Cool concert square during festivals and a classic city spot during the day :)

The largest public gathering area in Slovenia. I was there a couple of days ago on the concert of local rock band and it was so full it was difficult to stand :) It used to be two squares but has been reconstructed and modern renovated. Now it's one of the most interesting places in Maribor. It holds a name of the first slovenian Olympics medalist.

Great location for events like Chilli-Chocolate Festival. We enjoyed the staying...

Nice modern square. Not meant for tourists, rather for the citizens. Used for events and public gatherings. Stage can be set up for concerts.

Very romantic lights in the evening, perfect for concerts, not enough coffee bars for resting and enjoying the city.

Due to size can feel empty. However, when quality performance is here the crowd is buzzing and it feels great.
