Excellent steak with perfect cuisson, good wines. Beware of the price of the meat as it goes up with the weight and there is no correction for adult sizes. Recommended and will be back

Looking for a place to dine in the center of bratislava I could not distinguish between breweries and restaurants with the fear of ending up in a too touristy place. I found Carnevalli by chance, attracted by the beautiful outdoor veranda, and I immediately found myself in an elegant and relaxing environment. excellent menu and assortment of meats, I got a hummus and falafel for an appetizer and a hamburger to take away the craving I had for days but I think it is all of quality and well served by the very polite and professional staff. prices appropriate to the location and quality served. it's worth trying

Wouldn't recommend this place. Very rude staff. Came alone for a quick dinner. Lots of free tables but was rudely turned away ...only brief explanation was reservations only good bye...strange at almost 9pm with many free tables. Will not visit again.

Food was excellent.Had steak and fries. but they charged me 2.50 euro for a small bit of ketchup and another 2.50 euro for mayonnaise. They would never do this to locals. Sad because it left a bad taste in my mouth. Beware!

Huge place in Bratislava's old town. Fast served a large group, everything was taken care of with great atrention to details. Good food, nice wines, had a very pleasant evening.

Well prepared, high quality food with very friendly and helpful staff. They focus on steaks, but even the falafel with hummus that we shared as an appetizer was very good. They also have a selection of fine wines.

Popped in for some oysters without a reservation. Friendly and professional service, nicely decorated place and excellent oysters. Only the selection of open white wines per glass could be better. Visited in April 2023

Super friendly staff and some of the best lamb and burgers we've ever had. The meat is cooked to perfection and the fries alone are worth a visit. Great location and highly recommended.

The steaks were very good, as well as the risotto, soup and starter. The waiters were professional and very responsive.

Not the person to complain but the pasta here was shocking. Overpowered in herbs and had to send it back because the pasta was hard. Took 40+ minutes to come out and was not even busy at 2pm. The lamb chop was amazing though cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The octopus I didn't get to try because I mixed into the pasta which was a shame. Customer service definitely needs improvement as well. All the waiter said to me was this should be better, not even a sorry or anything to compensate the mistake, wouldn't recommend if your after a good pasta.

The dinner was excellent and we really appreciate approach. We had problem with gift voucher which was not possible to use at that moment. The management with colleagues managed everything "behind the scene" and the vocher was accepted.

Nice selection of meat choices. My meat was a little over cooked but not enough no complain. Good selection of wine, although few by the glass options. They also have cocktails which aren't authenticity made but satisfy the craving. Would return.

Great service, good ambience, but the steak menu is just boring. For 1 person, it's just a few cuts available. I'd expect more variety, and maybe it's just me, but I'd definitely go for thicker cuts.

This atmosphere is really nice and the waiters are kind. On the othe hand, the food wasn't that tasty, for instance, ravioli was served in a very salty sauce that you need to drink water all the time while eating it. The experience with burger and grills wasn't much better. On top of that it took exactly 1h20 min to serve our main dish! The 2 stars were given mainly for the kind staff.

One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. It was perfectly grilled, perfectly seasoned and amazingly tasty. I also loved the super fresh bread and butter that were served to the table while waiting for the steak to be ready. Pro tip: get the gravy sauce and use it on the French fries. You’ll thank me later. I wish I could share a photo of the steak but since it was so good, I didn’t have time for it 🤣🤣🤣

If you are meat lover you will love this place. Very good selection of meals with meat which is perfectly prepared. Whole restaurant consists of two spaces devided by bar - I recommend to choose the one which is far from the town plaza when you want to better enjoy your meal because it is not so busy - however without the view to the town plaza ( but with view into kitchen ). Very friendly staff. Definetly could recommend.

Average quality paid for premium, lack of care of the details, steak juices all over the plate. Staff with no face mask getting leaning towards the plate and coughing on the bread. When an order was made and both the clients witnessed what was ordered, the staff charged the more expensive steak and didn’t change the bill when the issue was flagged. Didn t even show the menu to explain. Poor service, average quality, crazy prices. Feels like a rip off. The French fries were good.

Very nice welcome and the apero platters that had been pre ordered were excellent. The wine tasted wonderful. The burgers looked and tasted great. Attentive service with a smile.

Good steaks however pricey for Bratislava, nothing extraordinary, slow service. Nice ambiance overall in a street with similar restaurants.

Here i had one of my Top Three Steaks in my life. A "USDA Prime Flank Steak" - Fantasic! The crew in the kitchen did it as ordered - rare. Its not common to get really a "rare" if you order it. It was so delicious with the exact needed portion of Flower Salt and beside i just ordered bread, what was in the above average league. Also: its not common to get flank steaks - for me one of the best parts of the beef. Also: nice service, nice place to be. Thanks to the crew. Good job
