This clinic is terrible! I got a covid test done and my insurance did not cover it, so they charged me 200 dollars for a PCR test and 100 dollars for a Doctor's exam which NEVER happened! After having to wait in the parking lot for over an hour just for me to keep calling and asking what is going on, they brought me in for the test. I waited in the room for 20 minutes for the doctor to come in, swab my nose and throat, and then leave. I got a bill in the mail three months later asking for $300 after they originally said my insurance would cover the cost during my initial visit. After it was refused I called to ask about an option that lowers the cost for self-paying customers without insurance. Since the insurance didn't cover it... Not only was the person on the phone extremely rude, she said they would call me back after 10 days with an answer. Well 10 days went by and I get an email saying my account was sent to collections!!!!! They didn't even get back to me, just sent me account to collections. My experience with this place has been horrible and would NOT recommend this to anyone! They are a rip-off and only out to get as much money from people and insurance companies as possible.

I took my daughter in and they were amazing even when they had a lot of people they were very patient and friendly. The Doctors are amazing! They treat you like a human and really want to help out and they hear your concerns. The team work here is incredible! I love them!

Visit went well for Sports physicals. Nurse practitioner was very nice and sweet and the girl that took over at the front desk was very nice and helpful . Only not so nice experience was the X-ray tech was helping out at the front desk. She definitely doesn't have much back ground with customer service a bit harsh and snippy for my taste. I have always worked in the customer to service field and you don't cut the customer off during mid cycle conversation because You don't want to hear what they have to say.

Everyone was so nice! The appointment process was super easy and convenient. I thought it was odd the girl working the front desk was going to draw my blood. My guess is they were short on staff members. She missed my vein but the nurse practitioner came in and got my blood right away. I suggest properly training for drawing blood. Almost everyone who drew my blood before told me I have really good veins

Came here after our regular urgent care closed 4 hrs early. Even with about 6 people in front of us we were in and out within an hr. NP Rita was extremely helpful in getting our daughter prescribed the right medication for her. Our insurance didn't cover the first one prescribed and she took the time to sit on the phone and help us talk to the pharmacist to find one that would treat her still and be covered. Very clean facility and over all great staff. Would definitely come back.

I came in for a work physical with no appointment . I was immediately checked in and waited less than 10 minutes. The exam itself was very simple and the blood draw I needed was done right there and then. Very efficient and friendly staff. Everything went through my insurance and I was out in 25 minutes. Great experience!

In building Wait time was only about 15 minutes. The online registration was straight forward and the virtual “wait in line” feature worked well. The staff was extremely welcoming and kind and just overall fantastic. I’ve never been to a clinic where I felt so at ease. They were really professional but friendly at the same time and as someone who gets terrible anxiety and hates going to the doctors office they made me feel calm and comfortable. I’ll be definitely be coming back to this clinic for any future medical needs.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Avoid it at all cost. The assistant who took us back was shouting over us across the hall to her coworker complaining while taking vitals. Then she sat us in a dirty room. There was an alcohol pad with blood on it on the counter and a cup with lipstick marks. While we waited for the doctor we could hear the assistants talking loudly and dropping f-bombs every other word. They were loudly complaining about working there. Then they started blasting Post Malone. It was the most unprofessional office I have ever been to, top to bottom.

Super fast! We were in and out with entire school physical in under 40minutes total. Easy to schedule. Plenty of reminders. Very convenient location. Knowledgeable staff. Dr Olga very gently caring and kind. Wish all places be more like this

Sometimes waiting time is long, but doctors always listen patiently to all concerns, always go there when needed and take my kids there. Recommend Update: not gonna return here anymore, I came in huge pain to get urgent care, but they listed my visit as office visit, not urgent visit! and billed me, not my insurance.For some reason I was attended by doctor which is not taking my insurance ( all the rest doctors on the shift were taking it).

Both the doctor and staff were very efficient, accommodating, understanding and helpful going above and beyond helping us after the end of their day to make sure we had the appropriate paperwork for school sports. Even though the wait was long, they still treated everyone like it was their best patient. Highly recommend this clinic.

The staff here is great. Registering for a time slot online is so easy. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to see a doctor which is great! This is my go to place instead of having to book an appointment with my doctor 6 months in advance for a simple physical. Highly recommend.

