Why
does
CVS
have
the
authority
not
to
fill
my
prescription
after
30
days??
My
Physician
has
called
in
my
refill.
My
insurance
has
approved.
This
is
happening
every
month.
3
times
after
accepting
my
refill,
saying
it
is
in
‘process’
then
they
put
in
my
Patient
Portal
that
this
med
is
‘out
of
stock’.
My
patient
portal
states
it
was
filled
3
days
ago.
What
is
going
on
with
this
Pharmacy??
What
gives
ANY
pharmacist
the
right
to
deny
an
approved
refill
until
I
am
completely
out
of
this
med
for
3
or
more
days??
I
have
been
through
enough
with
CVS
Pharmacy
in
Emporia,
VA,
as
many
others
have
removed
their
account
to
another
Pharmacy.
Forget
trying
to
reach
them
by
phone,
they
do
not
attempt
to
answer
&
will
tell
you
they
don’t
have
time
to
answer
the
Pharmacy
calls.
They
seem
to
think
multiple
trips
should
be
made
to
pick
up
meds.
I
do
not
believe
my
med
‘is
out
of
stock’.
They
would
not
have
been
able
to
fill
3
days
prior
&
then
discover
it
is
out
of
stock.
They
are
rude
&
WILL
discuss
my
private
information
from
where
the
pharmacist
on
duty
is
filling
prescriptions.
This
Pharmacy
needs
to
be
investigated,
something
is
going
on
which
is
not
legal.
They
do
not
have
the
authority
to
deny
meds
approved
by
my
physician
&
insurance,
stating
the
prescription
is
in
process
&
then
decide
it
is
‘out
of
stock’.
