Always great service today was no different, hot fast food in clean fresh surroundings.

A good supermacs, clean and nice staff. It can be very busy and hard to get a seat some times, but they now have outdoor seating also. Loads of free parking, and they have a drive-through. The last few times I've been, they have got a bit skimpy on the toppings for their fries, but yesterday it was better, and that's the picture I've added. I ordered 5 chicken tenders and only got 3 in the box, but the staff were very good and corrected the mistake without any hassle. Another visit today, I saw a pizza meal deal for click and collect on the webpage. When I tried to order it at the counter, I was refused, saying it's only online........ so can I order it online, collect it at the counter, and then sit down and eat it........very frustrating and strange.

€11.50 for a large mighty Mac meal I left with my dignity intact. Never again. It’s a shame such a high profit Frenchise throws huge increase onto their customers. I’m off to mcdonalds

Staff are so rude!! Ordered kids plain cheese burger meals said burgers only come dressed!! I said my kids have egg allergy they said they use burger sauce... Which has eggs please educated ur staff on customer service and allergy awareness won't be come back again!!!

More like Burger King prices than McDonald's, but the food was really nice. I had chicken which was moist and very tasty. Fries were quite thick but not quite chips and really good. Recommended

A joke shop. Chicken breast sandwich was beyond rubbery. Wouldn't feed it to the dogs. Very expensive chicken wings but at least they were in date. Horrified. Can almost certainly say I hate this place

I ordered my food through the drive thru. The first thing wrong was I got two cokes instead of a water and coke but that was no big deal, swapped it at the window. They called out my order and it was what I ordered besides that. I then parked up but had no cutlery or napkins for eating the food, so had to walk inside to get those. I looked in the bag and realised they had not put in a cheese burger that was ordered, I had to go back in to get that also. I g9t back to the car and the burger had pink sauce instead of the tomato ketchup I wanted. After that I couldn't be bothered, I just threw it in the bin and left....to be honest..never to return😩🧐👀

Updated my review due to recent visit. I had a snack box meal. The chicken portion was very small. Chips looked and tasted like they were cooked the day before. Paper straws don’t work !!!!

Visited later in the evening so it was quiet. Did was ok, chicken tenders i purchased were little tougher and drier than I've experienced in other Supermacs that made them fresh. Chips were fresh and saved the meal

Great food an irish sucess story. some items like chicken tenders are scarily expenive but everythoing is good fresh and the chips beat Mc Ds any day. may want to spend time teaching staff customer service , young girl at the till very rude pratcially threw the order at me and long face when i requested some extra sauce or dips know i cant expect extra special sauce for nothing was willing to pay but was met with peed off teenger face . with service like this i wont be rushing back. But with that aside the food here is great so dont let my experiance put you off you wont regret a trip to supermacs ( just work on the staff training)

I ordered online. 1, you have to accept the cookies (information type) to use the online order system with Android OS. There is no way around this as the pop up blocks the finish and pay icon. 2, I specified a pick up time. The online system ignored it. It displayed my pick up time as (soon as possible). To fix this I called and they answered straightaway and also had my order right there. Very good. 3, There is a 50 cent online charge. 4, When I arrived for pick up my food wasnt ready but the order was there so 1/2 ok. I just said my name and we started from there... The plus - food was hot and fresh, the negative is why bother with online? The place was very busy at that time. No straw in the bag, you have to get it yourself at the counter. I would go to Supermac's about once a month. The food is good and they never get the orders wrong. Atmosphere is 3/5 as it was like the wild west in there at that time on my side of the counter. On the service side they seemed to be in control.

A recent visit to Supermac's to celebrate our daughter winning a competition was really disappointing. Firstly, our food order took over half an hour, which is longer than expected for fast food. Secondly, we ordered takeaway, but they brought it out on a tray for sit-in, which was inconvenient as it added further to our waiting time. When we got home, we found there were very few chips in our order, and the chicken tasted like it was cooked in week-old oil. Although the server did apologize for the delay and added complimentary chicken goujons, they tasted even worse than our original order. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and a waste of money.

Staff doing their best, but the place itself is no good. Awful drafts, as doors don't close all the way, no toys coming with kids meals - all they had instead was "giant gift tags". We'll skip it next time.

A friendly environment, children friendly & lots of free parking on site. Usually very good service but the last 4 visits they have forgotten some of our food but rectify the issue straight away. When you ring & order they tell you 20 minutes were always kept nearly an hour. Food is nice so sometimes worth a wait.

