    I have been here since September 11, 2023. When I tell you these are the best townhouses that I have stayed in, THEY ARE ‼️ the management is the best, the maintenance workers are the best, and the overall of the neighborhood is the best. If you’re looking for affordable units give them a try and come take a tour today!

    The property is clean, the management is VERY AND I DO VERY GOOD AT WHAT SHE DOES. They always answer the phone,put the work orders in, and just get done what needs to be done. If I can give them 100 stars I would. Thank you Lizz and the management property.

    The new manager Liz is literally amazing she went above and beyond to help me pick up the pieces when the prev one messed me over!! She has the potential to make this complex so much better❤️

    The property is trash. The units need to be sold down and rebuilt. They have poor maintenance there. They also head nasty property managers within the office. I stayed there six months and those were the worst six months of my life and for my children we could stay in a hotel, and stay better, the rent is too high for them never to fix anything or having holes in the wall open holes and have them sitting for months

    Management Lizz is the best! She has gone over and beyond to meet my needs and help me find a stable place for my family. She is very nice, considerate, patient and passionate about her role serving the families in the Canterbury Townhomes Community. The staff that works along side her is very respectful and does a great job making sure things get done. I recommend Lizz and her staff for any family looking for a great environment to live.

    I lived here previously. Unfortunately I had to return. Some of the same issues from 20 yrs ago still exist. Leaking water in the closets downstairs. Nobody ever answers the phone it seems. Can't pay rent online unless you have it all. Can't pay over phone because no one answers. Business hours state a 5:30 PM closing but rarely is anyone there after 4:30PM. But I magically get late notices posted on my door. I prefer to leave my money order or cashier's check with an actual person but I can't seem to speak to one lately. When I moved in 9/9/22 there was a washer and dryer still in the apartment from the previous renter. I was told that it would be removed 9/12/22. I had my own that I was bringing from my previous residence. I was told that my dryer would have to go in the shed outside and a plug would be installed at such time. No one ever came to remove the washer and dryer. I went to the office and inquired about the removal and was told they would notify me. I went back 3x in September to have the appliances removed. I didn't go back again after September 30, 2022 as I was forced to get rid of mine. July 2023 I was hit with a rental fee of $550 for the washer and dryer I never wanted. I reached out to the office and was told that adjustments would be made to my account. The appliances were removed the next day. My lease states that I did not want their appliances yet they have yet to remove the charges from my account!

    If I could give no stars I absolutely would. I attempted to live here with my family was told I was approved was waiting on the welcome letter and then after I called myself they told me I needed to send my paycheck stub and I did so 3 times and then they continued to say I would get my welcome letter by the end of the day and never received one. They gave me my move in date and everything. Then after talking to several people who were very unprofessional, I got denied but after two other people gave me a move in date. Unprofessional! It took me calling throughout the day just to ask for a refund.

    I’ve lived here for 6 years almost 7, anytime something needs to be fixed I get a quick response, although I can’t pick my neighbors, I have enjoyed living here. I love the space and the quiet.
