Na zubnú kliniku ProSmile Bratislava som sa prehlásila z AxisDent Dunajská Streda, kam som chodila vyše desaťročie na preventívne prehliadky a dentálnu hygienu. Zuby som mala dlhodobo zdravé a v bezvadnom stave. V tomto roku mi pri preventívnej prehliadke boli zistené malé kazy na stoličkách, ktoré odhalil len röntgen. Bohužiaľ v AxisDente Dunajská Streda mi ich spraviť nevedeli, lebo hoci boli veľmi malé, nachádzali sa nízko na ťažšie dostupnom mieste. Ani sa nepokúsili o ich opravu a odporúčali výlučne extrakciu stoličiek. Preto som hľadala pomoc inde. Prísť do ProSmile bolo jedno z mojich najlepších rozhodnutí. Pani stomatologička MUDr. Štikarová sa ma ujala, hoci nešlo o bežný rutinný zákrok z dôvodov uvedených vyššie, a moje stoličky mi zachránila. Odviedla excelentnú precíznu prácu vynikajúcej kvality po odbornej stomatologickej stránke aj po stránke estetickej. Sú nádherne spravené, hodné publikovania v stomatologickom časopise. Chcel by som sa veľmi poďakovať za perfektný prístup a kvalitu poskytovanej služby z piatka 14.10. Pred časom som u Vás pri ošetrení a výmene plomby dostal dočasnú vyplň, ktorá sa, ako aj vtedy lekárka upozornila, postupne rozdrobovala a vypadávala. Zub začal byť citlivý pri záhryze a tak som v piatok popoludní zaslal SMS s prosbou o ošetrenie a doplnenie výplne, nakoľko ma čakal viacdňový pobyt v zahraničí. Prvá reakcia bola rýchla a očakávaná - slečna z recepcie zavolala, že žiaľ už nie je k dispozícii lekár, čo bolo očakávané vzhľadom k tomu žebol piatok popoludní. O to väčšie prekvapenie bolo, keď sa ozvala opäť o hodinu, že po internej porade našla alternatívu v podobe doplnenia výplne zo strany dentálnej hygieničky/zubnej asistentky. Po ošetrení som následne neplatil, nakoľko bolo uznané že sa jedná o súčasť predošlého ošetrenia a akúsi záruku. Tento prístup mi určite zachránil aby bol môj pobyt v zahraničí bezproblémový a preto by som bol rád, ak by ste (podľa dátumu, ktorý som uviedol) odovzdali poďakovanie zodpovedajúcemu personálu, slečne recepčnej a ošetrujúcej za perfektné služby a prístup k pacientovi - nakoľko mená dotyčných nepoznám. Even thou I really have big respect before any deontology issue, the doctor (Lady) was very kind and explained me all the details about the procedure she will do and even try to calm a person with some neat encouraging words. As well the assistance in the ambulance was very prompt and all went very smooth. I certainly will not love the visits :-) but certainly the approach i had there definitely helped with my attitude to dentist so hope to have this same dentist next as well :-). Martin
