I had a very poor experience for laser. I said it at the time & I wrote to them and never received any response. It was further highlighted how poor it was when I went to a more local salon for laser & they were more genuine, did a great job with no focus on upselling products.

The consultation was very thorough and the doctor explained everything concisely. She made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. I was really happy with everything.

Hello. I visited your clinic thanks to the reviews on Instagram. I did laser hair removal of the bikini area for the second time. The first time there was a procedure in a clinic in Ukraine, so there is something to compare with. Positives: cleanliness, friendly staff. Negative points: efficiency from the laser 0% (not a single hair left the treated area); No tea or coffee was offered while waiting for the procedure.

I had a really good experience, all of the staff are friendly and professional. I have been getting lazer hair removal. The treatment was quick and almost pain free, i would say its 99% less painful than waxing. I noticed a lessening in hair growth after my 1st treatment. I highly recommended therapie clinic.

Lovely informative Doctor. However, this was rescheduled appointment as original appointment was cancelled with less than an hours notice. I travelled 62.9 km, and had to reschedule work shift to attend original appointment time, and was sent text 1 hour prior to appointment time to advise of cancellation. When I asked for discount due to this my request was declined. I questioned this, based on fact if as a customer i cancelled with less than 24 HOURS notice I would be subjected to a considerable cancellation fee. However I was told this was policy. Based on this inadequate customer service I will not continue to use Therapie and will not recommend based on this inadequate, and non customer focused service, profit before customer focused business.

Met by extremely friendly receptionists. I had my 7 year old with me and I was delighted they mentioned he could wait upstairs with me. Dr Barry was amazing. Fantastic personality and it was like a pamper session. I’ll 100% be using Therapie again. Thank you! Wonderful staff :)

Absolutely brilliant experience today with the girls here in Sligo! I received a voucher from my mom for my 28th birthday just passed and lemme tell you , best present ever. I suffer from combination , sensitive skin with pigmentation issues and Megan was so cool and so informative as I came in for my first out of three peel treatments , as I never attended an appointment like this before I was excited going in but even more excited coming out! The process was relaxing , straightforward and for a first time experience pretty magical ☺️✨ I couldn’t believe the immediate glow from my skin! Definetly excited for my next two treatments , highly highly reccomend

Do not come here if you want laser. My legs were so pale they looked blue, and they refused to carry out the treatment because 'I still had tan on' and I lost my money. Other clinics have accommodated me in previous times. Extremely disappointed in Sligo clinic after spending over a thousand euros on sessions, leaving work early to attend my appointment and driving for over an hour, just to be refused. Ridiculous carry on, I will never be coming back. Save your time and money, and go elsewhere. Absolutely not worth it.

Just had my 9th session done by Aimee. She was full of chat and made the experience very comfortable. She answered any questions I had and provided advice. Really happy with the service as always :)

Excellent. Service in Sligo. Chloe was very patient everytime I winced in pain and requested a break. I can't wait to see if laser hair removal works on my dark 4c Afro skin and hair... I will update in 6 months... 6 weeks later, visible hair reduced and I'm happy
