First time at a Midwest clinic. I am glad I found this place. After the frustrating ordeal of not being able to get blood work done because I am uninsured I finally found this place. - I had a Dr.’s Note from Mexico for Some bloodwork but other locations would not do it because it was not from the states. - This place did take my Dr note and I got my blood work done. - price is fair I guess, when you are uninsured some places or should I say MOST places will not even see you. - service was quite fast - they close late - mask is required, but they actually provide you with one if you forgot yours. - will get my results in about 3 days. - service is good. No attitude from any of the employees at all.

It was my first time visiting this clinic on the first day of June this year. The waiting area is a little tiny but well organized and is very clean. Especially the washroom is outstanding clean and tidy and there is a small desk by the sink displaying all the necessities for your convenience to clean your hands The staff is very friendly and nice , with smiling faces patiently answer my questions. I was greeted by every one of the staff when I met them,it made me comfortably feel no pressure for being there.

Very good place, they treat you without an appointment, and it takes less time than when you go to a hospital for the emergency room, But I didn't like a brunette who did the tests on my son, she was very rude, she hurt my son's nose very badly.

If I could give Midwest Express Clinic 10 stars I would ! The staff is extremely friendly I was in & out within an hour . 10/10

From the receptionist to the R.n. To the doctor every body was extremely nice and welcoming. And was very fast considering we had no appointment. Come check this place out. I have never been to a clinic this nice and welcoming. “This place definitely stands out! In a very good way”

This was my first time going to Midwest Express Clinic. My niece and I had a wonderful experience there. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They showed genuine concern about our issues and the wait time was so short. I know that you will love the experience at this clinic too.

I love coming to this location for any urgent care need I may have. This is my third time coming here and I always leave feeling like my health needs are being met. I truly appreciate Dr. Brittany Thompson PA-C for being a great listener, and for addressing all of my concerns. She was great! Highly recommend this urgent care clinic!

Went here today as a walk-in. The two front desk receptionist (didn’t get their name unfortunately) were very polite and helpful. That also extends to the Nurse practitioner and all the other staff. Every one here was so nice and attentive to their patients! There was a good amount of people there but the wait wasn’t extremely long compared to other places I’ve been. Definitely recommend them as a place to trust with your health and care!

Checked in online and didn’t wait no more 45 minutes to be seen. The receptionist and medical staff were kind, attentive, and welcoming. My favorite part was listening to reggaetón in the background while I waited to be seen by the doctor. A total vibe, Midwest is my new favorite immediate care clinic! I highly recommend!

On this day Wednesday 12-06-2023 my daughter woke up with symptoms of pinkeye. I tried to get her an appointment with her PCP, but I had to wait for an appointment in person or telahealth phone call for 3 days. So I googled an emergent care facility and found Midwest Express clinic. I thought it would take long, but it didn’t! The front desk staff was very helpful. The MA/Nurse that checked us in was very kind. The doctor/provider was very friendly and helpful! They took my insurance….meridian/ Medicaid. And Boom! We were done! The prescription was sent and my daughter is doing well! Thanks!☺️

Excellent , excellent service . The receptionist was so professional . The medical assistant was very kind , made me feel better and was very empathetic to me . The doctor was awesome , nice , knowledgeable, so kind and help me so much. She advise me in the next steps I should do . I want her as my doctor . I will recommend her to anyone . As far as the clinic and staff I would recommend that are true angels .

I was so very pleased with the way this office attended me and my husband . It was simple, quick and very professional. The front clerk was very efficient ,cordial and knowledgeable. The attending back office staff ( triage and doctors)were very friendly and thorough. It was a positive experience for a walk in clinic. I would recommend anyone of my family members to go there. Their hours are seven days a week also. This is a plus for emergency care!

I made an appointment there for my parents to be tested. It is so important for me that they get great quality care as they are elderly and I could not go with them. I have been to Midwest Express before, but another location and have always had a great experience. This location was GREAT to them. They were very friendly, made sure their questions were answered, even though there was a language barrier, they made sure someone was there to translate. It was not just an in and out testing appointment, they answered all their medical questions and went above and beyond with further tests to rule any other illness out. Thank you so much for watching over my parents, when I was not able to go with them. <3

I went here last night and had a great experience. I was seen rather quickly and the staff here were so kind. The specific physician I saw was thorough, carefully went through different treatment methods for me, and caring. The physician/staff here actually listened to me and didn't make me feel dismissed or rushed. I would gladly come back here for future visits.

