Overall, Edge Union Station, along with its entire ownership team and management team, get an F, for subjecting its residents to squalid living conditions and for forcing residents to relocate between units just to benefit the company. The living conditions consist of apartments that are made entirely of concrete, with all walls painted in a dull gray color and all flooring literally being fully exposed concrete. This makes for a very bad setting that feels much more like a prison or a halfway house than an actual home. The mattresses they provide are of very low quality and are unfit for even the worst criminal offenders, let alone for free civilians! The rest of the furniture in the units is also very cheap and dated, which further contributes to the prison-like atmosphere of Edge Union Station. Edge Union Station likes to call itself, "luxury," but if this is luxury, then they have set extremely low standards for themselves. The apartments at 145 Front Street have livable conditions, but those aren't “luxury" either; they're just average apartments for average work-a-day Americans! As for forcing people to relocate between units, they forced me to live in five different units during my time with them. My move from 204 to 601 was the most insane of these because this one actually led to my rent going up by $200 per month! I tried to fight that and stand up for myself, but they refused to allow me to keep my original rate! They supposedly wanted to free up the space in 204 for the Worcester Pirates, but they could have figured out a different living space for those individuals since I was already living in 204. This is what I mean when I say they will make you relocate just to benefit them. Edge Union Station is a despicable building owned and run by despicable people. If I could assign them a lower grade than an F, I certainly would. Edge Union Station and Vision Properties are the scum of the Earth. I strongly encourage anyone looking for housing to look elsewhere.

The Edge has hospitable on site staff, but management was unpleasant and aggressive when a genuine complaint was placed. For several weeks, the WiFi was compromised and this had a negative affect on my student's work. Makeshifts modems were arranged, which were not particularly adequate. A more durable solution was not enacted. When I reached out for the purposes of discussion, Lisa answered me with a hostile corporate tone. "we manage many properties, etc."

Disgusting moce problems everywhere, so much trash the doors to trash rooms wouldn’t open, and AWFUL and disgustingly rude management office who does not care about you or your living situation and only want your money for the “many properties they own.” Mail stolen numerous amounts of times and when complained about it was just told it’s tough luck and for me to just order it again. So unprofessional and disgusting for “student housing”.

Do not live here if you are looking for a new place! Parking is atrocious with it not being safe with breaking and the buildings inability to do anything useful. The rent price is atrocious for “luxury” living. You can find way nicer apartments for the same price. A mix of adults and students which never ever works leading to multiple neighbors fighting, 4 AM parties, and drunk kids throwing up and breaking the elevator. When I called to complain, management office was incredibly rude and discriminatory stating it was student housing and they are allowed to. No one should be partying at 4 AM it’s bed time, get that out of your head. Stop treating this as a property and treat it as peoples homes.

I’m a current resident at The Edge and I love it. The leasing team of Michaela and James are great. Very professional and accommodating. Maintenance here is top notch. Jarrod goes above and beyond. I would recommend the Edge to any students or young professionals looking for a great place to live all wrapped into your monthly rent. Easy and convenient!

I have been a travel nurse for over 7 years and have been in MANY different living situations. As a professional who travels often and owns his own house, this has been one of the best experiences I have had with travel housing. From the beginning leasing was AMAZING! I contacted them Thursday and was moving in Tuesday of the following week. Van is always responsive and there is never a surprise. He is upfront about everything and gives you honest expectations. The units are spacious and has great character with exposed brick walls and loftish accents. Large walk-in closets to store all your things and an open bathroom plan for any additional stuff you might have. Anytime I had an issue for maintenance it was addressed within a few days. They do their best to match you up with a compatible roommate and address any issues with behavior IMMEDIATELY. Ms. Sherry in the leasing office works around the clock to ensure residents are SAFE and as comfortable as possible. I read the reviews... Most of the people probably did not pay their rent on time, smoked in the apts, had multiple guests, or some other issue that was not allowed by the leasing agreement that signed initially. All of these issues are addressed by management and is probably why they had a bad experience. For those who are looking for temp housing or if your are a traveling professional needing a short term spot, reach out to the Edge! There is even a space for gatherings, pool table, and a gym. I have had a few gatherings there and all my guests were comfortable and loved the space. Get a mattress topper from Walmart and you are all set. Thanks again to the Mgmt team for all that you do and have done for me!

I am a first year nursing student, and I can definitely say living at Edge Union Apartment has been an exceptional experience. The leasing team goes above and beyond for their tenants. I will definitely recommend living there. The location is ideal, it is affordable living and personally I am able to commute to school and work without issues.

After moving here from my car. It's massive. Rent is manageable, great gym, walkable to my work. Only downfall is the electricity is split between everyone in the apartment. If one doesn't use lights much, and one leaves them on all night, it's split. Furniture could ne better. But we work with what we have. Beds are a bit hard. But nothing a mattress topper (or 2) can't fix.
