Went in for PCR testing. A nurse administered the test, and it went normally. The doctor entered shortly after along with another nurse. As she checked my throat and breathing, the nurse stood in front of the door with his arms crossed just staring directly at me. Once the doctor finished, she began to leave, I followed, and then the nurse said ”ok” sticks his arm out to usher me out the door (which I already was doing). I felt extremely uncomfortable, and it felt as if I was being intimidated and watched. The nurse was trying to act as security, attempting to be menacing. The doctor was completely normal, but the nurse was never introduced or acknowledged. It would not have been strange had he been carrying supplies, helping the doctor, holding a chart/notepad, etc. When does a nurse enter the room, stand in front of the door, arms crossed, and simply stare down a patient without saying a word? I’m livid. This was my first visit, and I live 5 minutes away; I was hoping to make this my new primary care facility. Absolutely not. Never going back.

Dr. Keeler is one of the most thoughtful, helpful, and thorough physicians I’ve ever had. Another staff member, the woman who generally works the front desk, is also very friendly and helpful! I know that working that job can be a little thankless and always appreciate how communicative and kind she is. In general, every staff member I interacted with was welcoming as a baseline and I always feel comfortable the minute I walk in.

I have had awful experiences at this location time and time again. The medical incompetence displayed by the staff at this point in my 3 seperste visits is unparalleled. The first? A misdiagnosis without doing any kind of testing or extra diagnostic work. I was put on something akin to snake oil in treating the condition I had. The next? I was put on a regiment of antibiotics that did nothing to address my infection. They did nothing to culture it and it persisted. The third? They cultured it finally but gave me another round of antibiotics that caused another kind of infection to develop in another area of the body because it's killing off all the bacteria, including the good kinds preventing this kind of infection (especially since my pre-existings put me at a higher risk). The medical staff here should all recieve serious performance evaluations and could probably do with another half century in residency with this level of negligence and oversight!

I'm so grateful to have found this facility! From the front desk, to the medical assistants, to the doctor (namely Dr. Keeler!) to the pharmacy technicians - everyone is so attentive and efficient. Dr. Keeler's availability and genuine care provided is absolutely unmatched. Definitely switching to Alliance as my long term care provider!

Just got dismissed as a patient after coming here for years due to my disability. The amount of backtracking from not just the staff who text but also Margaret has been extremely disheartening because I actually thought she was a good doctor until now. Not everyone I have spoken with in the years I’ve been able to go here have been rude but when they do answer those texts or those calls they really show how little they care. What hurt the most are the lies Margaret stated in portal messages that go against not only her previous portal messages, but also things she said in person and also the texts I had been receiving to schedule an appointment with orders from my doctor that I had been told over the phone and through text was ok to do still as of January 2024. The amount of discrimination and retaliation I have received over the past few days has caused me tremendous amounts of stress. Why would I switch to a clinic that I know doesn’t have the resources I need Margaret? Why would I mislead you about anything and how could I even when I could barely talk most of the time. Especially this last time before all this happened when the only way for me to calm down when when you allowed my friend who brought me there because I’m agoraphobic, to come back to the room with me and you were telling me stories about how you too need butterfly needles. How does it get to the point of all these lies, all this disrespect, all this backtracking, and discrimination, and denial of care? You put the order in after I said my PCP, which all of you have known about for years since he’s on my insurance, would send over the documents. After you just told me to take an otc iron pill if I’m worried about it instead of putting in the order after I had already updated through echeck in, sent you a message through the echeck in, and even read from my notes app because I was still unsure of what was included in an annual physical since I haven’t seen a doctor in years because of my agoraphobia. You put it in out of courtesy, I was told that over the phone and through text when I hadn’t checked any messages since you had already denied me and I replied with the message stating my doctor would send the orders since I was told that was ok to do still. Then after three times of faxing the orders, as soon as my caseworker called because I couldn’t handle the stress anymore and needed help because the receptionist at this clinic was rude and disrespectful but “she was new” and “was the only one there” until I had a meltdown over the phone because I was so confused and told there was only one fax number and then was given a totally different number than the one I was given over text, then all of a sudden she come back with information, as soon as that happened “policies have changed”. Margaret you told me to just walk in and yet over text I’m being treated as if I just do as I please when I always schedule. You told me to just come in and then switched to I need to schedule and then I’m being dismissed as a patient. I don’t know what I did, I don’t understand what’s going on, my friend who went with me doesn’t understand what’s going on, but this is discrimination and retaliation for your clinic messing up. Oh yes I did finally get the faxes sent over and checked on thank you my amazing caseworker, but with what you all have put me through the past few days, I can’t trust this place anymore and this is as far as I can go because of my disability. After everything you all have lied and backtracked on what’s stopping you from calling the cops when I go for a scheduled appointment and just saying I’m trespassing? What’s going to stop you all from denying my friend from coming back to support me again if I call to confirm he can be with me? What’s stopping you all from tampering with my bloodwork? Clearly from other reviews I’m not that only one who has experienced the rude and disrespectful side of this place, but I hope no one ever has to go through denial of care, retaliation, and discrimination as I have from these people.