The doctors and the rest of the staff here are great. They provide quick, efficient services at a relatively reasonable rate. I was completely satisfied with this place…until I got the bill. The bill I received on 07/22 had an itemized list of services from my first visit in June all the way through my visit in July. I paid the amount on the statement and thought I was done with it. Then I get a messaged that my payment is due soon. Completely confused and blindsided I call their billing department who tries to tell me the services in July were not included in the amount on the statement, even though all of the dates in July I went in were on the statement. I tried to explain this nicely to the person on the phone several times and they continued to tell me those dates weren’t part of the statement and I owed MORE money. So for a handful of visits, I will owe $300, which is way more than going to see my doctor twice the amount of times I went to see them. I understand Urgent Clinics are more expensive, but don’t put dates on the payment invoice that aren’t going to be included. You also can’t log into anything and see how much you owe total for anything and for these reasons, I wouldn’t give this place even 1 star if I could. It all seems pretty scam like to me and my last visit is the last time I will go to any MEC.

Most convenient location, and the staff is first-class! Laura is a phenomenal person! I needed a rapid test for my son to get back to school on Monday, and they were quick and convenient to perform said test. Online check in process is a but lengthy, but well worth doing online beforehand so that you don't have to wait and fill out paperwork on-site. I go out of my way to visit this location because of their superiority to other establishments.

I'm from out of town here visiting family. I needed to be seen as soon as possible. Scheduling and registering online was very easy. Once there the sign in process was pleasant. The provider had great bedside manner. She listened to me and did everything possible to get the right diagnosis. She even looked up a pharmacy close to my daughter's house and gave me a printed script in case the electronic script didn't go through. I would highly recommend this place if you have urgent needs.

Very nice experience. Everyone there was pleasant and professional and even when busy, stopped to answer questions. The nurse practitioner Val was a great listener and within a few minutes I was already getting the x-rays and bloodwork I needed. Within a couple hours I got the results of the x-rays and even though I was told I wouldn’t get blood results for a couple days, I was in the office getting a comprehensive diagnosis the next day. Every time I've taken my daughter here has been a positive experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, wait time is usually minimal, and making appts is easy to do online. Highly recommended if you or a family member needs to see someone right away.

Waiting area could have been more welcoming and more private for patients. The receptionist asked why I was there and I had no privacy to state the purpose of my visit. Something to improve on for them! The doctor was easy to talk to, explained what was wrong with me and prescribed medicine to help it heal. I really liked him! I was 30 minutes from my pharmacy And the prescription had not been received when I got there. The pharmacist called there to get the prescription for me! Overall it was a good experience!

I was attended quickly and professionally, there was no waiting time. The staff was knowledgeable and approachable. They were helpful and were active listeners. They answered all the questions I had and explained the labs/procedures thoroughly in an easy to understand way.

I loved how Dr. Jenny took care of me. She listened to what I had to tell her about what was going on with me and gave me the right medicine for what was going on with me. She also had a lot of patience. I would keep going to her if I have too. The ladies in the office they are so kind and respectful love going in there. Best care in a while.

Absolutely love the weekend Doctor here. He's very down to earth. He educated me on a lot of all of my options and how I could be affected. And He saved me a ton of money even without insurance. What would I have done if I couldn't come here on Sunday? Thanks Midwest!

I am new to the area and discovered this clinic the other day. I had an AMAZING experience. The physician Olga and another women (don’t recall her name) were super accommodating and thorough. I needed an X-ray and I was in and out. They suggested a homeopathic gel for the effected area which was such a relief and great approach. Unfortunately I am sure i will be back 😂

This clinic is so convenient to have in my neighborhood. Very professional service. They are courteous and prompt. I have had vaccines, tests and get a "B" shot monthly. Communication is great and easily accessible online service. 5 stars...!!!

I checked in online and still waited 1 hour and 55 minutes before getting a covid test - even though I arrived 15 minutes before my check in time. The walk-in time for people who hadn’t checked in online was 2 hours, but I saw at least 4 walk ins go in ahead of me even though they walked in after my online check in. Social distancing not possible in the waiting office. Restaurants have a better online check-in system. Basically, checking in online ensures that you aren’t turned away, but you will still wait up to three hours after seeing the front desk.

