Very kind and helpful reception staff. Fantastic Cafe Bar Lunch from 12-5 pm. Fresh battered cod wonderful, also oven baked lasagne very tasty. It's a pity there are few gluten free meals it would be lovely to try this food and desserts All at affordable prices Thank you Kisha for nice service I recommend this place

Stayed with my partner. Rooms are okay no problem with that. There were a few shops around however road works were blocking the shops. Definitely just a hotel you would stay the night in if you were travelling. Never want to go back!

Right at the river in the heart of sligo. Just a few steps to the delicious Restaurants and pubs. Good Shopping round the corner. Cozy modern rooms the only point is the door to the balcony. Difficult to lock and unlock and the Wind whistles through. Breakfast Was good and hot. Service friendly. Sligo is a lovely place too stay and explore the wild atlantic way ๐Ÿ‘

We just walked-in for lunch, didnโ€™t stay in the hotel. Itโ€™s close to the shops so was convenient and they had bunch of empty seats for us . One side is a bar area with TV and another side is more family oriented with a mix of low and high tables. The service was very friendly and food came out super fast. Prices seemed reasonable as well.

Loved this hotel. Check In staff were really friendly and being able to park at the hotel was great. Make sure you get a riverside room as it was lovely to sit and watch the world go by on the balcony. The rooms were a good size and really well appointed. Breakfast was nice. Would recommend.

Had a lovely stay here. Room was big, clean and well maintained. Breakfast in the morning was good too with plenty of choice and great service. I stayed for business but would recommend to couples and families too. Canโ€™t beat the location!

Our room, and throughout the building, was very clean and tidy. Every member of staff we met were willing to engage in conversation and they were all so pleasant and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and just as important as anyone else. It was great value and we will definitely be staying again. Thank you to everyone, you were amazing.

Enjoyed this 4 star funky hotel in Sligo. We were booked into a junior suite, I loved the view on the river below. The service is really friendly,. It appears to be a favourite location for hen and stag parties which makes the bar and breakfast a tad noisy. The location in the centre of Sligo is brilliant and the accessibility of the carpark is easy.

Stayed there for 3 nights on the 7th April 2003 in twin room . great price , nice rooms. great breakfast. It was very busy but plenty of comfortable seating scattered around. All the Staff were wonderful always pleasant and very helpful. In particular the night security staff that weekend were the nicest people . We were at a wedding in Markee Castle and were coming and going all evening until 4am . Later all our relatives from the different hotels gathered there with their suitcases waiting on the train as it was near the station and all treated lovely. I cant wait to go back another time.

Love this place, been visiting on business on and off for 10 years. Food is ok, breakfast is buffet but good. Coffee is nice and strong. Local to center. Parking is underground. Can get busy so book early.

This hotel was the best hotel we stayed in our entire trip to Ireland. Wonderful location with pubs and eateries right outside the door as well as a wonderful restaurant on premises. The breakfast bar was great with lots of wonderful service. Several young people are employed to work and bus tables and so on. The room was so great, the AC made it very nice for my wife and I. We are American, so we like having the blower on moving air through the night. The beds were very comfortable, and the water had great pressure with good HOT water. Everyone was so friendly and kind. I can not recommend this place enough.

Very nice and modern hotel. Had a balcony room along the river. Was a lovely time there. Breakfast could be better but was still good to eat for the 2 days I was there. Try the Summer breeze cocktail at the bar. DELICIOUS

Did not stay but popped in for some food in the evening. The fish and chips was tasty albeit small portion. That's everything really these days. But I would go back. The hotel looks nice and location to everything is brilliant. Staff who looked after me very attentive too.

Same menu every day. 4 stars hotel in the rest of Europe does not serve same menu except Ireland. Food is good only for 1-2 nights stay. If you stay more, then better try outside hotel. Breakfast is same every morning.

Myself and my husband went down on Bank Holiday Sunday and I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Excellent food, very tasty, very friendly staff and excellent location. Definitely go back again.

Lovely hotel but a few of the breakfast staff seemed inexperienced . The bacon was a bit dried and the fried eggs didn't look very appetising. Evening meals were good with some amazing irresistible desserts.

4 Star hotel which I guess is because of location... its fairly basic otherwise and doesn't in my humble opinion deserve more than a 3 star rating ... more of a business type hotel where its convenient for one or two night stays to carry out local business and then head on somewhere else... nothing to write home about - quite disappointing to be honest.

Overall a great hotel. I stayed here for 3 nights in a Junior Suite which was spacious and had superb views of the river. The decor is a little dated now - it has a real 90's feel about it with the block colours (my room was a green theme which looked more modern than my friend's which was terracotta). The public toilets on the ground floor are a bit grubby as are the sofas in reception. Nothing that a lick of paint and a trip to Ikea wouldn't fix! That aside, I will definitely stay again. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good too - lots of choice!