Dr Keeler is amazing. She is friendly, kind, caring, and informative. Every other doctor I’ve seen here has been great too. Most of the assistants/nurses have been great. The location is convenient especially with the pharmacy connected. They are accommodating for walk-ins and appointments. There is one nurse in particular who is incredibly unpleasant and rude. I’ve been going here for around 2 years and the same woman is unpleasant every time she takes my vitals, so it’s not a one off situation unfortunately.

The best medical experience I have had in Chicago. I was in and out, given attentive care and additional laughter. I also noted that I was prone to yeast infections when taking antibiotics and was prescribed medication in case one were to occur. The proactive care made me feel heard and valued as a patient. Will be my first medical contact should I need it. Thank you so much.

Margret Keeler is one of the best medical professionals I've ever worked with. However, I won't be returning due to the incompetence of the billing department. Margret, please let me know if you move on to somewhere that can keep proper books. I'm tired of being overcharged to avoid collections and being told "well we had a new receptionist so they messed up - oops!"

Friendly and efficient staff. Session with doctor was excellent I haven't had many Drs in my life, but this might be best bedside ever.

Margaret Keeler gave me the incorrect diagnosis and prescribed medication I did not need. I requested additional bloodwork even though she was certain of my condition with the visual examination. Her assessment was incorrect based on the test results. I then tried to communicate with her on how to treat my condition and she responded 16 days later with no helpful information. I tried calling the office but the people who answer tell me to communicate through the digital portal. I’ve been coming here for 6 years for my primary care needs and am very disappointed with this experience. Im giving 2 stars because the nurses and staff were very nice and patient on each visit.

This place was under a horrible management and that is why they went under name change and closed the business. It is still managed by same people and same mentality, still greedy and opportunist approach. I went there for testing and they lost my urine sample. Several days passed and I finally called to find out this. They did not bother to call and tell me that. They said come over and do it again, of course what else I can do? What is even more annoying is that they billed my insurance again for the urine test! This is no unethical and dishonest business practice. I was not supposed to be charged twice for the sample you lost. Nothing has changed here and do not be fooled by the reviews left by their friends and family.

This place will be my go to whenever I have some health issues. The receptionist was aware of my deafness and communicated with me through paper and pen. She was very professional and friendly. The doctor, Dr. Keeler, was very kind and friendly which I loved about the doctors. She communicated with me through her laptop, making sure she understood me and explained to me throughly what I needed to do to get better. I'd definitely know where I'll come back!

My 1st time here today. From start to finish this was a perfect example of how you should be treated at a Dr's office. The receptionist was super friendly. I saw Dr. Keeler who was funny and easy to talk to and the appt was a breeze. Picked up my prescription onsite in the pharmacy there too. Everyone was top notch, highly recommended.

Had a great experience at Alliance immediate care. The front desk lady was so kind and patient with my complicated booking. Everything was so fast and easy, I was in and out in a matter of 20 minutes. Highly recommend this pace for a last minute doctors visit.

I highly recommend this place. When my PCP at a different office quit doing Primary care i was quite honestly devastated, and certain i would never have a doctor as great as she was again, i have some medical trauma and it’s been hard for me to get over - but the care I received here was far beyond the best I have ever received. It usually takes a few visits for me to feel comfortable, but I felt at ease immediately with Dr Margaret Keeler. I’m usually shy to bring up conditions, I don’t want to be annoying or overload too much at once as physicians in the past have usually encouraged me to only bring up one thing and book additional appts for everything else— but here I was encouraged to bring it all up, which took me by surprise. my many questions and concerns were answered with ease and genuine care, I left the office feeling seen, heard, and knowing that everything I mentioned was taken seriously and there was a plan set for next steps. The office itself is very clean with a great selection of art, the desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the pharmacy on site is incredible as well, usually pharmacy runs are so annoying and take so long, but here, i just grab my meds as i walk out, so fast ! the wait was minimal as well, less than ten minutes. I’m really, really lucky and grateful i found this place.

