Great meals, good location and helpful staff BUT HORRIBLE ROOMS, the only reason to not visit here is the rooms, there is really small space bc they decided to divide part of the rooms to 2 floors so the area is wasted on stairs. No space to dry your clothes ,Old tv, no mini bar Stayed for 5 days and the a/c barely worked one day, smelly rooms because there is only one window in the ceiling which you need a stick to operate, Amd then your dilema is between have a stinky warm room with no air or to have all your stuff woth bugs or water because it rained when you were sleeping Really bad experience with the rooms and the only reason i didnt gave 5 stars

The problem with this place is that it has so much potential but it's running by someone with snake in the pocket . Room: We're staying in double room. At first it looks nice and satisfying but glance on the sealing and it has hugh old mold /or old water leaking in the middle of it. There was not hot water at evening. We had to wait till morning to take shower. Inside shower sommuch mold that we thoug that it is a part of a interior decor..There's basically no air circulation in the bathroom so you know how it ends. Food: breakfast was very poor, you can say italic type. Two types of bread, three types of ham and one cheese, some nutella, jam and croissant. Cereal with milk and some fruit. To drink only coffee (has to be ordered in a bar) or nectar in box- not even a water. We ordered scrabble eggs as well but after 30 minutes of waiting we gave up and leave without ever seeing them... On the plus side: the day before we ordered salad with chicken and beside waiting time (around 40 minutes) it was awesome. Taste and look were both great (even the price) so.we definitely recommend it. Sport center: we didn't use it to be honest but the tennis courts looked fine and nice. We were intrested in using the gym but unfortunately we were informed that it is rented privately for couple of days so we cannot use it not even for an hou. To be honest the gym was the only reason why we decided to book our stay here... The best point of this place are the employees. Reception girl was beyond polite, helpful and nice and the guy in the bar was also very kind. Those people really are the spirit of the place. A tip to the owner? It really takes a moment to take mold from bathroom and repair sealing but it will take a while to restore public opinion about the place .. is it worth it?

Peaceful place with nice, wonderful view in the nature. Wonderful hotel with good prices and very good hotel 🏨 and very cool place for a cup of coffee with good prices. While you are sitting you will enjoy watching all the near planes landing to Bernik Airport above you..✈️🛬

Everything on one place - Hotel, Wellness, Sports Center, Restaurant, ...

Nice rooms for a short stay. Some maintenance could be done to improve the place. Included breakfast is really nice and so is dinner.

The palace offers all sorts of areas for many sports. It location near the forest makes the whole are a lot more tranquil. From what I've seen there are always people there so it is quite lively and I would say a nice place to go with your kids. They also offer rooms for a good price and they are in my opinion super nice and modern! The staff is also very nice and helpful if need be. Really recommend the place!

The hotel part has very nice rooms. But it's time for renovation. Mold in bathroom is not a thing U want in Ur memories

We spent 2 nights here! The hotel is in an good area but we were disappointed with our room (they have to renovate it ) on the ceiling you can see watermarks and the batroom...we couldn’t leave the window open as it was some noise (air conditioning panel or something which was very disturbing )
