I am joining to all other reviews it is a perfect accommodation in a spectacular environment. The rooms are clean, well maintained, beds are comfortable, in the kitchen you can find all the tools you need (except a microwave oven). In the common area you can enjoy complimentary coffee and payable wellness. Parking is free and there is enough place for everyone. Furthermore, the owners are very responsive, kind and flexible, certainly one of the best apartments I have ever been to, absolutely recommended! Also, very calm, quiet and you can see all the stars on the sky in the night. It is situated very close to Slap Kozjak, Napoleon's bridge, and you can get to Bovec for rafting in 40 minutes, or Cividale (ITA) in 30 min.

Great accommodation! Hosts took care of us very well. Good basic equipped kitchen, rooms and the rest of the house very clean. Nice sauna and wellness area!

Nearly and clean . Well equipped kitchen. Very caring and responsive hosts.. Amazing views … 12 minute drive to the waterfalls .. on the way there are at least 5 spots where you could capture stunning scenery …

All the apartments are wery beautiful, cosy and they all have nice mauntian view. You can enjoy in sauna and jacuzzi also or make nice BBQ outside. It’s only 15-20min to waterfall Kozjak by wallk. Owners are very friendly and can take u to canyoning, mountian biking or climbing. We realy love this place and for sure we come back ☺️!

We road from the train station in the pouring rain and we’re welcomed by Nate with a fire in the fire place and the sauna ready to heat up! EVERYTHING was great!
