    Went to GC for a mic stand phone adapter, and wheeled mic stand. Kurt approached me and ask if I needed assistance. I told him what I needed and he went right to the product. So I wanted to put the unit together and leave the packaging. The base is kinda of heavy and the boom arm is just as beefy. Kurt was nice enough to assemble the pieces, and we discussed other options for mic stand adapters, which I'll be back to pick up later. Thanks again Kurt for your help - the mic stand worked out perfect.

    Finally found the right part for my bass and couldn't get it due to an employee with a bad attitude. Said he wasn't customer service when all i respectfully asked for was a part on the wall. Clearly he's not customer service and clearly he doesn't mind losing the store revenue for his paychecks. Taking 20 mins to put in a screw...he's already overpaid. Imo.

    I have bought several music items, the service is great & the employees are very knowledgeable. I just wish they would give me a break. I'm sure if they do this to customers that spend money with them. They would be booming in business.

    The one and only store (yes, very location by the way) that i can always find what I need gear wise, and I fall inlove with more inventory every time a go. Well rounded place and great customer service

    I was in this guitar center this morning. The guys were so kind and helpful. Matt took the time to go over things with my guitar. He will be working on it. I’m going to a free guitar lesson they will be having on Saturday. Thank you guys!

    Went their to look at drums for my young grandson. Staff very nice and informative. I went back twice with my 4 year old he played the drums and now they are going to set up a lesson time for him to see if he's ready for lessons. This store rocks! If you're looking for a music store THIS Is the place to go.

    If you are a new musician or just want to learn something new or have any broad questions or curiosity. Dont go to this place. They gate keep and refuse to be any type of helpful. Constant "well we cant do anything" and "we cant help you" even after me asking multiple times well what is wrong with it or can you explain to me what's going on with it with a bass that I got from them and then didnt work.

    My order was processed promptly and delivered quickly. The used guitar amp arrived in like new condition and fully functional. It was packaged with great care using a drumset box and brown paper. Lots of brown paper. My thanks to the person who took the time and effort to see that my purchase was protected in transit. Well done and thank you.

    Do not buy from this store online. I bought a high end microphone from them, and it arrived without the included shockmount. I spent several weeks trying to get them to send me the mount that was supposed to come with the microphone, but every time I called, the managers were either not in the store or they were not available to talk. They took my number at least three times and promised to call me back each time, but they never did. This might be a good store in person for all I know. But if you're buying online, especially if you're buying something expensive, play it safe and buy from Sweetwater instead.

    Went in during my workday to buy a guitar I played around with yesterday. Just wanted to pay and get out, stood in line as a single associate was helping some guy buying half the store and kept going back to shop as he was checking out, waited ten minutes, finally some other employee comes to help, checks out one guy, tells me the other employee will help me when he’s done, several employees standing around doing nothing. They also helped another guy that walked in after me before me, I finally put the guitar back and left. There’s a reason I always shop at Sam Ash instead of Guitar Center.

    My mom and I spent 15 minutes looking for a worker to help us out with drum sticks. No worker in sight. A customer seen us struggling and helped us out. There was No size on the label but the customer was able to identify it by sight. The cashier's energy was cold. All he did was ask if we wanted a bag. My my asked a business tax question and the cashier confused the heck out of us. 9 out of 10 I probably won't go back!

    Honestly my experience was pretty good. The used snare drum I bought is way better then anything I thought I'd be able to afford. Recommended, and shared my story with friends and family!
