Be careful , friend and I both had our debit card details cloned from the ATMs within the casino. People had been trying to take money from machines all night and morning whilst I was asleep. When reported suspicious activity by two blokes around the ATMs to the cashier desk did not seem that bothered. Avoid…

Went on Tuesday night( Wednesday morning) around 1am for my friends birthday and was greeted by rude reception staff and even ruder bar staff! We asked for a menu for the drinks and were surprised when our waiter started talking down to us... asking if we knew what a spirit was and said that if we didn’t like his service no one else would serve us.... We had to leave about 1 minute after sitting down. We explained this to the manager who straight away took the side of his staff. If you are going somewhere like this spending a lot of money you don’t expect to be treated like trash... will never come back here.

So very disappointed by the members of the management team and security.Rudeness in this place it’s extraordinary. You do not treat people like this.

Cosy spot to enjoy an hour of gambling with your mates, I always visit this casino when I’m around Mayfair or after Annabel’s, highly recommend this place, the bouncers are polite, manager is friendly, bartenders are nice in overall whoever is the owner has done a good job to keep this place running for so many years.

Absolutely disgusted with the way in which we were dealt with tonight, myself and 7 female friends attend for a birthday, the security allowed us in, reception checked our ID and allowed us threw only for the manager to come towards us and say that what we were wearing was to revelling and we had to leave, we were a mixed crowd of black and mixed race colour and felt that we were discriminated against as 1 of the friends we were with told us she attended before in a more reveling outfit than what any of us had on. So sad!!!

The bouncers mean business here, joined the club on a whim lol, maybe when i go back to london will go there again. As soon as i signed up had to go across the street to Luxx, so didnt have time to explore, maybe next time.

Big casino! Also has a beautiful bar tucked away on the right as you walk in, make sure you sample the small bites from the kitchen and the girls loved the cocktails. Highly recommended!

My friend and I dined at the casino restaurant yesterday. The restaurant is very nice, with lovely decor and good music in the background. They have a good selection of menu from European, Chinese, Indian and Middle Eastern cuisines. The poppadoms i had for starters is the best I've had so far. The drinks selection is very impressive too. I had a beautiful glass of French Martini. The overall service was courteous and efficient. We had a good time

Came to visit and see how it goes. You have to be a member otherwise you are not allowed to come in. The reception staff are extremely impolite. The blackjack games are all using CSM. No point to go there, a lot of other good friendly casinos in town.

Terrible. Spoke to a rude lady on reception who said it was fine to come down on a saturday night to become a member, so we travelled down from kent for one night to only be turned away from the door staff for not being a member even though reception told us it would be fine? Will not be returning.

This place is great for an exquisite dinner with friends or for business. Atmosphere is great and vibrant being on a busy street for nightlife. There’s casino and staffs are friendly. Have your ID if you’re going at night.
