I had such a long day and was about to hit the road for a 3hrs trip to my destination in NC but, before I left VA totally I went to the last wawa (this one) until the NC state line. I enjoy the wawa experience and have yet to have a bad experience. Racheal the cashier was very very helpful. When she asked "if I had found everything ok?" I let her know that I was sad couldn't find the green wawa unsweet tea in the refrigerators. She then went to the back storage and found me the unsweet tea. I was complete and felt ready to drive! She was so helpful and kind and I was super happy after that. I would return to this location because customer service is great here.

I really like Wawa stores. I am from Long Island, NY and I have always said that I wish they would open a Wawa near me. My husband loves Wawa coffee, so I always go out of my way to stop and get him some coffee. (We even order online and have our own Wawa Rewards card… in NY!) Well today was not any different. I took pictures outside of the store because I was happy to see a Wawa while on vacation with my family and eager to share my experiences on social media. However, today was the first bad experience that I’ve ever had. I must be clear, it was not because of the store as the food was great, as always. The service was unacceptable. An employee named Ericka (Sp?) really needs to take some classes of customer service. I think she was upset because we had a big order. I heard her saying, not directly to me but to her friend in a very loud manner that she “wished people will learn how to use the app so the food will be ready when they arrive.” We had six different orders and we’ve never had an issue in the past, but this young lady couldn't stop being sarcastic and extremely unprofessional toward a client who’d just spent $59 on food and & 20 on coffee. So, sad to say that this lady made me do this but I am extremely upset of how disrespectful she was towards me and my family.

I love Wawa! The staff are always nice and courteous. The food is delicious. However, the one thing that does bother me is when they are busy, because I have severe social anxiety. Other than my anxiety Wawa is overall a great place to buy your food and gas among other things. Oh, I almost forgot you can go through the carwash also while you are visiting Wawa. 😁😁

I have been going to Wawa for over 20 years and is my go to stop for coffee or quick bite. I love the options for coffee and creamers.

The staff here are always super friendly. I placed a mobile order and got in and out pretty quickly. The only downside to my visit was the cleanliness of the store. Not only were the floor sticky, but the countertops looked like they had not been wiped in a while. I even looked for napkins in the dispensers, and they were out.

Ice machine been down two days. Staff members rude! And coffee station a mess!

Filthy. Bathrooms filthy - who knows last time it was cleaned! Gunk caked all on floors and in corners in food area. Cappuccino machine dripping with goo. Clearly no competent management.

i went early this morning before school to get my usual strawberry smoothie. but as soon as i stated to drink it i felt small plastic pieces in my mouth, it was coming from my drink.

Love their dinner menu. It offers fries! And they're decent fries. the drinks are always good and the food is delicious.

I go to WaWa every other day for coffee. Coffee is great.

Don’t go in there around 3am to 5am. The manager always fuss at me when I get ice even though I buy drinks. He said it’s only one cup of ice per person. Also the girl with the blond hair will leave your food behind the plexi glass and talk to her friends while your food is just sitting there.

Someone have to teach them how to make espresso. I love espresso but this time I just throw away. Wasting money and time. Really bad to start the day

Outstanding customized subs at a great price. All kinds of different food and drink options. The only reason I took away one star is because the bathrooms were nasty. The staff were fast and efficient. This location is 24 hours.

Sandwich was beyond good, the lady took pride in making it, coffee on the other hand all Luke warm at best, the had fresh coffee made behind the old coffee and i guess they were waiting for it to run out, basically coffee sucked. Definitely not the Wawa i remember especially when it came down to coffee.