This is a great clinic. Entire staff is incredibly nice and very helpful. For the simpler things no more waiting 3 weeks to get into my doctor. Love this place and would highly recommend.

Was sick all week and my PCP was on vacation so I tried Midwest. Shauna was AMAZING, So was the X-ray technician. They took great care of me and I'll DEFINITELY use them again. Turned a horrible experience into a good outcome and now I'm on my way to healing. So grateful.

Setting up a place in line was easy through the website. Facility was clean, organized, pleasant. Ms. Suzanne at front desk was so nice. Ms. Lisa and Mr. Yousef were super energized and super nice to my little one. Very knowledgeable. Dr. Shawna was amazing and great bedside manner, professional, kind, knowledgeable. We hope not to need urgent care but this is where would go if needed. Awesome experience

As a first-time visitor to this location, I greatly appreciate my experience with the front desk lady; she was informative and patient, asked open questions, and sounded happy to help me. Additionally, I enjoyed the clean and bright atmosphere of the location, along with the polite and prompt service by the doctors who tended to me. At the end of my visit, I'm glad to have spent my business here and don’t mind the costs for my services. I do recommend this location.

Periodically I have wax buildup in my ears. I’ve had it removed on multiple occasions by a variety of specialists. Now I’ve had it done twice at Midwest Express and they do it best taking time to insure a clean ear canal. After initial irrigation they use a tool that pulls out stubborn bits of wax. Then they reexamine, irrigate more, pull out more wax and check for more wax until the canal is completely clean. Great work and care.

Amazing and friendly staff!! You could definitely tell they were busy yet not rushing with you inside the room and taking the time to hear out what was going on with you. Brittney was absolutely fabulous!!! Friendly, compassionate, funny, and was one of the best young nurses I’ve seen in a while!!

We were very satisfied with our experience. My daughter decided to join a high school sport at the last minute & needed a sport’s physical. I pre-registered online for an appointment;. We arrived 5 minutes prior, checked in & waited for 5 minutes. We were amazed at the friendly, timely & professional service. This is our second visit to this location & we definitely recommended it. The highlight was the woman who checked us in. She was so accommodating & friendly. She is a great representative for this business.

My 18 year old daughter had food poisoning…took her in…she LOVED the nurse…AND even the receptionist! They were just great! My daughter said this is the only place she’s coming to if she ever needs to go to an Urgent Care..and I second that! The nurse couldn’t have been nicer and knowledgeable…assured my daughter she would feel better and made her feel cared about! Great place…GREAT PEOPLE! And thank you ❤️

We ALWAYS have a great experience at Midwest Express Clinic. River Forest is our preferred location, but have been to other locations as well. They have the customer service experience down pat! Every s8ngle member of the staff is so pleasant and makes the trip to the doctor not so bad. Easy to get in and very affordable. Keep it up!

I come here anytime my son or daughter get a high fever, strep throat or an ear infection. The nurses are so good with kids. My only complaint is the wait time. Sometimes we only wait 20 mins and other times it's over an hour. Highly recommend.

We had a good times here and they are very quick but they are rushing and because of that they missed strep test two times! I saw the nurse taking test on the palate instead throat and than older male Dr missed it too! He got nervous shaking while taking swab! The lady NP that was pregnant was going in details and doing everything in details. Very mad and highly disappointed especially because I saw they did not take and than trust them and did not go anywhere else to re check.

This urgent care is really good. It was actually recommended by my primary care office. The Front desk was fast and efficient. I only waited a couple minutes, and then i saw the doc. She listened to my problem, made a diagnosis, called in my rx’s, and got me on my way. I’ve been to bad urgent cares. But this one was excellent. I’m Glad I went there.

I cannot thank this staff and location enough. We arrived at 1045am and was greeted with amazing souls who genuinely cared. Within 10 minutes we were being seen by the triage nurse and has some tests run. They estimated a 10-15 minute wait for the results, but within 5 minutes the PA was in the room and provided follow up care and provided the results. We will be coming to this location again when the next time arrises. Thank you again for your care and compassion.

