From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel completely at ease. The staff is not only highly professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and thorough. They take the time to get to know you personally and go above and beyond to ensure that you receive the best possible care. Every one of my questions was fully answered, and I received invaluable advice on how to continue improving my health. I am looking forward to building a great patient relationship with them.

I cannot say enough about this clinic! It's impossible to find a primary care physician for some reason so I came to this clinic to have my issues addressed immediately. There was a line out the door upon arrival at 9am but the staff was very efficient and managed to get everyone checked in and seated in the waiting room quickly. In listening to the staff interacting with the patients, I noticed that everyone was kind and treated each person with respect. I waited only about 10 minutes to see the doctor who was amazing. As a woman, I was happy to get a female doctor too. Dr. Hayes was kind and patiently listened to my issues and concerns and talked me through what was happening. I was so happy to hear that she could be my PCP too! I had some blood work done on site (which was also quickly and efficiently done) and will be back to see Dr. Hayes in about a week to go over my labs. This is honestly the best medical experience I've had! Being treated with kindness, empathy and respect when you're dealing with health issues is a lost art. I'm so glad I ran into this facility!

I've been going to Dr. V for 10 years. He's an amazing doctor who really cares about his patients. When he isn't available, Andrew and Angelo are great too. They have taken care of me from everything from Covid to a torn up knee.

Moved here from the south & finding new health provider is challenging. My daughter who has pre-existing conditions needed care quickly and this clinic provided it w an A+! I have now gone as my primary solution and see Kelsey Hayes PA-C who is awesome 👏🏻. They are very busy and serve our area with great expertise & dedication. Please be patient & appreciate how hard the whole staff work from front desk to the lab which is within the building. Makes my life easier!

Thought I found a new primary care place since I moved in the state. First time, not really much of a problem. Second appointment where I was on time I waited 30 minutes to be called for a physical. I noticed several people walked in after me and were called before me. So, I go the front desk to tell them I waited half an hour. One of them said it’s because they are trying to wait for a room to become available. No apology or let me see what’s going on. Also, the reason didn’t make any sense because you can attend to several walk ins but ignore a patient with an appointment. I waited 15 more minutes and no one called me still. I walked out and don’t plan on coming back. Unprofessional conduct. Will be looking for a new primary care center.

Let me tell you these fantastic women go above and beyond for there clientele!!!!! Super great atmosphere no matter how busy they are and they are EXTREMELY THROUGH AT WHAT THEY DO. Angelo is one of the best medical professionals in the field. He is kind, hardworking, intelligent, and never skips a beat, and that is something to be admired, and is saying a lot coming from someone as critical as I can be. After my first semester in nursing school, I have so much more respect, and understanding, for everyone who chooses this service as their profession. You have to be bright, the curriculum is grueling, you must be consistent, and tenacious, the classes, labs, and hundreds to thousands of clinical hours (that we work for free doing), are long and can take their toll. It takes many years, thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars, if you’re even fortunate enough to be accepted into the highly competitive programs, to complete. Dealing with the public is not easy, and when people are sick, they are miserable, people in the healthcare industry endure a lot of abuse, but that’s a price they willingly choose to pay for a life of service. The staff here are well respected members of this community, and deservingly so. I would not go anywhere else. You’re the best Angelo. Thank you for your impeccable service!

Dr. Angelo Carpethos is the first doctor to actually LISTEN to my concerns in a long time. He was willing to spend ample time with me, asking questions and taking thorough notes. He offered many tests and solutions which made me feel heard and taken care of. This is the first time in a long time that I don’t feel like the medical system is failing me.

I am very disappointed in what I have heard today about this place. My bestfriend, who hasn’t been feeling well calls me to tell me she was denied to be seen as a patient because of a bad Google review she left 7 years ago. I myself am a healthcare professional and could not believe they refused care of a patient over this. They would only see her if she deleted the review and that is absolutely horrifying. Imagine you go to the hospital dying and they refuse to see you because you left a bad review ? This place is unprofessional and doctor Nick who denied my bestfriend should be ashamed and embarrassed. DO NOT COME HERE.

