I was shown this gym by my boyfriend who has been with Titan Up since the beginning and I absolutely LOVE IT!!!! It’s a warehouse atmosphere so it’s a good temperature inside if you want to get a great work out, The staff is super friendly and the trainers are extremely helpful! It’s $40 a month for a membership and honestly I happily pay that because I believe I gained more then a quality gym membership I gained a family at Titan Up! Everyone super supportive and the environment is very motivating which gives you that extra push when you need it! I am reaching my goals now and I’ve tried several other gyms but this one is like no other. So if you’re looking for a personal experience with supportive, motivated people give it a try. I love it and if you love fitness you will too!

Was living in New Bern for the summer and got a membership here for the time being. Best gym I’ve ever been to. Every piece of equipment/attachment/grip/whatever you could ask for. Christian owned as well. I can’t recommend enough!

This is probably the best gym I have gone to by far! The environment is great and you can tell how much effort and work is put into the gym! 100% would recommend anyone to work out here!!

This is the best gym I have ever been apart of! I have always loved working out but Titan Up made my love for working out grow x100. It’s such an awesome environment and you are constantly surrounded by those who don’t judge and are willing to lend a hand if needed. They also have every machine you can think of! They also provide belts, resistance bands, mats, rollers, etc. Whatever goals you have in mind you will reach them at this gym :)

Come into town to visit my parents who live down the street and need a place to train. Titan Up owners were nice enough to let me in with a guest pass early in the morning. Awesome place to train. Cool variety of equipment for people into old school brands.

I went to this gym for 8 months before I moved away and it’s the best gym I’ve been to. The facilities are always very clean, equipment is very new and in good condition, and there’s enough equipment you won’t have to pause your routine waiting for machines to open. Whether you’re a bodybuilder, CrossFit, power lifter, or just trying to get into shape there’s everything you need for what you’re trying to do, and there’s plenty of people around to help if you have any questions or need a spotter. The staff is very kind and helpful and they’ve been able to solve every problem I’ve had as quickly as possible. They commonly have promotions and events for charity and other good causes too. You’re billed monthly with no commitment so it’s easy to cancel if you have to move last minute like I did. The price is very reasonable too, compared to some other warehouse gyms I’ve been to, this is easily half the cost. I definitely recommend this gym if you’re looking for a nice, put together, and accessible gym.

Truly unlike any gym you’ll find anywhere in the state possibly even further. Whether training for general health, bodybuilding, powerlifting, personal training, they have almost any machine, weight range, or resource for your needs. It’s not just a gym, after a while of consistency it begins to feel like extended family. Truly some of the most genuine and cool people you’ll ever meet call titan home. A hidden gem filled with great lifting culture and values.

I was in the area for travel nurse contract and seriously considered extending just for this gym. There needs to be Titan Up's nationwide because it truly is the best. The equipment and atmosphere are like no other. 10/10 recommend!
