Jel jsem z Prahy do města Mosonmagyaróvár, poblíž Bratislavy, vzhledem k tomu mi klinika zařídila noc ve velice příjemném hotelu, pro dvě osoby i se snídaní. Jedná se o Maďarskou kliniku, ale paní konzultantka, která se věnovala mě, mluvila slovensky, takže nemusíte mít obavy z jazykové bariéry. Mimochodem velice milá a ochotná 🙂 Dnešní den ráno v 7:30 nástup na zákrok, proběhly formality, vybral jsem si i oběd, který mi byl nachystán na klinice a šlo se na to. Představení lékaře a jeho sestry. K tomu nemám co vytknout, velice profesionální dvojice, která ví co dělá, oba velmi sympatičtí. Klinika čistá, voňavá a cítíte se zde příjemně, jako doma. Parkování úplně, bez problemu, dostanete parkovací kartu. Hotovo bylo kolem 15 hod., myslím i se dvěmi přestávkami, celkem 1400 transplantovaných štěpů. P.S.: S celkovou cenou, která byla o 1/3 nižší, než na klinice v Praze, stejnou metodou,jsem velice spokojen. Takže kdo má zájem o transplantaci vlasů, rozhodně doporučuji obrátit se na tuto kliniku. Děkuji za transplantaci a už jen vydržet, až to začne růst. 🙂

Konzultácia aj zákrok prebehol nie v Bratislave, ale v 30 minút od nej Maďarskom mestečku Mosonmagyaróvár. Personál na klinike je veľmi milý a ústretový. Konzultácie u mňa prebiehali v slovenčine a počas zákroku som s doktorom a sestričkami komunikoval v angličtine (stačí jej naozaj minimum, sadni, postav sa, hľavu viac doľava, doprava, teraz podám anestézu etc.). V deň zákroku som ráno po príchode o 7:30 dostal parkovaciu kartu, takže som mohol parkovať hneď pri klinike bez platenia parkovného. Samotný zákrok, až na podávanie anestézy bol bezbolestný. Začali sme kúsok po ôsmej a pred treťou poobede sme boli hotoví (1200 štepov). V cene bol zahrnutý aj pobyt v hoteli, no dá sa dohodnúť a spraviť zrážku z ceny ak si to napr. chcete po zákroku odšoférovať domov sám. I have had a very good experience with the Phaydee clinic. I underwent the procedure in Hungary, you could talk to the doctors in English. The consultant is a very pleasant and kind person (she arranged accommodation, a package with medicines, lunches at the clinic, simply everything possible - and she speaks Slovak). The procedure itself took place over 2 days. You could say that everything went almost painlessly, except for the injections, which were sometimes unpleasant, but it is nothing that could not be endured. It left an excellent impression on me. I recommend it to anyone who wants to undergo a hair transplant.

Great satisfaction for me. This week I had the third procedure for fine-tuning and thickening. The first procedure was exactly 2 years ago and you can say that I went from complete baldness to a fine layer of hair. Before the first procedure, I compared alternatives, I decided on Phaeyde also based on the evaluations, but above all, the communication was transparent and professional from the beginning. Clearly explained information without obfuscation. And what I rate very positively is that it remained problem-free the entire time. I completed the procedure itself in the Hungarian city of Mosonmagyaróvár. I'm from Bratislava, it's about half an hour by car and the plus is that they offered me a hotel before each procedure - you can prepare for the procedure in the morning without stress in peace (parking is without problems directly in front of the clinic). I also highly praise the professionalism of the team that performs the procedure. Each one of the 3 procedures always went smoothly. I have been thinking about hair transplant for a long time. When choosing a clinic, I went through various offers, especially on the Slovak market, and after reading reviews and a blog about hair transplantation performed by the PHAYEDE clinic, I decided to take part in a consultation at the given clinic in Mosonmagyarovár, which is about 30 minutes from Bratislava by car. The given clinic also offers hair transplantation in Budapest, but considering the possibility of going home after the procedure in my own car in the available time, I decided on the clinic in Mosonmagyarovár. The consultation before the procedure, the procedure itself as well as other recommendations took place at a professional level. I had 1600 grafts applied in one day, which should also be the maximum amount that can be applied in one day. It is possible to communicate in English, or also in Slovak with the assistance of Mrs. Paholíková. Both the doctor and the assistant had a humane and professional approach, there is nothing to criticize them for. Both the procedure itself and the extraction are tolerable without any significant pain, as others have mentioned, during the procedure it is possible that you will fall asleep at a certain stage, which happened to me as well. It is important to follow the instructions in order to achieve the desired results. Out of the entire procedure, I personally consider enduring two weeks without sports and a week without coffee to be the biggest struggle. All that remains is to wait for the results, but after the initial look in the mirror (I am writing the review the second day after the procedure), I have a pleasant feeling and expect positive results.

