Run!!! New company bought this property & running it into the ground. The good staff no longer here. No longer have office staffed every day. Have gone from 2 good maintenannce guys & a 24-7 emergency line to 1 very overwhelmed guy and no emergency line. Their email said we are on our own at our own expense for emergencies nights/weekend. 3rd owners since been here. The very worst; No service.

I lived here for two years and fell in love. The apartments are pretty spacious! And the Upgrades are right on point. The neighborhood is always kept clean. The pool is very pleasant and the preserved greenery makes great educational walks for children! Getting to down town Worcester is also very easy. Parking is never an issue. Maintenance responds very quickly to requests. And the leasing office personnel Tanya and Daniella are very helpful and always very friendly. Tanya goes an extra mile to ensure that requests are taken care of, always doing what she promises and what is comfortable for the tenant. I have never had such an amazing leasing experience. I highly recommend this place for any person looking for a great community and great apartment.

Tatnuck is a great place to live! The business office staff are amazing. They were great from the initial stages of preparing the apartment and lease signing. They understood my busy schedule and were very flexible about staying late so I could meet with them etc. They have consistently displayed excellent customer service, even after lease signing! Very friendly and responsive to the needs of tenants! I would recommend this place for sure! After some years (it's now 2021), I have to edit this review just to say, the staff at Renew are even more amazing than before. They are great at accommodating you if you are someone who has to be in different locations at different times, like myself. They are helpful in helping you manage your place when there are changes that have you travelling and changing locations for different reasons. They do much more to help than you pay for. They are also amazing with minorities and persons of different nationalities. Special mention here of Tanya, she has amazing customer service skills. It's great to live here. Please keep up the excellent work!!!!!

I’ve lived at Tatnuck Apartments for about 10 +years. I absolutely love this place. This place is a hidden gem in Worcester. The maintenance staff, Rafael and Jimmy are absolutely amazing. Rafael and Jimmy are always willing to fix maintenance issue which arise in a timely and effective manner. The leasing staff, Tanya Is very approachable and always willing to help with any issues and questions which may arise. The communication from the leasing staff to the residents is beyond remarkable. The landscaping and the upkeep of the apartments are up to date. If your looking for a SAFE and affordable place to live LOOK NO FURTHER. This community is the best thing in Worcester. Absolutely love living here!! Raphy and Jimmy do a great job of keeping the property clean and maintained. If you ever have any problems they are always willing to help no matter how big or small the request is. They are always busy taking care of things around the property. As a single female living alone who is not that handy it's nice to know there is always help available. Tanya is and always has been super helpful as well. Any questions I have she is quick to respond to my emails. She has gone above and beyond for me and I appreciate it more than she knows. I am so happy that I found this apartment. I always feel safe and I love having the amenities I do here. You are very lucky to have the staff that you do here.

Everything about this place is great- location, safety, and community. There is lovely pool and new gym facility. My son’s apartment had just been renovated and it was beautiful. But the absolute best part of living here is the responsive, dedicated and friendly management and maintenance team- Tanya, Deanna, Rafi and Jimmy- and I can’t sing their praises high enough! My son would return in a heartbeat!

ReNew Tatnuck Square is way above and beyond just your ordinary apartment homes. The place welcomes you to a beautiful complex, well manicured lawns and state of the art fixtures in the apartments. The office and Maintenance staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The community manager Tanya is so keen to help and lend you help beyond just renting. I am so grateful to call this place home for many years to come.

I was driving by this place and was curious to know more about it. I walked in and was greeted by Solange. She was beyond helpful and answered all my questions with such a positive attitude. I had the pleasure of meeting Tanya as well. They both were delightful! I recommend to come see these amazing young woman they are exceptional and will make you feel right at home immediately