I always liked a lot of their food.. Pizza's are terrible for me. V doughy americanized. The last time I got a snack box it was terribly salty could not finish. I will only eat here now if I have vouchers as the price hikes do not reflect the current quality

Food is gone to hell here the last couple of months. Reheated soggy chips, overdone chicken that’s dry, and given Coke Zero when ordered regular. Really going downhill this place sadly

Needs to have opening and closing times displayed clearly. Food was great staff lovely but you could feel them willing you to leave as it was closing time. They were very polite but if I had realised how near closing time it was I may not have become over relaxed.

The food well it's a fast food they are all the same I usually go there for the ice-cream with my daughter ,and it's lovely the place is always spotless recommend a visit if you are passing by

Absolutely awful, to much salt on the chips which were half raw, I got a chicken breast burger that tasted strange, one girl kept picking at her face and touching her mouth while standing at the tills, I will never be going there again.

It was busy as I expected , however , I gave my order and was given my food within 10 minutes The staff were excellent and l thoroughly recommend Supermacs for service, quality and the choice of menu is fantastic.

Good spot, but the car park is confusing .Staff are always pleasant, and the place is run well. Some of the plazas could learn a bit from here

Nice location. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Located next to a petrol station (but parking is seperate). Drive thru is great. Outdoor and indoor seating. Portions of chips were very large!

Had lovely ice cream here on the way home from Galway. The staff member who served us was lovely. I'm just sorry I didn't get her name.

Love supermacs! Massive queue but quick service. Was very rowdy with kids(some really rude) but there had been some local event on. Great food👍

This is a busy and reliable place to get some fast food, Family friendly environment and plenty indoor and outdoor tables. We used to get pizzas during lockdown and quality was great. But unfortunately now pizza quality is noticeably poor, also I think my order was misheard over the noise and we ended up with wrong pizza 😂 We would try here perhaps another time in future hoping to get good pizza again. Recommend to order your food online and go in to take the food, less chances to get wrong food.

Got a takeaway here. Quick efficient service They told me to sit and they would bring it to me. Very handy.

Had the Papas Pepperoni. Plenty of cheese and pepperoni. I paid for extra toppings - mushrooms and pineapple. The portions were very small and definitely not worth the €1.75 each. Hence only 4 stars

Convenient stop over point, very good for a chicken box, toilets are also clean and staff friendly.

Staff grate , food was good , toliets and disabled toliet were good , floors could do with a little more sweeping few loose papers around ..overall very good

Food was good when I visited on February 5th 2023 but not as good as other times before. Very expensive though, 3 meals for adults and 2 chips for kids and it was €52

Very surprising little joint with surprisingly lovely burgers. Has the vibe of a less rushed McDonald's or Burger King but with much better food and service. Would highly recommend for a bite to eat

Had the breakfast roll with drink. Very nicely cooked but I think the drink dispenser could of been abit hotter eg:coffee, hot choc etc....

Burgers were lovely chips were terrible not sure if they were reheated or had they been sat there a while but when u would take them out of the bag they would fall over wouldn't hold there shape and quite alot of them were of a much darker colour to the usual supermacs chips

I ordered curry cheese fries yesterday and the chips were rotten. Only half cooked. Absolutely never eating in this so called fast food restaurant again. Prices are of the chart for what ya get. Disgusting prices, disgusting food and well the staff need to be trained in how to be nicer to customer. They look rude and ignorant. Don't care if some of them know me but it's gone to the dogs in there.

Very poor quality photos say it all. Chips must have been cooked a few times hard and rubbery. Chicken wrap had two small Goujons with a hint of lettuce and sauce and cold.

This place seriously needs some changes. I hadn’t been in 6 months previous (which was also a bad experience) but I said I would chance it. On Friday eve 22nd September I brought my mother for food at the drive through. The bad experience started when I had to repeat my order 3 times to the girl on the intercom (who was very obnoxious), and still did not get the order right. When we went to pay the other half wit at the window read out the order and I said no we did not order meals (no chips). She then started mouthing off to her colleagues straight away and the girl on the intercom insisted we did order meals. It was some of the worst “customer service” I have ever experienced. The girl on intercom could not take an order clearly after 3 tries and the least she could have done is read it back to us if she was confused, but oh no we clearly ordered meals and then refused the chips because that’s what gives us a thrill…?!? Such a big deal was made of it then I mean all she had to do was void it and put the chips back under the lamp but instead she told us to wait to the side so I pulled the car over and had to wait another 5 minutes. The girl at the windows then came over and basically dropped the food into my hand and never said a word - even though it was their mistake! I mean this is a fairly basic task and they could not do it properly and we’re so rude. Staff did not know want to be there at all. Someone needs to give these staff correct training - worst I have ever seen!
