We went to this Sauna following a long hike. The staff were so kind, and it was such a revitalising experience. You can easily hop between the hot sauna and the salty refreshing sea, since a bathing area is right next to the sauna. The sauna is peaceful and connected to the surroundings as the glass wall provides a view of Sligo bay. Much more affordable than booking yourself into a spa! Ideal no matter the weather. Highly recommend.

This is a must do!!!! We tried the sauna in the afternoon and went back in the evening for the hottub! The views are spectacular! Some of the best in Ireland! Go for a swim in the sea and hop straight into the sauna! Repeat! Your pass is good for 45 minutes. An absolute bargain at 15 euro! Do not go-to the area and not try this out. The owner was so Friendly!

We had an amazing experience! Went there on a Sunday afternoon without a booking and Ciaran the Manager was super kind and helpful and sorted us out. Because it was quiet we were able to try both saunas and go for a dip in the sea. We felt fantastic and revived afterwards. Would go back anytime! The HotBox sauna in Sligo is a fantastic experience. The views are great, facilities are very clean and staff are very friendly. Perfect thing to do if you’re looking to relax on your own or with friends.

You will LOVE this place, spend your time going from the salty sea to the cozy hot sauna and come away feeling mighty. Stunning views. Great in winter or summer. Ciaran there is super friendly and the whole place just has a gorgeous welcoming vibe about it. So reasonably priced too. Couldn’t recommend it more.

We love the Hot box Sauna at Rosses Point. Really well run, clean, and a fun place to meet new people whilst taking in the beautiful views out to the sea & exhilarating sea dips throughout ye session. Don’t go changing Hot Box Sauna!

A whopper place to go with a great view of the ocean, the saunas are very well built with a plunge pool just outside. If the plunge pool isn’t enough for you there is a little pier to jump into the sea right over the wall. 10/10 would recommend.

I had such a great relaxing time here today. Two Fabulous saunas and a cold water plunge pool right beside the sea. Spent an hour and half with my daughter and her boyfriend. Ciaran the owner was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. Open all year. 😊

Excellent sauna experience. Freindly staff, functional changing rooms and storage for you clothes and lovely saunas with sea view. Right by the sea for cold plunging between sessions in the sauna. Amazing value!

Had a fantastic afternoon at the Hot Box Sauna today. The location is perfect to combine sauna time with a refreshing dip in the sea. A very relaxed and hospitable environment! We will definitely be back

Lovely afternoon moving between the heat and cold. Easy access to the beach for a saltwater cold plunge or use the freshwater right outside. Two saunas with plenty of room and each with a slightly different but equally beautiful view. Easy parking, changing facilities and storage cubes. Also right next door to a fantastic restaurant for a bite and drink after. (Fish & Bean) Definitely worth it!!

Absolutely amazing experience! The views are spectacular, staff friendly, and full of good advice on the local area. Located at a swim beach too with miles of golden sand. We love coming here as often as possible.

This is definitely a must do when your in sligo. The Saunas are amazing with a plunge pool and right beside the sea to hop from a sea swim into the sauna. It has changing facilities and the staff are amazing! Soo friendly can't do enough for you. Will be back!

The highlight of the experience was the cold water plunge at Rose's Point, which was invigorating and left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The staff at the Hot Box Sauna are truly fantastic, they were extremely helpful and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The interactions with them were lovely and added an extra touch of hospitality to an already fantastic experience. The Hot Box Sauna in Rosses Point is a brilliant experience! In a beautiful setting with fantastic views, it’s a lovely way to relax and chill out. The sea and the plunge pool are a refreshing break from the heat! Staff are super helpful and a big shout out to Ciarán who’s an incredibly hard worker and so friendly. Well worth a visit!

Great experience easy to book online. Great view of the sea. If you book at the right time you can even watch the sunset while in the sauna. Really nice heat too I didn't think I could bear 45 min but the heat was lovely I think it's because they use a wood fire to heat the Sauna. The plunge pool is just outside or you can even jump into the sea to cool down.
