Justin is a down to earth great person for Anyone to take their watches too on top of any other type of Jewelry, along with the rest of the staff. I drove from Green Bay to get my engagement ring fixed….and I will do it again any time I need a jeweler!! My ring was designed by a jeweler that closed during Covid and no one would touch it because of the setting. Maus did and did an amazing job!!! Well worth the drive!!!

I need to give a solid shout out to Maus Jewelers. Long story short, I walked in off the street yesterday expecting to - at best - leave a gold chain there to be picked up in a week or two when an extension was added or - at worst - leave with a high estimate for the job. In fact, Justin came right out from the back and offered me an alternative solution to my chain dilemma. Typical me, I second guessed my decision and by this morning had changed my mind. He and his staff welcomed me back, reversed our chain swap, replaced not one but two barrel clasps right then and there, and were super patient throughout the entire exchange (both visits). I am "that" customer who just can't make up her mind, and they were awesome. Plus, the price was fair, Justin is honest (he could have kept my original gold clasps and I wouldn't have thought twice about it), and his store is filled with beautiful jewelry of all types. If you are looking for a hometown jeweler you can trust that will treat you as a neighbor and not as a commission, Maus Jewelers is your store.

Justin did an amazing job on my mother's ring which needed major repairs and stone replacement. Not only does it look brand new but he had it done very quickly and for a great price. The staff at Maus are very friendly, knowledgeable, and sincere. What a great local business.

Stopped by to see if they could fix the stem on my Citizen watch. (I accidentally smashed it into a wall - 100% my fault.) They fixed it and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes!! Outstanding service!
