We went there with our two kids aged 3 and 6 and they had a great time. There are a lot of peacocks roaming the area, parrots, chicken, sheep, emus, alpacas, lamas, an ostrich, cows, owls, deer, horses, ponies, and various other smaller animals. Some basic foods like pizzas, fries, and sweets are available. Overall, it's a nice place for an hour but the price of 9 Euro for each adult and child is rather high.

Kids enjoyed it. Enjoyed and amazed by the animals the bouncy castle and go karts are an added bonus kids loved every minute. For 9 euro it is a bargin less than a lot of places. Will be going back next year for sure

Only giving 2 stars as the enclosures for all the birds were WAYYY too small, especially for some of the birds of prey. A few couldn't get their wings fully open to fly and were crashing into the sides of the cage. I'd be concerned for the welfare of the birds, this is cruel. This is a pity as its a lovely farm and area to walk around and is educational for kiddies and adults. Good variety of animals so would love to see bigger enclosures for them especially the birds.

A wonderful find! A good place to take the family or young children on weekend or holiday day trip. Lots of animals to see with information boards a out each animal. Food and sofas available at the restaurant and clean toilets. The staff are friendly and helpful. It would be a good venue for children's birthday party or primary school outing

Great little farm. Lots of animals. The animals are not hand fed (a good thing). Alpaca, Peacocks, Ostrich, Deer, Various Exotic Birds, Birds of Prey, Fowl, Pigs, Ponies, Tortoise and a friendly cat. 2yr old loved it, 11yr old enjoyed too. Bouncy castle and indoor arena for pedal toys. Pizza and tuck shop too. Reasonable entry fee compared to others visited recently.

Very disappointing. Animals are in small enclosures and seem to be stressed. In particular the birds do not seem to be happy. The grey parrot kept alone, with an expected life span of 60 years made me sad. The taxidermy was creepy, especially in the context of a wildlife park. The tortoise had no water. I should have checked the reviews before going as it seems people have said similar things for years.

Visited the farm on sat 8 th April 23, we were met by a very friendly staff , had well need coffee from travels in reception, I was with my son, his wife and 2 young children, we were given instructions to follow a well signed trail and came across a wide variety of animals from llamas, wild boer, connamara pony, exotic birds , horses rabbits , and ducks and turkeys , the 2.5 yr old loved every minute of it as did the adults, it's a lovely trail and kids had a play room of bouncy castle and play tractors to ride at the end. The kids were given a free easter egg on departing. Highly recommend this farm for all ages and best of all was that the animals are well cared for and are out moving about for all to see.

One of the best pet farms we've ever visited, amazing selection of animals. The indoor play area has a good selection of toys but it could do with some TLC. I will no doubt be recommending this farm to all of my friends and family

Beautiful place for family. Kids loved the playground. Good few animals to see. Make sure to say hi to Paddy the parrot. There is nice walking track around the farm (no boots or Wellingtons required). All nice and tidy. Café and toilets only available at entrance. It would be great to have that near indoor playground as well. Kids loved everything.

We went to Stonehall to see their new Ring-tailed lemurs! An exciting new addition to the park. We had a 1 year old and 3 year old with us and they absolutely loved the day out! Perfect place for smallies to visit and lots to keep them entertained. Even on a wet day with the indoor play areas.

Great place to take the kids for couple of hours or a party. Lots more animals and birds than I expected. Had everything including a bouncy castle which the kids used. Really relaxing walk on the grounds. Great place.

For €9 entry fee you could do worse... plenty of unusual animals and birds to see. Great play area for the kids with great little pedal cars too. Great forest walk through the grounds to see all. Cafe and toilets perfect too. Spent a little over an hour there 👍🏼

Lovely place to visit, very clean, wide range of interesting animals, lovely views and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend a visit for children of all ages.

wonderful experience with peacocks! Felt sad about parrot and turtle. Parrot needs companionship and trees, felt lonely watching paddy in indoor cells. Turtle didn't have pond/water access.

Wonderful place and great collection of animals. Not too big but near to Limerick city. Fun place for kids as they have many toys and cycles for kids to play once the tour of farm is done. Nice place to spend time

Great place, kids had fun mixing a bit of animal sight seeing with a trail walk and of course the go kart thingies won their hearts. There aren't too many animals but it would definitely keep littlies busy for a good few hours of the day! ❤️

Fantastic day out .Animals so cared for and more importantly the place is very clean and staff most welcoming . Fantastic in door play area . Very relaxed feeling . Children can get very close to most animals. Big shout out for a place for all children/families but most importantly children with additional needs. Booking system is brilliant. Thanks 💙 we will be back very soon .

Very rainey day we had but great farm n animals beautiful... My 8 year old loved it, especially the squirrel.

  • 3/5 Emma D. 3 years ago on Google
Some special elements but could be more.... the peacocks are fabulous and lovely to see with feathers outspread, but there is a trail with not much to see, perhaps consider a fairy trail to engage young souls. Overall children enjoyed it. Finally a little pricey for what you see and do but happy to support the farm.

Fantastic place to visit, very friendly staff and so many animals to see. We loved the fairy garden and the little hotels too. Great for kids. We were greeted by a beautiful white peacock in the carpark when we arrived!