When they say in & out they mean it! It was a wonderful experience. Staff was soooo nice, you can tell customer service is top priority. The woman at the front dest for intake was AMAZING she deserves 5 stars on her own! My daughter wants to make this her primary clinic 😩 This is definitely our go to place for urgent care needs. First impressions are everything!!!

Excelente service. The receptionist was nice even though there was a room full of sick people in the waiting area. She was never rude nor answer with attitude, thank you for that patience with us. The registration nurse taking the vidal, was nice, straight to the point, took down my symptoms and did the test needed so that it wouldn't take longer wait when I would be with the doctor. Brilliant strategy 👏 and the doctor her self, even though she knew I was there for the most common diagnosis she still checked me out listen to what I was feeling and checked me out. And them provide me with other medications that I knew I needed too. The place is clean and cozy, the staff is nice regardless of the amount of people they had to see on this day, not one minute did I feel like I was bothering them. And to me that is an excellent service. Thank you!!!

This Midwest is so cute & the staff is always pleasant. The doctor that has been taking care of me is excellent, she has prescribed everything to make me feel better. I recommend this clinic. Also prior to coming in you should take advantage & use the website for check in/upload your personal information (IDs Insurance cards) for easier transaction once you arrive. I hope you get the same experience as I did or better it’s always been super great for me.

My experience at Midwest Express Clinic yesterday 9/19/22 was amazing! My son has been complaining about his throat being irritated for the past few days. I couldn’t get a sooner appointment with his pediatrician (next appt not until late October). I decided to google a few urgent care clinics that accepts my insurance. I did find a clinic that was 5 mins away from my house but it had horrible reviews, then I came across Midwest Express Clinic. I seen the wonderful reviews and decided to take that extra 10 minute drive there to check them out! I’m glad I decided to go there! Friendly staff and clean environment! I was at the clinic for no more than an hour too! Definitely my new to go to place in the event that I’m unable to see my PCP. I already recommended Midwest Express to my family and co-workers 🤗

I liked my in person visit it was friendly fast and very comfortable but trying to get my results from them drawing my blood to see how far along I am have been a headache . I came in on oct 24th still do not have my results back I’ve called 3x times mind you I ask all the right questions before coming into this location or allowing them to draw my blood meaning( I asked are you sure you will be able to tell how far along I am ) they said yes so I trusted them to do what they said they would do but they being telling me the same thing since my follow up appointment oct 27th its on the way I was told it takes 2-3 day for results I then called again and was told 2more days and that it should’ve been back but they don’t know what was going on smh .

I originally walked in for a b12 shot. The young lady at the front desk was very organized, informative and very polite! There were quite a few people but the wait wasn’t long at all. My back was killing and someone suggested I see the doctor there and with no hesitation they were able to get me in . The staff are great !! Really appreciated the care!

As soon as I entered I was greeted professionally and with the most kindness. The office is very clean and modern. They are even kid friendly. All of the staff I saw that day were professional, kind, and patient with extra applauds for the receptionist. Very, very, very pleased with the service I received from them.

Loved how this facility was ran went in with my family member and Jessica made sure the process was fast and easy. Provider Nicole was really attentive with my mother. The staff truly cares about their patients. Will be returning myself for any of my health care needs.

The receptionist, medical assistant and the doctor were all friendly as well as professional. The place was very clean even the bathroom. The waiting room isn't that big so since it was crowded I waited in my truck. I gave it only four stars due to me having to wait an hour to be seen after my appointment time but other than that I must say my experience here was great.

Love the staff everyone was so welcoming from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. They work well as a team and I know I can trust my family and friends to go there with no issue. An excellent clinic! I got recommended to come to the clinic by a coworker who took her son here.

Super friendly receptionist. The Dr. we see is always making sure that even though my husband only speaks English he sees the paperwork while I translate. (There are translators available I just choose to do it myself). I really appreciate her approach.

Had a great experience reception was helpful doctor was very sweet. Nurse was also very welcoming. Was in and out in about an hour counting registration vitals and seeing the actual doctor. If this was on a packed day I'm sure they can get you in and out in 30 on a normal day

Upon arriving at the establishment, I was courteously greeted and taken care of. The clinic is kept very nice, organized and clean. Sanitized! The wait time was not long at all and was seen right away. I went yesterday and had a great experience. The female at the front desk was very nice & professional. The one who gave me my rapid covid test was extremely helpful & professional as well. The reason I went to get a test was for my upcoming trip to Japan and it turned out that they don’t accept rapid tests. I went back to this place and told them I’m really sorry but it turns out they don’t accept rapid tests, I’ll pay and wait again. They were nice enough to take care of me within seconds and told me I don’t have to pay again. I was very thankful. Experiences like these are things I’ll remember for the rest of my life and I’m glad they took care of me. Give those two females a raise & a promotion because they deserve it.

