremely rude for no reason I got there at 6 pm and this place closes at 8:45! She shouted at my face that there is no appointment for today ā€¦ well how would I know I am gonna get sick and needs an appointment to go to the urgent care! Doesnā€™t make senseā€¦ I am not complaining about the appointment part but the way she was talking to me was unacceptable!! How can you work on healthcare and be that rude. Iā€™ve been to many NorthShore hospitals and they treat their patients very well. She needs to be fired immediately.

If I could give a 0 star review i would. This place should not even show up on Google maps as an option... They have refused to see me and or my children 3 out of the 4 times i came to visit in the past 2 years.... Just go to an emergency room....this place is just a waste of time, time you may need, or that may make a difference in your loved ones recovery or life.

Warning, fraudulent billing. I saw one nurse practitioner and got swapped for Covid test and strep throat test. It has always been one immediate care copay at other places, however I got two bills from two nurse practitioners although I only saw one. Plus one of the nurse practitionerā€™s bill coded 99214 which is for visits that last for 30-39 minutes. My appointment was shorter than 10 minutes from when the NP stepped into the room until the visit was done. She came in with the visiting summary already. She briefly checked my ears and heard my heart and lung, then I was on my way. I have to pay three times as much as I pay at other immediate care for a diagnosis of strep throat, ridiculous!

I came last Sunday to have some blood work done without appointment. The checkin/receptionists are nice and the waiting time was just 5-10mins. I love it. The one who did the procedure was fast too, (I can tell she knows what sheā€™s doing) I was just in and out of the room. Got my results back in couple of days. Will definitely come back again for labs on a weekend!

Visited this ICC last week and had a wonderful experience. The woman at the registration desk was very helpful and polite. The medical staff members were very attentive to my health concern and the doctor had an excellent bedside manner. Iā€™m very grateful this place exists! Thanks for all that you do.

Even though the hours are listed as open until 8:45pm, no appointments, just walk-in. My husband was turned away at 6:30 because "all the doctors were busy or leaving. UNACCEPTABLE! I f there were a way to post no stars, I would do that AND, this is not the first time the office was closed when we followed the online information. The para-medics advised us to avoid the ER because it was so crowded.

Rude and turned away my child more than an hour before closing. Refused to accept any responsibility for the wrong information provided by their answering service.

I came in on a Sunday for lab tests- blood work. Front desk receptionist was very nice, I only waited few min and my name was called, nurse taking my blood however omg.. I take my blood about every 6 months and I have been here before I while ago, but this time drawing of my blood hurt, lady did not care as to where she was putting the needle. My vein is still bruised. Iā€™ve never experienced that much pain taking my blood or bruised vain, and also someone who didnā€™t even tried. I took my blood for different tests few weeks ago at a different place and I did not feel a thing. Itā€™s almost like you are punishing for coming in on a Sunday and they would rather not work so now you are punished. Never going back here again. I only came because they were open on a Sunday and due to me needing the lab work and changes in my schedule Sunday was the day I could go in. Well I regretted it. I am only giving 2 starts because of the receptionist.

Honestly the staff is great but the experience is terrible. the waits are LONG even with an appointment. and now they are turning people away unless they have an appointment and the whole point of immediate care was to not have an appointment so people could stop flooding the ER for minor things.

Rude staff and unreasonable waiting times. I came with my son who was symptomatic and they told us 2.5 hrs wait. Came back 2 hr later to check and they say they can not give an estimate and that they still had 8 people ahead. Very disappointing experience ---- Finally after 3 hours and 45 minutes they saw my son and the medical staff was great. However, the clerks in this place and not good and they should communicate better with customers

I've been to several immediate care clinics and have always had negative experiences. I made a 2:45 pm appointment because of ear pain (no infection, but buildup). I had to wait a long time (only for about 15-20 minutes) but the wait time didn't matter. My ears needed to be cleaned due to excessive wax in it. Irrigating them was not too bad. It hurt a little bit, but it went good. I'm very happy I went here. I don't care about the bad reviews on here, this experience was very good. I was better later that night and slept in almost no pain. Thank you all!!

Shouldnā€™t take 5-6 HOURS to be seen at immediate care. If it does you should assess if the person needs help sooner. You are the MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS. The blasĆ© attitude borders on negligence. Itā€™s a Monday WHERE are your doctors.

Arrived on Sunday, Dec. 3 at 3pm. Signs and website said 8pm closing. Receptionist brusquely informed me that they were not taking any patients for rest of day, and she wasn't even nice or apologetic. Waiting room completely empty. No offer to check other offices. Went to Northwestern and they could not have been more efficient, helpful, and nice. I had to go outside of my health system to be treated well when it turns out, I was extremely ill.

The receptionist Stephanie at the front desk made me wait an hour and a half when all I needed to do was be in there 10 to 20 minutes at the most! After she realize that she messed up, she didnā€™t even apology to me šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø I will not ever go back to this place again!

Refused walk-in appointment for a dislocated finger. Basically the anthesis of what an immediate care should be doing.

From front desk to Nurse Practitioner, everyone was very professional, kind, efficient, and worked hard to help. Also had an x-ray done and that team was great. Highly recommend. Very solid practice.

The front desk staff at this location is the worst I've seen in any Northshore facilities. The front desk lady named Regina is the worst among the worst. Besides, the average waiting time in this location is 45 minutes. Go elsewhere if you can.

wanted to see a doctor same day, and I did. there was some wait, but not more than what you would get at any doctor's office. i got the visit, I got some tests done - more thorough investigation than I expected going into it - and the doctor took the time to really talk to me. everyone was courteous and pleasant to interact with. looks like a busy place, and maybe they are *because* others choose not to see patients in person. one doctor office I called first told me they "don't see sick people" (I guess that's the place to spend your time and money when you're in perfect health) finally, not that it matters, my visit had nothing to do with the pandemic, but they threw in tests for covid, influenza A and B. I got my negative result in 2 hours. glad to get those three out of the way with a single swab.

I went in 45 minutes before they closed, once I was let in and the nurse saw me I could hear the doctor and nurses talking and complaining about not being able to leave right away and go home. They were also complaining that I should have went to an E.R instead of immediate care. When I was being let out I told the doctor thank you and I know it was last minute and the response I got was disrespectful, the doctor said well your here so we have to take care of you. Absolutely unacceptable never go here, go to an E.R.

Received excellent care at this facility. I was very worried about having hypertension symptoms and the doctor was very knowledgeable and attentive. The wait time at 7:00pm on a weeknight was about 15 minutes. Iā€™m quite fortunate this place is just down the street from me. Definitely recommend this ICC!
