Have to say.. the best burger I have tasted in Ireland (I have been to Dublin, Cork, Kilkenny, Waterford) and arguably the best damn burger I have ever tasted in my life and unbelievably for that low price range. The sides were spectacular as well. Definitely have to try their smoked stack burger if you ever wish to reward yourself for a good day.

Best place for a burger in Sligo! Relaxed, friendly atmosphere with excellent service. Difficult to please everyone in our family but Flipside is always a winner! Recommend the smash burgers or the specials are pretty amazing- kids love a gravy on the side for the chips. Can’t pass it when we’re in Sligo- thanks guys!

The smoke stack burger was excellent. Attentive and helpful staff and dog friendly. A great experience.

Love the Burgers. Fries are amazing!! Pleasant staff. Only four Stars because the vegan/vegetarian patty just Taste like Cumin. It also contains lots of whole cumin pieces. Would love a second/different vegan/vegetarian patty for people, who are not so found of cumin. Wouldn’t recommend the Patty.

Popped in here not knowing exactly what to expect on our first night in Sligo. But it was unreal! May well have been the best burger ("the conqueror") that I've ever had. Had Korean sauce chicken wings, halloumi poppers and with cheeset fries and gravy fries, and everything tasted so good. Cool vibes in the building, good music, staff were lovely and good fun. Very fairly priced for the quality of food we got!

Super tender smash burger, literally melt in the mouth. Staff were really busy and under pressure but continued to be interactive and positive. Food came out fast, Halloumi poppers were delicious, big portions as well.

Nice cool location, we had to wait a little bit to get a table, which was fine, as we didn't made a reservation beforehand. It's a bit noisy, when full and the music playing, but that's okay. The food was really good. The kids got some soft-icecream at the end at, very lovely.

Cannot recommend Flipside enough. Better than majority of places I’ve been to in London when it comes to great food, done well with good atmosphere and service. Reccomend the Dictator burger which is so good that I had to come back again for it. Don’t worry if you see a big queue, the front of house team always have everything nailed so every visit is always a pleasure. Thanks guys.

Second week in a row here. Amazing everything! The gravy is the best I’ve ever had and I could drink it! Perfect for dipping your chips. We shared burgers and they were so thoughtful to divide them in half and split between plates. Next time we will be having dessert. Never enough space. Great job Flipside!!

Excellent burgers, best thing for me is that ALL the burgers can be adapted to vegetarian. Favourite is the Scorcher!

There was a wait to be seated, but once we were at a table we were served quickly. I had the American Dream burger and it was delicious. It might be the best burger I've had so far.

Nice chicken burger, very busy so took a while to get a seat on a Friday night. Was worth it though, reasonable price, good selection on the menu and the accompanying fries were lovely.

Amazing Burger, (photo is of 'The Dictator') Qwuerky names, incredible taste and a real good feel to the restaurant Staff are chilled and friendly, and the sauces on the burgers are what makes them so good 4 stars, as we felt the burgers were 'a little small' but then, if your going for flavour, rather than being full, then it's 5 Will be going again, just will be ordering chips to go with the burger (as the burgers don't come with chips) a starter before 😅

I was passing through Sligo and while on a road trip and decided to spontaneously spend then night. I looked up places to eat and Flipside was already highly recommended. I just want to add to the chorus, and say everything about this dining experience was fantastic. We were met by warm and inviting staff, the wait was totally reasonable, the food was excellent AND also locally sourced (which is a huge bonus for me) and my entire family left this restaurant talking fondly about the dining experience. It’s honestly rare these days to talk about the whole experience as amazing. Usually it’s the food or the serviced but at Flipside it was both! Highly recommend it.

Just ate here with my two children, staff are so friendly, attentive & genuinely nice, especially with the kids. Burgers were really good & the cheesy fries are delicious. My children are at that won’t eat off the little children's menu but adult portions are too big for them stage so Flipside menu is great. I Left a restaurant NOT feeling robbed for the first time in ages, definitely recommend & will be back.

Probably one of the best burgers I've eaten! Tried the Smash hit can't go wrong, it's so soft that feels like it melts in your mouth. Also their gravy sauce is delicious, as well as the halloumi poppers, 100% recommended 👌 Staff were so friendly, once we arrived they got out of their way to welcome us and to accomodate a table for us. We had to wait around 15min but they've a seating area to wait and you can get drinks while you wait.

Some might say I’m a regular but I absolutely love this place. Atmosphere is brilliant, fantastic staff and the food is sublime. The kitchen staff let their food do the talking. My advice, work through the menu till you find that perfect burger or build your own.

The Flipside burger is an experience! Right from when you approach the place the staff are welcoming and have a great energy and passion about the food that they will serve. There are several choices of burgers each unique in its own way. The chicken burger 'The Conqueror' paired with the rosemary fries and a cold can of coke was absolutely delicious, crunchy hot and fresh ! You eat it real slow cause you want to savour each bite and you never want to finish what's on your plate. A must visit and truly one if the best burgers I've eaten !

Fantastic meal we really enjoyed it! Definitely a must go if in Sligo. Also definitely get the garlic butter chicken tenders

This is a great place. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The smashed burger was delicious and the cheesy fries were very cheesy. A pint of local IPA and I was a happy man leaving. Well done all.

Good food, great service and atmosphere. Seems to be very popular so you may need to wait for a table. We arrived shortly after opening and the place filled up very quickly

The place located near river. They have 4 table outside . Burgers and fries are gorgeous and soooo delicious. Staffs are so friendly and kind thanks for everything. We went to on Saturday evening. The place was packed. We waited 15 minutes to have a table. But food worth it

The service and the burger is very good! The price is ok, but could be a little bit better. The meat it was a little bit overcooked but delicious. This place do not have a 10% service fee.

Highly recommend. Had the vegan burger and flame fries. The burger was delicious but very very spicy. Staff are super friendly and really on the ball. Service is ran like clock work. Really centrally located. The place was packed and didn’t ask for COVID cert.

Burger was great❤️ but chips tasted like frozen chips from Tesco🙈
