It's Labeled as a Caribbean Restaurant, but it is mainly a home cooked Dominican Food Cafeteria. Stating Caribbean implies a love for all of the Island people and this is not what is felt, when visiting. This restaurant has evolved over time and became a place where you can sit , eat, have a beer and watch a game with friends. The seating is very very limited. Sometimes you are greeted with looks and stares if you do not "LOOK" Latino. I have visited this establishment over the years and love the food. My biggest issue and the one I have faced with more than once is the 99% of the servers who seem to not want to deal with an English speaker and also they have a really bad habit of ignoring the person who is standing there waiting to choose the Spanish person behind them and rush their order. I have been looked over in this restaurant twice based on the color of my skin and decided I will no longer spend another dime there again. I do not like how this is done and minorities do this to each other. My money is green not black.

I used to love this place it looks like they changed the cook food tasted different I always go for the camarofongo size is great but the taste is not there anymore also prices are now higher

Food is cheap but u get what u pay for, horrible food, terrible customer service, unwanted loud non-dominican music and falling apart facilities. I would give it 0 stars if I could, I am surprised they are still in business. Obviously their regular customers have never tasted real dominican food so they think this crappy food is good.

I ordered one thing and they just delivered whatever they wanted. The food was cold the juice tasted like scrap. I think you need to hire someone that knows how to make them the right way.

Food is horrible the server was rushing us to pay, and the food taste disgusting as if it’s been sitting there, and it’s empty and everyone energy is low I got a weird vibe inside never going this play again 0/10

I went here a couple weeks ago and there was a cockroach walking in the counter where the food was displayed. After seeing that I will NEVER step foot in there again! Disgusting!

Great authentic Hispanic food (Dominican's and Puerto Rican's will recognize the food right away) I personally come here at least 2 times a month for the awesome breakfast. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a cheap filling quality meal.

The service has always been great. I wish they made sancocho, though. I usually go once a week to eat carne guisada and it's always delicious. Fridays I always get the chicharron de pollo and I'm never ever disappointed.

I ordered pasta salad with my meal they gave me potato salad I don't even eat potato salad the meat was hard and crunchy I'll call them about the meal and let them know that I will come and pick up the pasta salad and they hung up in my face... This restaurant is disrespectful and rude.

Good food good prices. I got a beef sandwich here it was good. I enjoyed the service and they had good sides! I'm a rice and beans guy and they make the good stuff here. Quick and I spent under $10 for lunch!!

The slander in these reviews is crazy! I've only ever gotten Grubhub delivery, but anything I've ever ordered from here has been amazing. I've never had an incorrect order and sometimes they will add extra items for free.. empanadas, potato salad etc. I don't understand the complaints about the prices either... you get a ridiculous amount of food for what your paying. I can't speak to the atmosphere as I've never been inside, but as far as service, they always gave me a call if there were any sold out items/changes to my order so no issues there either. Don't listen to the bad reviews, give this place a shot.

We had pre order of a large number of plates to go and they were so helpful and nice ! Everyone loved the food and definitely will be going back! :-)

The food is horrible there no flavor to the rice and it’s all clumped together the chicken is under cooked and slimey and my potato salad taste like it’s a week old

Not recommended at all. Even though the food tasted good, but the prices were just too high. The music was playing too loud, played by (1) not stereo cheap speaker that sounded brittle and harsh. My wife and I decided to leave before finishing eating because the music was bursting our ears. Not a very pleasant experience. Also the overall appearance and condition of the restaurant is very poor. If they want to make it in this business, they have to remodel the place, change the tables and hard metal chairs. I also noticed a somewhat careless service attitude. Very disappointed!

They forgot my food the 3 times that I have ordered . I ordered for delivery and she asked me to pick it up I said I couldn’t because I was at work . Why would I have to go pick it up if I ordered to deliver . She just stayed silent on the phone like if there wasn’t another option . The delivery guy even told her that something was missing and still said no ur wrong I packed everything .