A good hotel in a great location. Staff very friendly & efficient. Evening meal was excellent from start to finish, curried butter we loved! Breakfast was good a little more choice would be a benefit. A lovely stay would recommend.

Just stopped off here for a quick drink and a bite to eat in the bar nice relaxed place very friendly staff there downfall is there food. Ordered myself chicken wings and they were disgusting to say the least I asked for them to be well done and they were not. coated in a gravy like barbecue sauce that was pure watered down. This is not how bbq sauce is meant to be.cost 8 euro for 7 wings my kids could cook better at home. Because of this I left to go else where for main course wonโ€™t eat here again I paid and expected hotel food not slops that u would get in a college canteen

Stayed in a twin room - beds a bit small. There was literally two single beds in our room. Room and hotel in general very clean and modern. Was explained to us on arrival that there is work ongoing outside the hotel - we wouldn't have known anything about it only for they told us. Ate in the bar in the evening - food was grand but served on a cold plate and lukewarm by the time it got to us. Breakfast was delicious. Checkout was very easy. Location of this hotel makes it. If you are going shopping in Sligo you can park your car and won't have to move it until you're leaving! Thought it was a bit much for a hotel in this location to charge guests for parking. . Should be complimentary for guests surely? Hotel is expensive enough to stay in.

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Rooms are very cool..kinda 90s vibe all over with mad colours and fitting decor. Bed was very comfy, staff attentive but not in your face. Great choice of food for breakfast buffet cold and hot, quick service so no mad queues even though it was a busy weekend. Food in the restaurant was fine, but bar food and cocktails very good! Location is perfect, right in the centre. Loads of the rooms with river view. Note: there are renovations going on with scaffolding at some rooms, query when booking because some rooms may be impacted by some building noise in the morning!

AC was not working in our room, unbearably hot even for late September. The terrible lighting in the room and lack of mirrors meant getting ready for a wedding the following day was a pain. A Our room was clean but the carpets in a family members room and the corridor outside their room was the dirtiest I have seen in a long time. The staff were super friendly and nice. Breakfast was just ok. Disappointed as had heard great things about this hotel but won't be rushing back any time soon.

Suite room was really nice overlooking the river. Breakfast was OK. Staff were lovely and top notch. There was a window in our room which was a bit awkward to open and close & the air conditioning was very loud. Bed was gorgeous though.

I am currently staying at the hotel and can't sleep. It's early in the morning. The smell in room 603 is unbearable. It smells like old cigarettes and liquor. There are no windows to open. The door opens to a deck. The deck can be seen by anyone getting off the elevators and going into any of the rooms on level 6. Our friends are staying in 602 and their room's AC is not working. They gave them fans and they can open their door and let in fresh cool air. I would not recommend these two rooms if you like to sleep comfortably. The views of Sligo are beautiful and this would be a great hotel if the AC coming out of the vents did not smell like the bar downstairs. If you have allergies or asthma, this is not the hotel for you. If you like a clean smelling room, this is also not the room for you.

Great hotel, have stayed with family and partner at different times! Was not a fan of the service in the restaurant almost felt like we were โ€˜out of placeโ€™ and made to feel that way, but the food was lovely and staff in other part of hotel was great. Rooms are spacious and clean and good location near everything or within walking distance.

Great hotel, great central location in sligo beside the river and the nightlife, dinner was good breakfast was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and the rooms were spotless, the hotel has an underground car park making parking simple and hassle free.our room was 160 euros for 2 ppl one night breakfast included. Free WiFi and a good TV set up the room was also equipped with air conditioning if needed.

When in Sligo, I sometimes pop into the Glasshouse for some lunch or even for breakfast if in town early. I have found food and service very good and will continue to use this establishment whenever I am in Sligo. I would recommend it highly.

A great hotel in the town centre of Sligo. Very polite and attentive staff and a delicious breakfast (Irish and continental). Rooms are very tidy and nice - especially when facing the river!

Overall it would have been a great stay, including an amazing sleep, average food and friendly staff. The experience was slightly ruined, as we asked about the late checkout, but unfortunately it wasn't available, although they said 12:15pm is okay. At around 12:10 we got not even 1, but 2 phone calls from the reception asking if we were checking out. Hence why giving 3โญ only for the unpleasant impression we've got at the end, as been rushed to get out.

We stayed here for 2 nights and found it to be clean, friendly, good service and location was good. For bar food you have to book it or you won't get a seat. There was road works outside on the street which was loud and it was difficult to get access to the carpark. But in all we had a good stay.