Extremely professional, extremely caring and extremely thorough! First class facility with excellent caring staff. Top notch front desk/check in personnel who were very efficient and personable. I noticed that the staff here are some of the most friendly individuals you'll ever meet, and they work together seamlessly to ensure that your visit is as efficient and stress-free as possible. Medical staff were knowledgable, focused and clearly explained the process. Overall, one of the best health care experiences! I love this place.! My long time doctor retired and I ran into a medical emergency with a spider bite. What a blessing to find this place. Open 7 days and no appointment needed. Sure you have to wait your turn but the care has been excellent. It can get very busy and the staff are really doing the best that is humanly possible so be patient. (pun intended)

I wish I could give six stars! This clinic provides amazing healthcare to their patients that come for both primary care and urgent care. I had the pleasure of working with Andrew Moody, PA-C as his student. I witnessed some of the best bed side manner amongst providers I’ve worked with and he is very knowledgeable. Also, Dr. Vafidis, MD was very welcoming and he was always happy to see his patients. This clinic is top tier and the patients that come here are placing their health in good hands.

I have had a vast amount of medical issues for about 8-10 years. For about 6-7 of those years I was miserable, in the hospital once a month, and bouncing around to different doctors because nobody knew how to help me or were afraid to write prescriptions. Since becoming a patient at primary walk-in medical center, I have been a whole new person. Dr V and his staff are amazing doctors. They are extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm so happy I found them. I practically lived on the couch before them. Now I am a happy and functional person thanks to them. I highly recommend this office. They definitely have it together. I was very pleased and comfortable with the office staff when it came to answering the questions about my personal care and the reason for my visit. When I showed the doctor my wound on my left leg she knew what it was and explained why I was getting this and she gave me some people's names to go see about my wound. She made me very comfortable during the visit and I will be returning to this place when I have to come again. That's why this place is getting a 5 Star review. By far, one of the best medical practices I’ve come across during my time in Rhode Island. From the front staff to the providers including Dr. Vafidis and Andrew Moody PA, everyone is compassionate, knowledgeable and truly care about their patients. This place is top notch! I started going here recently because I had a hard time finding a primary physician after my original one retired. The staff is very efficient, and professional. I thought I was going to have to wait forever but I got in very quick and was treated by Dr. V who was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He looks younger but after a 10 minute convo you can tell he is very experienced and has been in the field for years. I have seen 2 other doctors at this clinic and they were both equally as good and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for quality medical services.

Love this facility. The staff are caring, kind and compassionate. They are able to complete a variety of basic tests in house including lab work, which I appreciate. The lab technicians are gentle and calm. My PCP, Kelsey, is thorough, as are the other practitioners I have met with. Primary walk-in Medical Center is a 5 star they have the well-being of his/her patients in mind, As a former health care professional and have been in the field for over 35 years ! I am impressed with the care and thoroughness of the providers.Dr V is the bomb! As well as Andrew, Angelo, Kelsey and Marissa.. NP and PA-C's are awesome they are very caring and informative.They provide more transparency than most health practices. Also beside a primary practice they are a walk-in facility.. Alot of patients dont realize that when you go to the ER your wait time is anywhere from 8 to 10 hours, I love the convenience of a walk-in as well as my primary providers.. I am a primary care patient and also visit here for any of my urgent care needs. Having Dr.V as my primary care doctor has changed my life for the better in so many ways. He is knowledgeable, caring, speaks to patients respectfully and like a real person, and most importantly, he LISTENS to me and takes me seriously when I bring up a concern or idea I have about improving my health. This has led to appropriate recommendations and referrals for my healthcare, and me feeling healthier and happier than I have in years. Shortly after they opened, my primary physician retired and Dr.V picked me up and was committed to helping me get all of my medical examinations in order to join the Peace Corps. Upon my return from abroad 7 years later, he took me right back as a patient and has helped me in so many ways since then. That is what I call patient commitment. Regarding the urgent care- I hear others complain that the wait can be a little long but that’s what you get in winter at an urgent care. There is a wait because people trust these providers so it’s busy, but it’s far less busy than other urgent cares or the ER- and worth the wait because you will get the care you deserve. The other doctors at the practice are also excellent. I never “hope to get one” because they are all great. The staff is also super friendly regardless that they are all so busy. I always feel so welcome there. I am forever grateful for Dr.V., and am grateful to be his patient. Go here! You’ll get the proper care every time!
