Nicole and the rest of the staff are amazing , whenever walking in someone greets you with a smile . Life has really hit us all these last couple years and anything that Nicole and her employees can do to help they do , they’ve definitely helped me .

The office and staff is very polite. When ever I had a problem it was taken care of promptly. The apartments are clean and up to date.. The grounds are maintained nicely. The apartments are located in the city but gives you an atmosphere of the country. They are affordable and fits my budget. The move in process was easy. And I would recommend Summite pointe to anyone

I lived here for 1 year and my experience towards the end was very off-putting. Pests are an issue, when my one neighbor broke their lease, an infestation of roaches started. I made sure to tell the office about it, because at that point they had been gone approx, 1 month and no one came to clean it out, resulting in the roach and bug infestation. When I went to office to request extermination services, I was told the exterminator only comes out twice a month and I had missed him by a day prior to me coming in. Then a couple days later, the exterminator just randomly appeared while I was WFH, terrifying me. No heads up at all. A few times when I needed to go into the office, I was not immediately attended to, a few of the staff having their child/ ren running through the office, one of them having a complete meltdown when a door was closed. One of the visits to the office, I got there at 8:30am, was told the manager was not going to be in until "later" and when I asked what time was later, they simply stated I don't know". What manager is not in the office at open? Whenever the manager "Nichole Sheridan" was there, she hides in her office and gets Kaitlyn to play telephone with you, even if you're sitting right there, instead of talking with you personally, you know, as the "manager". One time, when I was in the office, I inquired about why Summit Pointe did not hold up their end of a judgement (ensuring it was deemed satisfied), I was yelled at by Nichole once I said "Summit Pointe dropped the ball", was that a trigger? Anywho, they do not uphold their "dog policy" because during my time as a resident, an elderly tenant was attacked by my neighbors (the ones who broke their lease I mentioned earlier) dogs, the hallways smelled like dog piss and on a separate occasion, a mailman was also attacked by someone's dogs resulting in a package delivery delay. When you call the corporate number, it's just an automated system, with no live person and if you need to contact them, you have to email the address on the website and the "receptionist" is useless, will just refer you to your rental office (in my case, Summit Pointe). Speaking of calling, when you try to call the rental office during office business hours, good luck getting through, it's truly a gamble to get ahold of someone. No amenities at all (no dishwashers, have to rent a washer and dryer for an additional $350/ month) for the amount they charge, they don't conduct apartment tours (at least when I looked and from I recall someone being told prior to me moving), there is a board that states they are open on Saturdays but when I attempted to retrieve my $15 mail key, the office was closed. I dont think they're open on Saturdays but if they are now, good, that's one thing they can attempt to do right. Trash is always stacked and piled around the dumpsters and furniture that people discard. (That particular thing isn't Summit Pointe's fault, but keep that in mind). Overall, I would look elsewhere to move.

This apartment is fill with mice and rats, jus move in may by the end of June rats and mice running. Call management all they say is Maintenance coming thru. Maintenance scare of the rats and mice there self. This apartment complex is not worth the money, they Dnt give a fly nothing bout u nor the kids. No pools no basketball court. Dishwasher not in unit floors not level but I pose to be in a new unit these people dnt care jus in for the money. Dnt waste ur time nor money with these people and there apartments complex. No on-site nothing . Yard stay dirty. No stars for these apartments. Trashy jus had to tap a star to post

I wouldn’t recommend this place to NOBODY . The ladies in the office is so nasty and always have attitudes and do things that’s uncalled for . For one we the only ones in the complex that owe less money . I know this because we went to court n was last so we know how much everyone owe in court because we was last n we moved out on time and didn’t leave no hard work for them to do and we still payin on the rent to catch up even while we not living there nomore and they not letting us move anywhere at all we wasted so much money on applications just to get denied because of summit pointe which was told to us wit one landlord we tried . They never fix anything . If something is broke they will never fix it !!!!!!!!! It’s horrible

Creepy management, they charge $150 for applications, then when you cancel because they raise the price of the rent. Still waiting for my deposit refund. They sure know how abuse seniors and the disabled. Where is the law when you need it? I hope they get destroyed by the divine power! This is the only way to teach them a lesson!

I recently helped move my sister into this complex and the staff was amazing. They did so much to make this a smooth transition for her. They were so personable and nice, it made me feel more comfortable leaving her to this complex with them. I know that they'll take care of her. The location is nice and quiet and the apartment was clean and perfect when we went to move her in. Very happy with them so far.

The move in was a very smooth process, especially since this is my first time renting an apartment on my own. The staff was very friendly and helpful!