Took 3 week old baby to get checked for vomiting. Front desk assured me NP would be able to assist. Charged $100 and made us wait. NP saw how little baby was and told us she could not see him and sent us out. Asked for money back and NP said she’d submit it to the billing department. Later in the day. We received a call to let us know we could t get a refund because provider went into the room for a minute. Front desk should get information correctly and ensure we don’t get robbed from our money for a one minute with the NP.

10 out of 10 they attended me very quickly for my first time they are very attentive and friendly 100% recommended they are very good at their job the place is super clean The most incredible thing is that I didn't have an appointment. My son felt bad. They took care of me very quickly.

Great Experience..Staff was professional and courteous. Midwest hours of operation was perfect because of my work schedule and child schooling. I was seen same day and was able to get required forms completed for school purposes.

Midwest clinics is NOT a trusted provider for Hawaii !!! When I went there they said yes Hawaii accept our covid test never been an issue. When we got to the air port in Maui they turn us away. They said we had to fly to LAX and get tested in the airport and come back. My small son and I flew to lax and had to spend the night in the airport since the pace wasn’t open anymore. LAX had no lounges open nor was the uso open. My son had to sleep on my legs while I stood awake because they had multiple homeless people coming in and out the airport. When I called Midwest they told me Hawaii does accept the test that they were wrong. I paid 1k to fly to lax and then back to Hawaii . It was such an horrible experience. Now they are sending me bill for the testing we had done at Midwest. I would of went across the street to Walgreens instead of Midwest.

Quick, friendly, clean. The providers explained everything with great detail and were very personable. The only area with room for improvement is their outreach to the surrounding neighborhood. My family in the neighborhood had no idea that this urgent care had even opened. There is no signage or visible outreach in Spanish. This is an absolute must for being on 55th and Kedzie.

Beautiful, clean faculty. The Dr was kind, patient and very complete with her exam and explanations. I would 100% recommend coming here for anything needed when you can’t get into your family dr.

I came in as a walk in patient at the end of the work day prior to their closing. I met with Suzie Jackatey, who was extremely helpful in regards to my medical condition. I have a follow up appointment, and feel very comfortable with her.

I put myself on the waitlist online on a Sunday morning after I woke up with a sore throat. I was seen right away and the entire process was very smooth. All of the ladies working that day were very nice and attentive. The doctor was great and she sent over a prescription to my local pharmacy. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend this establishment!

I had an infection from losing my wisdom tooth, and the pain was excruciating. I wasn’t able to get into a dentist for another week. I was referred to this facility through my insurance provider it was extremely last minute, but I was able to fill out all the pertinent paperwork online and get to the facility in a timely manner. The staff was extremely professional and just nice. I felt totally at ease and being in pain you really need people to handle you with care they went above and beyond. The doctor was extremely friendly and accommodating. She shared information about the facility and what they had to offer just in case I needed them in the future. I was extremely pleased and the doctor had amazing bedside manner which I totally appreciate. I’ve actually recommended the facility to people I know because we’ve experienced not so kind medical professionals in the past. Thanks I appreciate you

This was my first visit to an MEC, I went to the location on 55th and Kedzie. The facility was very clean and sanitized, the staff was polite and professional and it took less than 15 minutes for me to be seen. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this place to anyone in need! Also, the MA was very attentive and empathetic to my needs. I’m sad that I can’t recall her name, but she was amazing!

Very professional staff from the front desk to the exam room. My son needed a sports physical right away and we weren’t able to get an appointment with his PCP until a week later, whereas Midwest Express Clinic was able to see us the same day. Paying a reasonable price is way betting than hearing my son complain about missing a whole week of basketball practice. This worked out great for me.

Went in for a quick check up, filed out paperwork was called within minutes, checked by nurse quick then put in the room doctor came and gave me my results. Goes with the name express! Love that they take walk ins and hours are great! 8am-8pm!

This is the 2nd time I went to this urgent care clinic (walk in) The staff were very nice and treated me very well. I was called in maybe in 25 min? Did not wait too long Good service I'm glad they opened a block away from my house

This is by far the best clinic I’ve ever visited! Always warm smiles and they don’t judge you. They actually care and listen to their patients. I will always visit this clinic ! Gage Park is the best location!

You have to fill out a new form every year, but don't let that discourage you. The care they give you is worth it. When getting my B12 shot, the needle was small, and the doctor did not hurt me at all. She was a very nice young lady and careful with me and my family. The ladies at the front desk were very nice, helpful, and informative.
