This
place
seriously
needs
some
changes.
I
hadn’t
been
in
6
months
previous
(which
was
also
a
bad
experience)
but
I
said
I
would
chance
it.
On
Friday
eve
22nd
September
I
brought
my
mother
for
food
at
the
drive
through.
The
bad
experience
started
when
I
had
to
repeat
my
order
3
times
to
the
girl
on
the
intercom
(who
was
very
obnoxious),
and
still
did
not
get
the
order
right.
When
we
went
to
pay
the
other
half
wit
at
the
window
read
out
the
order
and
I
said
no
we
did
not
order
meals
(no
chips).
She
then
started
mouthing
off
to
her
colleagues
straight
away
and
the
girl
on
the
intercom
insisted
we
did
order
meals.
It
was
some
of
the
worst
“customer
service”
I
have
ever
experienced.
The
girl
on
intercom
could
not
take
an
order
clearly
after
3
tries
and
the
least
she
could
have
done
is
read
it
back
to
us
if
she
was
confused,
but
oh
no
we
clearly
ordered
meals
and
then
refused
the
chips
because
that’s
what
gives
us
a
thrill…?!?
Such
a
big
deal
was
made
of
it
then
I
mean
all
she
had
to
do
was
void
it
and
put
the
chips
back
under
the
lamp
but
instead
she
told
us
to
wait
to
the
side
so
I
pulled
the
car
over
and
had
to
wait
another
5
minutes.
The
girl
at
the
windows
then
came
over
and
basically
dropped
the
food
into
my
hand
and
never
said
a
word
-
even
though
it
was
their
mistake!
I
mean
this
is
a
fairly
basic
task
and
they
could
not
do
it
properly
and
we’re
so
rude.
Staff
did
not
know
want
to
be
there
at
all.
Someone
needs
to
give
these
staff
correct
training
-
worst
I
have
ever
seen!
