Terrible

if
I
could!
I
literally
missed
the
free
cancelation
by
20
minutes
and
they're
still
charging
me!!
My
car
broke
down
on
my
way
to
my
friend's
wedding!!!
It's
bad
enough
I'm
going
to
miss
such
a
big
moment
AND
I'm
stuck
in
the
middle
of
nowhere
dealing
with
an
expensive
car
issue,
but
now
I'm
also
paying
for
a
room
I
can't
even
make
it
to!
Not
to
mention,
during
the
initial
booking,
all
of
my
special
requests
were
declined,
as
they
were
not
able
to
meet
my
needs...
literally,
all
I
asked
for
was
a
hypoallergenic
pillow,
an
extra
blanket,
and
to
check
in
1
hour
earlier
than
normal,
since
the
wedding
is
starting
at
the
same
time
as
check-in.
I
am
beyond
disgusted,
frustrated
and
furious!!!
I've
always
enjoyed
staying
in
holiday
Inn
hotels,
but
I
will
NEVER
stay
at
another
one
again!!
I
mean
really...

for
a
room
in
Beaver
Dam?!?!
