This morning I came in for Black Friday shopping and I was exited to see the deals but I ended up leaving very uncomfortable and angry. When I shop I like to take my time and find the right shade and contemplate multiple times before I get something and I never have any problems but when I came to this store I was looking at the tart concealers and out the corner of my eye I saw a worker standing right next to me just staring at me at first I didn’t think anything of it till I felt uncomfortable because she was just staring at mw while looking for my shade and when I’d look at her she would try to pretend to do something so I felt weird and went in the other aisle, she followed and stood at the end of the aisle watching me I told the person I was with and they said they noticed as well I think she thought I was stealing but I most certainly was not I just came there to shop, when I went in the next aisle she asked if I needed help finding anything and I told her no, after that she just stood there and continued watching me. I ended up getting upset and just checking out and leaving because she made me very uncomfortable constantly watching me and following me I was doing nothing wrong but trying to find the right shades to things and finding deals aka shopping like a normal person. Idk if she thought I was stealing because of how I dressed or because I didn’t have makeup on and I was at a makeup store or what but it does not matter you should never make anyone feel uncomfortable by following them around the store just because you THINK something. I will not be back this was a terrible experience.

I took my daughter here for a makeover for her sixth birthday and her fifth birthday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very informative taught me her dad how to apply make up we picked out a product purchased it and left.

Customer service at this location is very lacking. I will go next door to Sephora at Kohls next time. Had to return a sharpener that was faulty. As I had not been to this location I asked where it would be for the replacement. She pointed over there on that wall is where the Ulta stuff is. Nope. Back to the front. I decided to look at the shelves by the register and still not seeing it. I asked were you going to help me find this? She said it’s on this side. Mind you neither of them were doing anything.

I went into ulta this afternoon. I usually have people asking to help and everyone is usually nice and pleasant. The workers all were talking while one girl was ringing someone up. When I was looking for something I overheard them not talking about business but personal stuff. I waited almost five minutes before I almost left. I kept looking back but no one came up to check me out. They were all talking and laughing. As much $ as it costs I’ve never had a bad experience until today. Very unhappy with my experience there. Workers not willing to work yet talk. 2/10 stars I’ll never go back there not the ulta I’m used to !

I love how the store has premium brands and drugstore brands together. The staff is always helpful, too.

Kaitlyn was awesome! Best haircut experience I've had in years. It's worth every penny and then some.

Sales person was very helpful when I could not find what I wanted in the store.
