I bought a dress which arrived on Tuesday. It didn’t suit so I returned it on Wednesday lunchtime by registered post. Yesterday it arrived back to my house by DPD saying the return had been refused as it smelled in the underarm area. There is absolutely no smell from the dress. It is highly insulting to suggest it was worn when I had it in my possession for less than 24 hours. I will be taking this further.

Excellent service and even better quality. Ordered dress Friday and delivered today. All hassle free with DPD so I could even change delivery time to suit. Highly recommend.

The one star is for the stock alone, stock of good but don’t expect what you see online, had pictures of 4 outfits taken the day before on the website, none available, no offer of help from the staff member, no suggestions, no alternatives, we looked ourselves and found a dress that was perfect, the best part of the experience. This was a special occasion, mother and daughter shopping for mothers outfit for her daughters wedding, not even a thanks when we paid, I was so shocked, that is basic manners, apart from the dress, the experience was dreadful.

I returned a dress because when it arrived it had a smell of cigarette smoke and the label was unattached. My return package was delayed in the post and despite being promised that I would be notified when / if it arrived I never was. The first I knew was when the refund was processed. I never received an acknowledgement of the issue not even a response to email when I emailed to thank Ni old Riss Customer Services for the refund. Extremely disappointing management of my returns issue.

Made an appointment, saw lots of mother of the bride dresses I liked in my size online, still showing available, but after coming from Dublin told not in stock. Also store messy snd too crowded. The dresses I wanted to purchase were 650 plus, but not available. Won't be back.

The women in Nicola Ross are TOP CLASS. They presented me with many outfits from their extensive stock that I would not have chosen for myself but I liked when I tried on. They provided accessories and made great suggestions. Then, when I dithered and hesitated they did not make me feel bad about going away without a purchase. All of which makes me anxious to return to this fine shop in Naas. It was also open on Sunday which we found very convenient. Five stars for sure.

This is a very nice boutique with a good range of clothes from casual all the way to mother of the bride or groom, with prices for all budgets. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Ordered a Kate &Pippa dress from website last Thursday evening and it was delivered by Saturday. Fit was perfect and the dress was even nicer than the online photo. Great quality and service.

Drove to your store because you had a beautiful pink dress online. Only to find it wasnt pink but a dead purple dress nothing like the photo online. And you only had one size available but you still had all sizes up. . Wasted journey.

Rang made an apt checked sizes were available. All was 100% according to sales person but when we arrived nothing to show us bar 3 or 4 not too size outfits. Very disappointing

Bought a dress here today lovely dress but all the labels, tags etc removed even the size, when I mentioned this at the till I was more or less told take it or leave it not even a small discount offered to me, so I would say very unfriendly staff at the till so I wouldn't rush back, bad attitude

Visited here today I was unsure what to expect, was just browsing.... however I was pleasantly surprised, fabulous dresses, jumpsuits, jackets etc. Staff were exceptional with their service, super polite, pleasant and helpful. I bought a dress and a velvet jumpsuit ... thrilled with the whole experience.. thankyou

Quick delivery but quality was very poor unfortunately. Material fraying at the buttons and quite flimsy. Cost €10 for returns. Refund was prompt.

Disappointed with my first purchase from this boutique. I ordered a long monza lapis blue cardigan last week. It was to match a pair of pants I had bought earlier on in the season. When it arrived it was ‘so not’ the colour on the website, actually a number of shades off the website shot. I was quite taken aback. Overall it is not a bad cardigan but definitely not what is on websire. I rang to state this and was asked did I want to return it but decided I would keep it. I asked the girl I contacted to place something in the descriptor on the website to say the colour may vary from what is shown. I would be very wary of ordering something again online without actually seeing it for real.
