DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN HARTFORD! Me and my SO have lived in town for 2 years and have never gotten an order correct. Service is slow as can be, management doesn't care for the store or for training employees. They gave us a quesadilla that was basically a toasted tortilla with a few shreds of cheese in between. Absolutely unacceptable, we drive to beaver dam if we want taco bell now. If you're in the area and want fast food just hit Jimmy John's or McDonald's, or even better yet Kwik Trip!

Waited 30 minutes for 1 $5 box meal and 1 free taco that i ordered on the app. Ordered free taco on wifes app at same time. Didn't get that taco till we were done eating other food. And there were at least 5 people working. So much for fast food. And they were not overly busy.

This Taco Bell has great staff! Every visit they get the order right and serve perfectly made food. One of the rare drive thrus where staff seems happy (or at least not hating life) when you pull up.

Came through after pulling up to McDonald a and finding out open 24 hours is a lie. Order on app didn’t work but not surprising as TBells app hasn’t been working all week. Anyways, food was hot, fresh and quick, dude who took the order and did window service was top notch for it being midnight. Kudos to y’all, give your late night crew a round of applause for showing up and working well

Today their food was above and beyond. Well made and fresh ingredients. Staff were goofing around alittle and on their phones often but the food did make up for the service.

We had burritos and Chalupa. The chalupa edges had steel hard crust. Very small amount inside. The burritos were terrible wrapped up dough in a little tiny hand full of vegetables. Very disappointed very bad food. Never go back there again.

I have now ordered 5 volcano combos and none have came with the volcano sauce I really would like to try it, this last order I even specified not to forget said sauce and still no sauce

I got all my foodand it was good but you guys forgot part of my fiancés food. And we called to complain and you didnt answer.

Paid for 2 large fries and didn't get a large! The workers were wearing gloves and touching the faces and phone and doing stuff but wasn't washing there hands I was very grossed out! Food was really cold! This taco bell is horrible!

They stole my money and I never got my food. When doordash called, the employees hung up.
