Every
time
I
come
in
to
workout
at
TNT
I
am
enthusiastically
greeted
by
all
staff,
especially
Brandon
Stryganek.
I
started
with
the
track
academy
in
the
summer
going
into
my
sophomore
year
and
won
two
national
championship
titles
in
the
1500
meters
and
3000
meters.
I
had
previously
worked
out
with
a
different
coach
outside
of
school.
The
move
to
TNT
was
so
worth
it!
All
the
athletes
made
me
better
and
motivated
me
to
push
myself,
especially
the
ladies.
I
was
one
of
only
a
few
distance
runners
who
attended
TNT.
My
junior
and
senior
year
I
would
often
come
to
TNT
after
some
long
distance
training
at
school
practice
and
use
it
as
an
(agility,
mobility,
and
weight
lifting
session).
Usually
did
this
in
January
and
preseason
track
to
build
up
my
strength
before
the
season
got
going.
TNT
is
a
place
for
ages
10
to
about
17
or
even
18.
I
am
running
division
one
cross
country
and
track
this
upcoming
fall
for
Texas
A&M;
TNT
was
a
huge
help
in
the
process
of
getting
the
times
and
race
results
I
needed.
If
you
play
football,
baseball,
basketball,
or
run
any
track
event
shorter
than
the
mile,
TNT
is
the
place
for
you.