My first experience with hair transplantation was at the Institute of Dr. Popovica. At the consultation, I was told how many grafts I needed and we made an appointment. It was not necessary to provide any medical documentation, I simply came, he shaved my hair, he found that the skin was broken, but the procedure went ahead nonetheless. We had previously agreed on one day, but it ended up being two days. During these two days, the doctor often behaved in a haughty and arrogant manner from my point of view. On the contrary, I currently have an excellent experience with the PHAEYDE clinic. Already during the consultation, everything important was explained to me and what will have to be completed before the procedure itself. The condition of the scalp had to be evaluated by a dermatologist, who was supposed to confirm that I had no contraindications before the planned procedure. On the day of the procedure, I was welcomed by the clinic team, where we went through the course of the day once more, ordered lunch, checked my scalp and after the doctor's assessment that everything was fine, they started the procedure. The doctor and her assistants are very smart and prompt, they describe to you the whole time what is going to happen, and you don't even realize that the procedure is over. In the end, I received a post-procedure package that contained everything needed for the next two weeks.

After few years of considering a hair transplant I decided to visit this clinic to have a chat with them. From the very first moment I knew that this is the clinic where I would like my hair to be done. Great staff, nice place, overall good first impression. The intervention took place in august, during the hottest days in the summer (so do not be worried about getting it done during hot weather). I was supposed to arrive there at 8 AM. They gave me a parking card, so I could park right by the clinic. After the first consultation and introduction to the staff we proceeded to the intervention. I spent 9,5 hours on the clinic (8 hours - intervention, 1,5 hours - break). First, they shaved my head. I did not have my whole head shaved, only the donor area and a bit of my natural hairline at the front. So you do not have to shave your whole head if you don't want to. You would have to shave your whole head if you had a different type of hair transplant (not just hairline like me). Then they started extracting the grafts from one side of my head, then the other side. I lay on my front on what it looked like a massage table while your head is stuck in the hole. It was a bit inconvenient but not painful. I can not understand how someone sober could sleep during this procedure. You would have to be on drugs. After extracting the grafts I had lunch, which they provided. After lunch break they drew a line for my future hairline and they started inserting grafts. The first half of my head was almost painfree, but the second half was a bit painful. But it was manageable. I recommend you to ask for a painkiller. I was all swollen up for like 5 days after the intervention and then the swelling started to dissapear. I followed all the rules and instructions. First days after were a bit weird because the back of your head is all sore, but after like a week it improved. Beware of touches, sun, bumps and other things which are all listed in the instructions they gave you. Just follow the rules and you are good. And if you have something to ask, do it... they are really kind and helpful. After 3 weeks the transplanted hair started to fall out. Now it has been 5 weeks and they are almost all out. It is a bit red now, because it's very sensitive and I spent a lot of time working outside, but after all they planted new hair under your skin and there was a big scab, so obviously it's red. Don't be afraid of not shaving your whole head. I did not have my whole head shaved and I look OK. I considered different clinics in Slovakia and some in Turkey. The ones in Slovakia were cheaper, but they did not provide the same method. And the one in Turkey was almost the same price, when I take in consideration all the costs. So make up your mind yourself. New hair will start growing in 3-6 months. Can't wait to have see the first results.

I was thinking about a hair transplant for some years. At 55 decided it was time and I started searching for a clinic. I wanted to stay in Europe and was looking for a company that only does hair transplants, as it is their only speciality. And where I did not have to physically drive to the clinic for the initial meeting. I did not want to use a clinic that did everything and hair transplants was just one of their many procedures. Phaeyde was a 3.5 hour drive from my home in Central Europe, and they specialize in hair transplants and I could mail in pictures of my head, which I did. Henrieta guided me through the initial process and setting up the procedure. The location is a quaint Hungarian spa town just over the Slovakian border. The hotel was nice as was breakfast and lunch. Dr. Rebeka was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The process was fine after the local anesthesia was injected. The radio played and Dr. Rebeka and Vanda her assistant went to work. I am pleased with the process and the people. We will see results in 1 year. But even now I feel good about my decision. The only thing that could be improved is the bed the patient has to lie on. It could use a few cm of memory foam, even where the face is placed looking down. The only thing that hurt were parts of my body from lying on the hard surface of the bed.
