Clean and comfortable. Pool is small but nice. Breakfast is pretty good. It serves the purpose our family needed: a place to lay our heads for the night!

1st time here. The suite was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. I would suggest, however, to change the menu from one day to the next.

HIGHLY recommend this hotel if you're in the area. This was an extremely comfortable stay. Very clean. Really nice staff. Great breakfast with a lot of variety. Nice pool & workout facilities. Really, nice & peaceful stay. Bed was super comfortable.

I’ve stayed in multiple Holiday Inns, but the Beaver Dam location is easily one of the best. Every staff member we came in contact with was super welcoming and friendly. Our room was beautifully cleaned and very comfortable. The pool area was clean and relaxing. Their breakfast had a wide variety of options, all of which were delicious, especially the warm cinnamon rolls! This location is also close enough to high traffic areas for things like shopping and dining, without putting you in the middle of a busy place. I highly recommend the Beaver Dam Holiday Inn to anyone looking to come to this part of Wisconsin!

Beautifully done rooms! Wonderfully comfortable pillows & beds. 5 ⭐ linen! Plenty of storage! Great TV with premium channels. Clean microwave & fridge and K-Cup coffee maker in room. A coffee bar with a great selection of teas was available 24/7 in lobby. The walk in shower has lots of room and PLENTY of hot water! All kinds of Dove products for The win!!!😊 The pool is on the smaller side, but very warm and comfortable. Highly recommend!!!

Terrible service!! I would rate 0 if I could! I literally missed the free cancelation by 20 minutes and they're still charging me!! My car broke down on my way to my friend's wedding!!! It's bad enough I'm going to miss such a big moment AND I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere dealing with an expensive car issue, but now I'm also paying for a room I can't even make it to! Not to mention, during the initial booking, all of my special requests were declined, as they were not able to meet my needs... literally, all I asked for was a hypoallergenic pillow, an extra blanket, and to check in 1 hour earlier than normal, since the wedding is starting at the same time as check-in. I am beyond disgusted, frustrated and furious!!! I've always enjoyed staying in holiday Inn hotels, but I will NEVER stay at another one again!! I mean really... $168 for a room in Beaver Dam?!?!

Rooms were really nice. Breakfest was really good with many options. Always had coffee, tea, or hot chocolate available. Nice. Will stay at one again.