Super professional, very efficient, and very well organized. The staff is really nice and ready to work. I just came in for a PCR test and they took care of me and made sure I was thoroughly tested. I basically had a quick check up and I wasn’t expecting such service.

I had a wonderful experience at this place. It was easy to get an appointment, the staff was very friendly and Margaret, the physician assistant, addressed my concerns without me feeling rushed. Great job overall.

Appointment making was a breeze! The person helping me was clear to recommend an early appointment for my physical so I won’t have to fast for too long:) Kudos to him for the tip! Day of: front desk was great! Medical assistant could have used some coffee, she was unenthusiastically going through the motions (granted it was the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend). After she collected my initial health data, she said “he will be with you shortly”. I said he? Anyhow, I told her I made an appointment with a female doctor and she told me that only a guy was here. She never elaborated further and walked out the door. The doctor I seen was exceptional!!! He explained why he was there instead of the other doctor. He reviewed my health history and followed up with the physical, he took his time answering all my questions and concerns. Thank you!!! I will definitely be staying here.

This was the quickest and smoothest urgent care experience I have ever had. The doctor was so wonderful and kind. They have a pharmacy there so I was in and out with medicine and all in under an hour. I will definitely be returning.

I recently just switched over to this clinic and it has been a great experience! The staff is polite, professional, and they actually care about your health and well-being, It is also really convenient because they have a pharmacy inside so there is never a wait to get prescriptions.

I wont go back. I used this office as my primary care for two years while not having healthcare. I went for cholesterol medication since my levels were too high. After having symptoms of chest pain and rapid heartbeat from the Lipitor, I returned and the doctor told me that I have anxiety and should seek help. …? I never received a follow up call from them in over 6 months and wont return.

Let me start by saying that if this review was for PA Margaret Keeler, it would be a GLOWING 5 star review. She is nothing short of AMAZING. But unfortunately, this is about the nurse. She’s always been less than friendly in the years I’ve been coming here, but today was inexcusable. She started by asking me what the purpose of my visit was, and I told her it was for a repeat of my bloodwork from last week. She said she had already spoken to Margaret and that I wasn’t supposed to come back for 3 months. I informed her that I was literally just emailing with Margaret yesterday and today, and she told me to fast today and then come in for bloodwork. The nurse told me I was wrong and left the room. After Margaret came in and assured me that the nurse was wrong, we discussed a concerned spot on my breast, on the opposite side of where I recently had breast cancer. And then she sent the nurse back in to do my bloodwork. The nurse came in, tossed the metal tray of bloodwork supplies onto the desk and slammed the door, never saying a word to me. I informed her that she’d have her best luck drawing from my hand, rather than my arm. She told me that it was more difficult that way, and I reminded her that she literally JUST drew blood from my hand *a week ago.* So she frustratingly walked out of the room to get a different needle, came back and tossed the supplies on the desk again, and very forcefully put the needle into my hand, without saying a word. This was the last straw for me. I ADORE Margaret, but if the nurse is going to keep being rude as hell, I may have to start looking for a new office.

Bar none- this is the best experience I've had in any medical setting and I've been through a few in my day. The knowledgable, professional, friendly, and kind practitioners and staff are amazing. They listen and care about their patients. Let me say that again... THEY LISTEN AND CARE about their patients.

This place is amazing. Everyone is nice and very helpful. I'm always able to get a appointment when needed and even if they are booked they always let me know I'm able to come in as a walk-in unlike other doctors offices. I will be coming back.

Called me in for a literally unnecessary followup after a physical (the doctor was confused why I was there again) then billed me 4x the followup rate posted on their website. Their 'compromise' bill was still 2x posted rate. Will be looking elsewhere for a primary care physician.

Front Desk staff helpful with questions over the phone prior to visit as well as at check-in. Always nice to my little kiddos during their sick days. I always feel welcomed and there is a waiting time but not as long as other places.

The same day i told the receptionist my credit card info I had a charge for 97 dollars worth of Chipotle. Also they added a charge for a simple visit months after I was there. This place exists to scam people. Do not use them.

I went to establish my pcp and it was a very pleasant experience. Everything was done very fast and efficient. Margaret Keeler and the rest of the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. In addition to the general physical I got my bloodwork done and my covid booster. I am glad I went here.

I had a very good experience at Alliance. Every single interaction was kind, respectful, and prompt. I love that there’s a pharmacy at the location, so it’s very easy to get your prescription. Side note: their medicine bottles are pink and I think that’s really cute. If you have County Care this is the place for you to get medical attention fairly soon besides the ER. I appreciate everyone at Alliance and the resources they provide.