I brought my son in, because it was suspected that he had pink eye. I filled out the forms online, prior to visiting because I knew it would reduce our wait time. As any parent knows, children hate long waits. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed my son, and sent over the necessary prescription immediately. Later when I called back because my son was struggling with the eye drops, the staff was again very helpful. The practitioner who saw my son earlier that afternoon, immediately called in an alternative prescription for my son. Thank you to all! Great work! Update! I went to the Midwest Express Clinic again. This time for myself. Again the entire staff did a great job even though they were extremely busy! I felt like they really listened to me, and started me on the necessary treatment. I needed to call the doctor back after my visit, because I had a question about my medication. The doctor called me back, she called my pharmacy all in a matter of about 15 minutes. She let me know what days she would be in the office next, if I needed to come back. I went in for my follow up today, and again the staff did a great job! They were knowledgeable and efficient. They had more information, as they had gotten my labs back, and quickly started me on a new treatment plan. I recommend this place to everybody. Just remember two things check in online before you go, and make sure your insurance plan is accepted. Doing that will lead to the best experience possible.

I made the appointment online, and it was a very short wait once I was there. The people working at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The doctor was great, she figured out my illness and submitted a prescription to my pharmacy. When I went to pick it up I found the pharmacy was already closed. I called the clinic and they resubmitted my prescription to a pharmacy that was open. I really appreciated their service.

I was super sick and my doctor not available. I came to this clinic. Service was fast, and the people who work there are super friendly and happy. I then needed a letter for work, which I forgot to get and the Doctor who assisted me was off next day and still send me the letter right away anyway. I went to the Midwest express clinic in Willowbrook, IL right off of Kingery HW. This place was so clean inside from the minute you walk in all the way back to where my blood was drawn. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. The girls answering the phones are super knowledgeable and kind as well. Definitely a great place to go for more simple health issues. They got me in and out within an hour.

Watch your invoices when you get out of here. Went for a Covid test on January 14, have been billed for a new patient visit, and then billed again for a urgent care visit on January 15, even though I just called and asked for a note to be emailed to me to take to my job proving that I had a covid test. I'll have to spend a few hours today on the phone to straighten this out. Shady. Just got off the phone with my insurance company...apparently they bill the second time for giving you results over the phone as a tele-health visit! Way to gouge!

As a young, healthy, stubborn male I try to avoid hospitals or clinics. Midwest Express Clinic is a really neat and clean place and the staff are super professional and friendly. Did my tests without making me feel awful. They were able to confirm my suspicions pretty quickly. Overall it was a quick and painless experience. Would recommend to anyone.

I was in and out within 45-50. Staff was very friendly and understanding to my needs. Great place to go for something minor to minimal instead of the hospital where you'll spend up to 3hrs.

My daughter needed to get a last minute sports physical. Going to Midwest Express Clinic made it a fast and easy process. On top of that the staff was very friendly and courteous. And on top of that the online wait check in cur the wait time to almost no time at all. The whole experience was great.

Midwest clinic is the best. I was in and out in 10min for a rapid covod test and rapid strep test. They make you feel at ease and actually like they are interested in your well being! I would highly recommend and will go again if needed. (I was negative also)

I only waited about 10 minutes to be seen. Once in an exam room, I was cared for quickly and professionally. The follow-up test results I had done came back in a timely manner and I received a call from the clinic right away. The facility was clean and appeared to closely follow COVID protocol. I would go there again.

The appt portal is simple , you can check in when u are in ur car. If you’re going for the Covid test , you can sit in ur car if u have symptoms , or come inside at ur appt time if no Symptoms . I had a good experience with the nurse and doctor And they have u click on a video link to find out ur results after 1-2 days after the test .

This is the first clinic I’ve been to where I actually felt welcomed and not like a burden. Every single person was genuinely so nice! I went in for a Lip Flip (if you’re thinking of doing, DO IT.) Anna did my lip flip and she was extremely knowledgeable of the procedure and made me feel at ease. It was so fast and easy! This is the only express clinic I’ll be going to from now on!

First time patient found facility by Google close by my training facility made an appointment and seen the doctor everyone at the office was so nice and the time was prompt, didn't wait long to be seen. I felt comfortable and at ease very clean environment
