Very friendly, great products from bagels to muffins to sandwiches with drinks and ready made wraps and salads available for those in a rush. I was a little disappointed though that my two bagels and coffee were $10. Seems liked its high just to take advantage of the residential area...but hey, maybe their rent is high.

The ordering process is not intuitive. There is a sign that says Line Starts Here with an arrow pointing down. but then what direction does it go, so it's confusing to tell who is waiting in line and who is waiting for their order. Also. You don't pay right after the order. Which I find it odd. Maybe it's. Personal preference, but would like to pay immediately after ordering so that once my food is up I can just go (shrug). The whole process is confusing and awkward.
