hello it is the most terrible company in my life. I am from ukraine but i wanted to buy ecoflow on Slovakia. When Russia attack Ukraine we don't have electricity and for me to have ecoflow was really importing. I have ordered ecoflow, hornbach sent me email that i will receive my priduct in 3-4 days. In 3-4 days i call them because i didn't receive any product. They said me that they don't have it. Okay, but maybe they need to call me and say it. It is so difficult to buy ecoflow now. And i just lost a few days for waiting. I started to wait for returning my money (600 $). But in 1 day (Friday 10pm) they just took again 600$ from my bank card. I was in shock. they took 1200$, i didn't receive any product. they take my money in the night and they don't worl saturday-sunday. I wrote them on email but they didn't answer me. And what do you think? I started to wait for a monday, i thought that i will call them ( but they needed to call me first). And i woke up in the morning and i see that they sent me 20$, then they sent me 1200$ (returning my money), tham they took 20$ from my card and then they send me again 600$. This hapenned on monday in the night (1am). I was in shock again because they don't call me, they don't answer me, they just took mr data and do everything with my money what thet want and when they want!!!! I call them but they said that i need to write email. they didn't call me on monday and on tuesday they again took from my card 600$. I wrote email that they delete my bank data. because i am not feeling sage. I don't have control my money. But they didn't answer. TERRIBLE. PEOPLE DON'T BUY PLEASE IN HORNBACH I didn;t receive any product, but i really needed it and i just lost a few days for a searching. Evey day is important. They took my last money and can't my at this tinme in other shop. Now i can't but because shops already don't have this ecoflow.

A well-run hardware store. Instructing staff and a wide selection. I got everything I asked for despite the language barrier.

I returned an empty gaz cylinder today. Nice and helpful security staff. The store employee found a quick solution. Great service. I recommend.

A very good hardware store. You can get there everything you need for home improvement. It has a big parking space. The people there are very nice and helpful. They are profesionals and they helped me with all my questions and guided me to the right things that I needed.

What can I say? It's a great hardware store with everything you need for your personal or professional project. They've even added a self service checkout for those who need to buy a few items and leave quickly (up to 10 items and only cards are accepted).

Great, always opened when needed, every possible item for home available, tools, paints, building, accesories, garden, water, heating, bathrooms, pipes, tubes, electric appliances, nuts, wires... Very good place to buy gifts of all kinds. Recommendation 100%, great parking too.

They never seem to have anything that you've come to get. Prices are too high. Quality very average.

Bratislava center unfortunately has a notable absence of small independent DIY and hardware stores. Leaving Hornbach with a largely uncontested monopoly, so dispite the often high price I would recommend going as you have no other option most of the time. This one is massive, staff are helpful but often have limited English so Google translate comes in handy.

A good store to get most of the tools you might need. Great for plants and saplings. Employees are helpful but sometimes can be hard to find. Also good place to get supplies for renovations. They sell all from cement and sand to floor tiles and bath tubs. My only complaint is that staff is scarce so you have to hunt for them if you need help.

Just a normal Hornbach. Nothing extra, but nothing negative. Stock is normally adequate.

Very good variety of products (hornbach standard), however redeemed by higher price. On the other hand one can be sure all stuff available. Recent hornbach has introduced self cash desk, which significantly reduces queue time - much appreciated
